It had been a long day, especially for Eiki. He'd spent most of his time in the training grounds, training by himself. He was in human form, and getting used to wielding his sword. He was good at it in demon form, but in Human form, the sword was too heavy, so he was trying to get better at wielding it. He thrust his blade downward, and did a 360 spin, slashed accross the wind, cutting grass that he'd caused to shoot up as his blade hit the ground. After his second swipe, he did another 360 spin, and brought the sword into the ground again, quickly pulling it up as dirt flew out of the ground as well. He pulled his sword back, and thrust it forward with both hands, than took a step forward, and let go of it with his left hand, spinning the sword, and thrusting it even farther with his right.
I need to get stronger!

Well now theres something you don't see every day. Someone who's that much taller than Tristan. Honestly Tristan didn't see many people who were more than an inch or two taller than he was most of the time. Not to mention that big ass weapon...was it even a sword? Sure Tristan used a huge sword that was just short of being classified as a zanbatou but damn....If that thing was shaped differently it would be a zanbatou.
Oh well.
As the hunter walked up, Igneus took off. Doubtless there would be a fight, so why bother waiting. "Looks like we both like over-sized blades." Tristan called out in his deep and loud voice. Still walking, he slowly reached up and drew Shireiutz. "How about testing that Zanbatou of yours, against mine." And the blade rose in front Tristan, the luminescent finish of the part diamond blade glistened brightly in the sun, the slightest accent shadow taking root in the holes near the base of the blade.
In over six years, over two decades since if you count the first he laid eyes on it, he never understood what the hell the wholes near the base of the blade were for, but he wasn't complaining about em....Hell if he needed to it could use the blade for a shield then shoot through those holes...never had to before, but you never know whats gonna happen.

Eiki turned, spinning his sword and then smacking it against the ground. Someone wanted to fight him. Everywhere he went, so far, he'd been challenged, or has challenged. But, oh well, it was a way to get stronger, no? He grinned, and lifted his blade with his right hand, the 750 pounds somewhat hurting his arm as he did so, and quickly, he gripped the bottom with his left hand, facing the blade toward the challenger. Some sweat was beading down his forehead, but not that much.
"Name's Eiki."

Grinning slightly, "Tristan." And the glistening blade temporarily became a mirror as Tristan's left hand blasted it around with excessive ease. It stopped abruptly to reveal Tristan leaned away with his right foot forward, his left foot was under him, the knee well bent. The knee on that forward right leg was only bent slightly and Tristan's blade was held over his head, edge up. The left hand was up by the equivalent of a guard, right down by the pommel.
This stance was known as Kasumi no Kumae, and was quickly broken as Tristan bolted forward, his blade still in the same position, pointed straight ahead. A second later and Tristan was within ten feet of his opponent when he leaped at full speed and launched himself a handful of yards into the air. If this was a test of blades, then Tristan would do what he hasn't done for ages, go blade to blade against someone, sword to sword. Sure he's used his sword against people with spears, or even those unarmed that he was going to kill, but it had been ages since he'd gone sword to sword with someone that would last more than three seconds.
With a deep shout, the blade was wrenched around and Tristan's body descended onto his opponents. The diamond and titanium blade flashed as silvery lightning straight down to strike at the mans head. Sure that strike could kill him, but if he couldn't defend against this obvious attack with that blade, he didn't deserve to use a weapon such as that.
Igneus had found himself a nice little stone to bake on in the nigh eighty degree weather. He wouldn't likely have to pay attention to this fellow, he was just a half demon...or thats how he smelled at least.

"This blade is more than just a big weapon!"
Eiki dashed to the side, his sword keeping him from going the full distance he wanted, therefore, he was still in range of his opponent's attack. As quick as he could be, he rose his sword, and let the attack hit it, causing him to fall backward a bit, but he pushed his opponent's sword away, using his own blade, and ran to the side, chucking his sword as far into the sky as he could. Then, he ran up a wall, gripped a ledge, and pushed himself off of it, gripping his blade once again. By the time he'd had his sword, his skin was purple. as was his hair, and his eye's were pale white. He was also much larger.
Using his large size and weight, plus the force of his fall, he thrust his sword down toward Tristan at full strength, knowing he'd block, but hoping it would cause him to flinch, so Eiki could kick his solar plexus with his right leg after the thrust of his sword.
[Meh, I don't think that makes sense XD]

Tristan pushed off in the opposite direction that this Eiki did, making him fly to his left quite a ways before hitting the ground and turning, holding up his sword effortlessly while his opponent toiled with his. The hunter watched his opponent jump up the nearby wall, and simply grinned as the man transformed. "Every body has an alternate form now a days." He said to himself, not bothering to take a stance, simply standing square to the wall.
That massive girth of his opponent was fairly threatening as it lept off the wall to head straight at Tristan who was well under half the size of this new form. The Crusnik weighed his options. He could use his insane enhanced power to stop this guy dead in his tracks, or he could simply step away, not even needing enhanced speed. It only took a moment for Tristan to come up with his answer: It was early in the game still, and showing off massive stores of power so callously, so early, was just not the mans style unless he was going to kill his adversary.
Although, if that was the case, the giant would already be dead. Tristan slid his right foot back and readied himself. As the blade came down, he side stepped. Simply Tai Sabaki, dodging movements. The tip of his sword met the side of his opponents and with a simple thrust, would push it several feet off course, leaving the demon wide open for the hunters counter attack. Tristan lept hard, spinning his body around and with a dull shout, his legs spun around, whirling his body around and building power through speed and the basic principle of circular motion. After all, centripetal force added power to a movement.
Tristan's right boot would crash into the left side of his opponents head. He'd been spinning counter-clockwise and the steel toe of his dragon hide boots was aimed right above that left ear. With Tristan's super human strength, even before it was enhanced, Tristan would likely cause a fair bit of damage to the skull, as that was a weaker point. No matter how tough this guy was, a precise kick like this, right in that point, would severely stun him.
For follow up, Tristan would simply continue the motion and spin himself back onto the ground and onto his feet a good couple of yards away. The number one weakness of such size...you become an even bigger target. Becoming a bigger target means your openings become bigger. Tiny pores in your defense became gaping gashes that could easily fit your opponents blade.

As Eiki's sword was thrust back at him, he took a few steps back, but quickly noticed his opponent's follow up. He lowered his head, as he was unable to dodge, and let the kick hit him in the back of the head, causing him to slightly fall. Once Tristan backed off, Eiki had regained his stance. Sure, it had hurt, but Eiki was tough, he was a little hard to bring down. His determination was great, and that kept him going. He felt like he was obligated to protect someone dear to him, and he was going to do it. He was going to become stronger, and even if he was going to lose this fight, he wouldn't lose now.
Eiki held his sword as far out as he could, and it was engulfed in flames. He gripped the hilt with both hands, and pointed the blade forward once more. He'd held his footing, so that if his opponent had attacked, he wouldn't knock him down so easy. I have to do this for her..

Alright...Time to show off. The blade was high above Tristan's head (since you held it out as far as you could), and was now on fire. More flames, how lame. Did no one hear about his immunity? It seemed that every single opponent he ever faced has used fire on him. You'd figure that news would get around that this particular ass kicker was utterly immune to fire. Just to prove that point, Tristan jumped up, grabbed the edge of the blade in an armored hand, and flung himself up onto the back of the blade with his right hand alone, seeing as his left was occupied by holding his own blade.
Now this would be quite a sight. A black clad man with a huge sword, standing upon an even more huge sword, one around three times the size one might add, which was being held by a giant who was over twice the size of the man clad in black. On top of all that, the larger sword was on fire. "Hey genius, I'm immune to flames." And he would be off, instead of being vulnerable in running along the sword, he simply jumped, activating his chakra. His muscles were pumped full of power and Tristan was zooming along, right to his opponents face. His body spun once again, this time clock-wise, and the hunters left foot would smash into his opponents face with twice the power of the last strike.
Tristan was now strong enough to pick this guy up and hurl him a good ways away. Chances were he'd be knocked out cold by this strike, not to mention sent flying, which is more than likely something he's never experienced before, so why not give the guy the opportunity. From there, the hunter would simply land, leaning his sword on his left shoulder, appearing to be bored as a sort of taunt. He'd even throw in a faked yawn, just to piss this guy off.

"Hmph."
Eiki was not just going to use fire. That was too.. cliche, esplecially since he'd always used fire against his opponents, and it never worked. No, this time, he was going to try something new. Something dangerous, that would even hurt him, and it would probably be the best thing he could do. While Tristan was busy showing off on his sword, Eiki grinned, and the grass along the floor was pushed in, and wind began to shoot everywhere. He'd enchanted his blade with wind and fire, which would cause an explosion.
Since Tristan was on the blade, and right where the explosion would start, he'd recieve the most damage. Very suddenly, the two would be blown away of an explosion, not only made by fire, but by the gale as well, so it would hurt Tristan, too.

Tristan had just taken off when the winds kicked up. When the explosion set off, he was already moving away, though he was still in range. As the hunter went flying, he realized that he wasn't all that hurt...which he didn't get. As immune to fire as he was, if he got caught in an explosion...it hurt like hell. So why wasn't he any worse off than he was? His movement. He was moving away from the epicenter of the blast, as such, he was pushed away by the initial shock wave of an explosion, and received much less damage. There was also the fact that the barrier around his vest wouldn't be penetrated by such a weak blast, so the only damage, how ever small, was only done to his legs, being that they were down by the sword he'd been standing on before.
Soaring through the air, Tristan kept hold of his sword, and simply soared high into the air before flipping himself around with a bit of wind manipulation of his own. Once he caught sight of his opponent, he would decide that if this idiot wanted to test powers of explosive quality as well, he'd oblige. Tristan's sword swung to the right, "Kamataichi!" he yelled, flinging out four blades of solid wind. Unlike the gale, these bits of wind, were tightly compressed to the point where they could slice through stone.
Two blades on each side arched toward Eiki and would appear on a collision course from both sides. Only thing was, the way Tristan made this attack, the only visible indication of the blades was a slight distortion like that one saw off of a car on a hot summer day. Without looking for it, it was insanely hard to see. Once the blades were inches from their impact point, Tristan's fire element would take hold and a shape charge effect would set off two huge explosions. In technicality, it was four explosions, but being that two of the blades were in such close proximity from either side, it would appear as only two separate blasts.
Unless Eiki saw these coming and moved away from them as quickly as he possibly could, he would get the full brunt of the blast, unlike Tristan had with the previous explosion. The force of the blast could easily rival a stick of dynamite, as each blade at this level had about the power of an M80 firecracker, which was, in fact, a quarter stick of dynamite. After this, Tristan would land and charge after his opponent, careful of the ensuing cloud of smoke until it cleared enough for him to see the demon.

Eiki was against the wall, his chest slightly bleeding. His attack wasn't as strong as he'd hoped, nor was the diameter long enough. He slowly rose, and noticed his opponent shout, and instantly Eiki had dashed to the side, carrying his large sword with him. As soon as they exploded, Eiki turned, and went deeper into the smoke. His eyes allowed him to see, and most likely, his opponent couldn't. He stayed there until he realized the dust cloud was getting smaller, and he rushed out, and as he did, it looked like the smoke was rushing. He leapt up, smaller than he was during the rest of the fight, he was in his human form again.
He leaped as far as he could, and he thrust his blade downward at his opponent.

How the hell did he miss? Maybe he was hit harder than he thought, ah well. What mattered was that he was still insanely strong and had stopped running when he was a bit off from the dust cloud. Seeing his opponent come flying at him, Tristan didn't move. This time he was opting for the show-offy moment and just held up his right hand. A second later, Eiki came down with his slash, but the massive blade stopped a good foot from Tristan's head.
The hunters right hand had caught the blade with his enhanced strength and despite the massive weight of both the sword and its weilder, the blade stopped in its tracks with nothing but Tristan's entire body being forced down into the dirt to show for it. That was a few thousand pounds of force dropping into the dirt all at once, and despite Tristan's solid positioning, the dirt below his feet still gave. Now he wasn't as serious as he might have been otherwise, and this was more of a taunt, but still, seeing that kind of power would be incredibly discerning.
Cracking his neck to the side, Tristan shoved the sword aside, "Is this all you got? Cuz if it is, I'm just gonna kick your ass now." He said as he pointed his blade at the big bastard. Once he said his peice, he'd use his near supernatural speed to launch himself up to the mans face. The attack here was a hard, armored right, full force, dead in the face. Tristan didn't know any one who could stand up to that ammount of force aside from the masters...and even most of them would go flying through the nearest wall before returning the favor. After that, Tristan would simply land and wait.

Eiki had taken the hit to the face, and his neck shot back, and he was propelled backward. He slid accross the ground, ripping the blades of grass as he crossed them. His sword fell into the the gravel, piercing it until it made it half-way up the blade. He coughed out blood and saliva, and slowly, he pushed himself up. He wasn't going to go down easily; the spirit can over come any obstacle, right?
He got back onto his feet, wiping blood off of his lip as he stumbled forward slightly. "Is.. that all you got?"

Tristan was kind of surprised by the physical resiliancy that this Eiki guy was showing. Demon or not, the guy still had an impressive body to take that much direct force in such a consentrated area, especially while in his human form. Although he looked to be on his last legs, most people, no matter how hard Tristan hit them, got up quickly if they were still ready to fight. "Heh...Hardly." And he was off, he didn't bother activating double time since his current speed already superceeded his opponents by a vast majority, and simply zoomed along, quickly covering the gap that had been provided by his powerful strike.
As much as that blow would have sent someone flying, this character was huge, so he already wouldn't have gone as far as others, but then you took into account his sword...which was fucking huge, so that undoubtadly weighed him down. The hunter was upon his opponent and, looking out for any means of counter, delivered a hard right to the chest, not bothering to engage his left hand which still held his sword. The way this strike was dilivered would reverberate within the mans chest, but not send him flying as the last blow. No. The strike to send him flying was what came right after.
Tristan's body spun around with its own prowess combined with a small bit of wind manipulation, and Tristan's left food would crash into his opponents chest with even more force than that last punch. There was a pretty damn good chance that this would cave the chest cavity, but thats why they had the medical wing, wasn't it? Following this, Tristan would simply fall to the ground, and turn to face his opponent who would likely be outcold, this time.

Something happened. Something never expected to happen. Yes, the hit was coming, and Eiki was expecting it to hit him, but.. Something happened! For a split second, his hair was pale white, and spiked up. His eyes were crimson red, and he had wings. Just for a split second. Now, the really odd thing.. His tattoo was glowing, and Eiki felt stronger then a mountain. Yes, not a very good comparison, was it? Oh well. The first attack had hit Eiki, but as the second would come down, Eiki would grip the Tristan's wrist, and roar at the top of his lungs. Take a lion's roar, only much louder, and powerful.
One quick punch. One quick punch to the Tristan's face, at triple his normal strength, and his tattoo stopped glowing. Eiki's face went from tense, to calm, to expressionless. He would fall after his punch, whether it would hit or not, and land on his knees, his eyes would shut, and he'd fall to his right arm. He'd go out.. Well, not unscathed, but without too much damage, right?
