Durron cast a look up into the clear sky as he walked through the city of Babylos. His green hair was tugged at by the wind along with his long red coat. Dispite being around the race he hated so much he was actually very relaxed. He hadn't had to deal with many people directly so far this day which he liked. The less he had to worry about the better.
Durron stopped at a few shops with different magical artifacts. He didn't fail to be impressed by what humans couls accomplish. he didn't think humans truely inforior. Mabey ignorant and stuck up. Something like himself. But he had been developed that way against his own will. They had not. Humans seemed to just feel they had one-up on any other race. And the fact they felt they should make a living breathing weapon with a personality and thoughts of it's own that they wished to control. Slavery. Thats what it boils down to. Humans wanted me to be their slave He thought as he walked out of the shop and back out into the daylight.
Durron continued along the streets of the large city thinking about nothing more in particular. Any plans he had would have to wait for along time before he set them in motion. First he had to find people that he could work with. And that would be his hardest task. After that the silent rise to power. That was his biggest problem. Getting strong enough to bring down those in his way. For there would be many who saw his actions as crimes. And hough crimes they may be. Durron at least had a motive that in his mind was reasonable in comparison to some of the atrocities humans had commited in the past. Face them with that fact and see what they say. He thought wryly knowing that the hated race could never be able to truly give a valid reason for what they did. Even if it was in the past the fact remained that Durron was no worse than those who made him. In fact in comparison Durron took lives for better reasons for more than eighty percent of the reasons humans killed each other.
His face did not betray such dark thoughts as he continued walking through the streets of the city glad to be lost among the sea of faces.

Using her staff as a walking stick, having left behind her familiars- having been in need of alone time- Talbot tapped the end of the stick with each step of her right foot- sending a pulse of wind majick through the earth in order to see around her.
Somehow, she missed an unturned stone on the street and her foot caught the edge of it. Having enough time, she turned the pointy side of the blade towards the air as to prevent unecessary injury to herself or anyone. Instinctively she reached out to stop the fall, her hand resting on the shoulder of, by no doubt, someone she had never met before. Her knee hit the ground reguardless of her atempt to slow or stop the fall and she could feel the skin scrape off against the stone.

Durron looked over feeling a hand on his shoulder. His first instinct was to attack. His mind was rational enough to know sluaghtering someone in broad daylight in the middle of a very large city was a very stupid thing to do. So he instead focused on the person. It was a girl. Much older than him in years but probably not physically. She had a walking stick and was obviously blind. Durron felt his temper lessen knowing the human hadn't attacked him nor was clumsy. Still he made no offer tohelp her as he felt no compassion to such an event. He simply turned away wich gained him several glares. Who cares what they think. Granted it shows humans are not completely lost to help one another. But thats not their true nature. He thought.

Slowly standing on her own, without the use of the scythe, she bowed towards where she had found the being for support. Straightening slightly, still a little bowed- her voice holding the smile which was on her face, naturally friendly, Talbot had no issue with sounding as she felt. Talbot offered, " My appologies. I hope I didn't startle you."

Durron stopped and turned. Now she is speaking to me. But as an apology. Thats the first time in my three years of life that I have ever heard a human speak that way. But still a select few doesn't excuse an entire race's actions. Then again she might be useful to some way. And if not. Well she won;t remember me easy. He thought. "Nothing to worry about." He said surprisingly pleasently. He could suppress his feelings without a problem when he focused.

Standing still, her weight distributed evenly on her feet as she watched him with blind eyes. The sound of his voice held something within it that made her heart ache, though he was doing a great job keeping it underwraps. She tapped the staff of the scythe on the ground, sending a wind charge through the earth. She could see just the outline of him and she found nothing unusual- but then again for a while she hadn't been able to tell one room from another.
Her head inclined as a sign of respect, she gave him her name, "Talbot Mirinari Linsorim, battle mage."

Durron raised ene eyebrow feelung the slight gust of wind when the scythe was tapped on the ground. This girl obviously had the powers of wind at her command to an extent. Mabey not just tha. But it was an obvious power. She then introduced heself. Durron wasn't exactly sure how to handle this. he hand't had direct contact with people he wasn't aiming to kill or in the case of Varys learn how to exploit. Mabey the girl can be used for somthing. Granted I would hate to use a human. But that Thalomin was a human and had powers that could be useful to me. But He' not as coopoperative as I would like. Perhapes she will be different. He thought.
"Okay then Talbot. If you are a battle mage what are you capable of?' He askd curious about her abilities.

Talbot smiled, straightening completely- for now he chose not to give his name but that was fine for now. Names are not what people would normally recognize someone by anyways. She let his words mull about in her mind for a moment, before putting on hand infront of her and cycling through her abilities slowly, "Fire," the orb appearing in her palm, "wind," the flire grew and then shifted to fast moving air, "gravity," he would have felt the pressure of gravity ever so slightly before it let up and, "psychic, " in her palm formed a visual orb of psychic energy.

"Interesting range of powers." Durron sad simply as he watched her powrs and slightly felt one of them. Out of all the pshycic sounded the most dangerous in potentail. Meaning at some point she may be able to read thoughts. Either she will have to join me. Or be eliminated. Or mabey I can find a way to shield my mind. I'd rather have her join me. Pity it's hard to tell when a creature is fully human or not. But her potentail is worth the effort. He thought as he observed her more and more. "Don't take this the wrong way." He said and a ripping noise could be heard as the blade in his right arm came out and the flesh healed. As the blade came out he slashed at her. Not in a real attaempt to kill her or even damage her. But to test such reflexes.

She hear the sound of tearing flesh, and a shimmer of an abilit, natural born and dangerous- Talbot failed to move though the blade did stop before hitting her. A wall of air had blocked his arm. Her colorless eyes staring at where the voice had been, she felt no anger, nor upset- calm still eminated from her every fiber. Tilting her head ever so slightly to the side, a small and friendly smile rested on her lips, "None taken, but please, Friend, I ask you not to repeat the action unless you wish to adjourn to the training fields for a friendly spar."
A laugh, the sound of wind chimes shimmering in the spring rain. The wall dissapated and Talbot shifted ever so slightly, resting a little more weight on her scythe and smiled charmingly "Though, I don't know many who'd want to fight a blind girl."

Durron smirked as his blade met solid air. An interestng defensive ability. he chuckled at her comment as he stood strait again and his blade sank back into his arm. "No need to go there. My curiousity is satisfied." He said keeping the smirk and his eyes narrowed. I have the feeling she is actually a bit more powerful than me. Getting her to see things my way might be difficult if she already doesn't have the mindset I need. He thought. "Very well Talbot. I guess youe arn my name. You may call me Durron." he said.

Talbot nodded, taking in the name and letting it settle in her mind. The process took only a moment and within that moment, her energy had a sudden drop. Her fingers gripped the scythe tightly and she seemed to slack a bit. Opening the clear bag at her hip, she felt around- mint green had a small 'X' on them. Finding one, she put it in her mouth and with a loud 'CRUNCH' broke it in two to speed the restoration process up. She smiled, "A pleasure and honor to meet someone with such a rare and wonderful name. Mind if I ask your abilities beyond your flesh weapons?"

"I have several. I can extend my limbs and I have several powers over trees. I also have the ability to absorb sunlight through my eyes and redirect the solar energy into blasts from my hands." he said casually. His powers were still not revealed. At least not completely even to himself. He was constantly learning day by day and was planning to spend a day and focus on acsessing another of his ingrained powers.

Talbot laughed again, golden hair bouncing slightly, "Odd that someone with such a dark aura would have so much good magic flowing through their veins."
Her smile still holding, she offered him a light yellow piece of candy- she knew the color from the three engraved lines on it, "Though I have no room to speak on the matter, considering I hardly know who or what I am."

Durron chuckled. "What flows through me isn't magic. But science. I have no spells. Just abilitys given to me." he said keeping the chuckle for a few minutes. "Strange what you say. Does this mean you are not completely human?" he asked.
