What the? He thought wondering what this guy was up to. Then he noticed the results. "Tavia!" he exclaimed with worry. He glared at the man who made such and action but before he could say anything another entered the sceane. "Back off! Don't make things worse." He said to Roy then looked to Audric. "Threats go the same punk. You acted on it and hurt Tavia instead of me." He said after Audric said his piece to everyone. "If you were concerned about her you should have made that clear from the get go instead of being some ass. You have no right to treat anyone as if they were below you." He said calmly but his anger at Tavia being hurt showed through.
Jason said no more for the moment. He was going to make sure Tavia was alright before he would leave. As for Audric. he'd have to have a talk with this person. He needed to learn a few things apparently.

Tavia felt Audric pull her close and lift her face to look into his. He gave her back what he had accidentally taken with the spell. She bit her lip and looked up at him for now. She wasn't sure what he was going to do but she was still worried that he was angry. He began to talk about how he was only concerned and that she should have left word. That he would even take her with him next time so that she didn't have to be alone which to her was a very important thing. She nodded softly still hurt, her heart and soul were hurt that he was so mad just because she hadn't stayed in her room like a good girl. She had come out and now he wasn't going to get his present because she wasn't going to buy it.
"Fine." she huffed as she looked away and moved from his arms.
She wasn't mad she was merely hurt. And it seemed Jason was concerned for her. She moved off the street wanting nothing to do with Audric or the fight if that was what it was going to turn into. She sighed as she leaned against the wall and stared at the ground. She sometimes wondered what would happen if she just up and ran away. Betrayed her family and just left. They had the money they wanted and sometimes she wondered just how you could sell your own child. Tavia was quiet she said nothing.

Jason watched as Tavia walked away from them. His anger quickly faded. He looked over at her and started heading her way but kept a wary eye on both other men. If they got into he would do his best to break it up. But right now he was concerned for his friend.
"Tavia. Are going to be okay?" He asked with no traces of the icy voice he had when speaking to Audric. Instead it was like his normal tone and he gave a small smile.

He looked at her for a moment and could see that she was hurt and he sighed for a moment as he rubbed his eyes this Jason character was just going to be nothing but irritation. Audric turned his gaze to Jason for a moment and then gazed at him.
"Everyone has their own way of doing things. You threatened first. I responded equally. I have no intention of fighting in some street. Tavia is a healer and such blatant violence in front of her would probably disgust her even more." Audric said calmly as he saw her huff and pull away. He walked over to where Tavia was and reached out lightly scratching her ears just behind it hitting that one sweet spot. He wasn't angry right now he was more worried about Tavia as he gazed down at her and put his glasses on again. He shifted and nudged her lightly leaning and whispering in her ear.
"I'm out right now, you're out right now, I apologize for getting irrationally mad." Audric said as he opened a dark hershey's kiss and put it in her mouth knowing Tavia had a weakness for chocolate.
"Let's go places. Go wandering. Any place you want to go to as an apology." Audric offered.
"You matter to me Tavia I don't care how your parents treat you they can rot in that money for all I care. You're better then them."

Jason came over to her and in his same happy voice asked if she was okay. She looked up at him and nodded softly not really in the mood to speak right now. Her hands still tingled from the jolt of magic. Because Tavia was life magic and Audric was death magic the two did not set well with each other. She felt the scratching on the back of her ears and began to purr despite herself as her eyes closed and her ears flicked to and fro in pleasure. Her senses picked up her favorite chocolate and she took it sucking on it wanting to savor it since she didn't get them often they were more like a treat and a reward for good things than something she got to just munch on.
"I wanted to go to the big bookstore. Jason said there was one here that had many kinds of books. And I have that plastic card thing you gave me. I was just going to go buy some books. I read the ones we have. I'm bored and I thought a store of books would be fun." she said softly as she nuzzled into his hand gently the one still scratching behind her ears even through her words the purr was heard.

Jason narrowed his eyes in response to Audric's comment. "Yeah I did make the first move. You were terrifiing my friend. I don't like that one bit. I'm not out for some fight like some. I only want to make sure she's okay" he said then looked to Tavia. "Tavia thank you for what you did. You didn't need to that was very brave. And I'm sorry that it happened. I didn't do it but I have my share of blame for you being hurt. I didn't want that." he said softly.
He looked to Audric again and his toned turned flat. Not cold like at first. "As for you. I'll forget this as you seem to care for her in truth. but if I find out she's mistreated you can be sure our paths will cross again." He said then hefted his weapon over his shoulders. "And if you care for her this is a suggestion. Let her be with you by not being owned by you. Nobody deserves to be owned by another person. Tavia. It was a pleasure to meet you. I'm going to leave for now. Don't be a stranger okay?" He said giving her a smile and a small wave before heading off.
He was glad this went through without a real confrontation. he didn't want to fight in front of a person who didn't care for violence. The only reason things would go bad is if Roy or Audric stirred up more trouble. he had the feeling Audric wouldn't but he didn't know about Roy as the two of them never met before.

"Rigt. It seems tere's been a misunderstanding here."
Roy sheathed his sword, surveying the situation. He had defended the agressor, and acted rather foolishly. His second sight had betrayed him, as it often did when he moved without thinking. He walked over to the necromancer, and apologized.
"I apologize. I only saw the attack, and diddn't realize you were defending yourself. If there's any way I can make ammends, just let me know. I'm not hard to find."
Roy turned and walked away, at that. He was cursing himself for his foolishness, as well.
"Damnit, Roy, pay more attention to your visions."
