"Water...freely flowing down a river that leads to unknown areas... Isn't it just like life?" A voice said, it's tone deep like a man yet still very elegant and regal. "We, as humans, go down to an unknown destination, yet travel together along the road of life. Sadly, no matter what we do we are confined to such roads... Water cannot break free of the river on it's own, just as how we humans cannot sever the ties to which bind us on our path..."
With that, Ethan took a step toward the River...looking as the water flowed freely down the river side. His eyes were dark with insight and knowledge, as though he had lived a hundred lives before this one. Regardless, placed his fingers within the river, he let the cool rushing water cool his mind, relaxing his spirit as the wind perfectly blew it, making the park to which he was at seem like an infinite paradise for him. Removing his wet hand away from the water, he continued to stare at the moving water. His pupils occasionally flickered with the light of the sun which was so high in the sky....as clouds began to move over the azure scape.
"Indeed, what are we but moving one way in life" Ethan began, his tone still the same. "Trapped within the infinite flow of life so that we can no longer make our own destinies...and Instead follow them. I, for one, was forced to slay my kin, something i wished i didn't do but had no choice. Is not fate cruel, to make us do such things that challenges our morals and code of ethics. Yet, we must do them....for we are all moving according to the flow of life. Funny....at how a river and humanity are so similiar..."
With that, Ethan shut up...staring now only at the water as his monologue came to an end, and he was in deep thought. He closed his eyes, listening to the water and wind while he loosened his body, trying to reach perhaps a state of meditation.

(Hello! ^^; Hope you don't mind me...)
He was at peace here, the sound of the water as it flowed by was calming to him more then any other could know. But he had not been alone, from his seat the boy in the white robes sat cross legged shrouded in the bushes.
The silence was disturbed, as a pebble disturbs the stillness of the lake. He could of sworn he heard the voice of another, of a man.
Though he did not catch the entire thing he had heard part's of the strange man's musings, on life and the river and how they were one in the same.
Rising to his feet, his hood pulled neatly over his blonde hair and the metal staff clenched into his fist as he walked closer to the bank of the river, revealing him self from his hiding place from behind the tree.
"Such a lovely speach...." The boy spoke up, in his quiet soft tone as his hand stretched out toward the river as well though his hand remained above as he watched, the water slowly drifting upwards from the river collecting into a small perfectly formed ball in his palm as he tilted his hand upwards the ball of water remained on his palm hovering just a few inches above his hand.
He was in fact not more then a few feet away from the other, his eyes staring into the simple ball of water and as he blinked the ball broke apart the water spilling over his palm and through his finger tips to rejoin it's self in the river below.
He didn't say anything else, he did not do anything else, he only remained there standing still as he stared into the flowing river.

OoC: Feel free to join
Out of the corner of his eyes Ethan noticed a figure appear behind him, huddled in the bushes before he came out. The figure was clad in white, had a metal staff and had blonde hair. However, he really didn't care about that.... He was deep within his trance, thinking about life as he continued to stare at the river. However, in his hands, which were so conveniently hidden in his sleeves, held pieces of wires and strings in case the new comer meant dark intentions. Regardless, he turned his attention back toward the River...watching as the water flowed oh so freely down it's path...calm and restful while it illustrated the cruel fate all humans have; Humans retain no control over their destinies, their path already pre-defined, and other.
"Tis our fate to be bound" He thought somberly. "Never able to be free. I know that pain... And yet, why do i go on living if not life is already pre-defined?"
Slowly raising his eyes toward the boy as he came near, his eyes as cold as ice. Slowly turning his body as the sunlight came down upon the two, he let a wind breeze by as he entirely faced the new comer now. His nobleman clothes began to flutter in the wind, blowing softly along the lines the wind took. His eyes showed all focus was intently placed upon the boy as his brown cold eyes shinned with unnatural lighting from the sun. The boy was now looking into the river, just as he did not so long ago. Perhaps he and him were one in the same.... Wondering about life as the two of them stared at the river side. Regardless, he soon began to speak, his tone commanding yet compassionate.
"Welcome to the River side" Ethan began, all focus still on the new comer. "I am Ethan Yukimaru, It is a pleasure to meet you. And you are?"

He continued to stand quietly however, staring into the water before lifting his head up. Giving a small smile toward the man as he introduced him self the faint lipstick visible in the sunlight now as he lowered the hood of his robes revealing his blonde hair completely.
Basking for a moment in the sunlight as his robes billowed in the breeze, the damned things always seemed to be too lose for his body but he really did like them.
The small and weak voice spoke out again "I am Dridien Atarus Elmdor." Bowing toward the man he brought him self into an upright position again, smiling more "It is lovely here.."

"Lovely...and cruel" Ethan began, his tone dark yet somehow regal and noble. "Just as this river flows down paths predefined, so do we humans... Forever bounded to the river unless some force compels us otherwise..."
With that, the man turned to face the river, letting the wind blow his hair about in a calming fashion. Slowly closing his eyes, the man let the sounds of life which vibrated all about him fill his senses....as profound thoughts found their way to his mind. Letting the ideas of past ages and new ones he conjured fill his mind, he slowly opened his pupils, releasing himself from this meditative rest. Looking out of the corner of his eyes to see Dridien, whom introduced himself just a minute ago, he realized at how he seemed to be a bit feminine. While Ethan cared not for it, it was a good thing to note such things for future references. After all, preparations can be quite helpful....
"But, i imagine you did not come here to hear an old man like me prattle on about life" Ethan started abruptly, shattering the silence which came over the area, save for the sounds of nature. "Indeed, why are you here Dridien? To seek a calm place of rest? To try and escape a moments discomfort? The reasons can be many and diverse... And i am so curious as to wonder why you came here..."

This man probably had a much deeper reason for visiting this river then him self, infact, when he thought about it hard enough he realized just how childish is reasons for coming here were. Something as simple as memories, memories can compel people to do strange things.
"I came here to meditate and contemplate....This place reminds me of my home, so, I came here." It was as simple as that, he was reminded of his home and thus chose this riverside to sit in calm and reflect upon his life.
But it was not what he recieved instead he had recieved conversation, something as equally rewarding as self-reflection. He gave a girlish smile and tilted his head slightly to one side, he really did not think about the river as deeply as this man did.
"Do you come here often?"

Ethan quietly looked at the River as Dridien spoke, his eyes unshifting from their fixed position. He enjoyed as the water flowed...moving so peacefully down the rocks which formed the floor for the water, as splashes against the shore happened. The sun in the sky shinned down so brilliantly against the Weaver...as he turned his head to Dridien....
"Indeed i do come here" Ethan replied coolly, his body relaxed and calm. "I came here to think and reflect...letting the natural sounds of the world fill me... But do tell, what is it that you contemplate upon?"
