So no move yet eh? Very well let's see how she'll react to this. He thought ad he flung the sowrd at her. But it was not some lackluster toss. No the sword was also controlled by his levitation spell and spun like a propeller. It was aime to disable her left arm. Not sever it of course. But simply to cut the muscles and have it be slack. Having it fixed back inside the recovery wing of the Academy would mabey take five minutes. And that was if she didn't repair injuries when she trasnformed back.
Jyo kept his stance still and was ready to move depending on how his opponet reacted to this move.

Darah watched as Jyo threw his sword at her. Did he not have any other missile spells other than his sword? However, the movement of the sword was strange as it came for her. It was spinning, in the way a propeller would. Weird... She didn't remember Jyo twisting his hand to throw the sword in such a way. He must be controlling it using some sort of magic.
Instead of dodging the sword, Darah charged right at it. At the last possible moment, she dived feet first as the sword swept past overhead. Instantly, she got back up on her feet and advanced towards Jyo. She sprayed her paralyzing poisons in a wide array to increase chances of hitting him. Wider than before since she knew he had a speed increasing spell to dodge the poisons.

Oh really. More of that poison stuff. He thought raising his right hand to creat his shield. Yet stil some got through. not enough to reall effect him. But he was feeling slightly ill now. He knew he wouldn't react as fast as normal. But he still smiled.
With the levitate spell his sword came back. this time spinning vertically not horizontally. He had it aimed for the shoulder again. He let the sword drop into his hand either way and then launched his FOrced Ram spell into Darha's chest.

Seeing as some of the poisons seemed to have stopped in mid air, Darah came to the conclusion that Jyo had cast his spell shield again. Without seeming to have any reason to, Darah quickly started running to one side as Jyo's sword missed her and went back into its owners hands. One may think: How did Darah know that the sword was coming when she had her back on it? The answer is simple: TV. This skill which in a way was like a boomerang had been shown in so many cartoons and shows before that it could be listed as a classic. An eight year old kid who has watched power rangers or ultraman could guess what Jyo was going to do.
The next problem: Jyo had made a shield. His shield was a spell which means it was no longer of any use if Jyo dissipated it. The last time Jyo had cast his shield, he had sent it at Darah as some sort of missile attack. If Jyo knew how to conserve his energy, he would send this shield at her like he had done before. Quickly, Darah doubled back as the shield attack passed by beside her.
Darah held her ground after evading the shield to catch her breath. She wasn't tired, but that wasn't any reason to exert herself.

Jyo conversion from shield to attack never came. Instead he let his sword fall back into his hand and grinned.
"Well it seems you are a good combatant. Do you want to call it a draw? it seems like we would only be trading attacks back and forth at this rate." he said stilling keeping his sword ready but in a strictly defensive position showing he was giving the option to stop but was more than ready to continue.

Darah looked at Jyo for awhile. Was that it? Was the fight over? Or did he just want to set something up to trick Darah? Sensing no hostilities from Jyo, Darah nodded in agreement to end the training session as a draw. Win, lose, draw. Did it matter? All she wanted was some training and she had gotten it now.
As she slowly calmed herself from her battlelust, Darah reverted back to her usual form. A small girl with pale green skin and a pair of small horns on her head. She walked off the stage to where her son waited patiently. With a wave of Darah's hand, her kid's horns disappeared into him and he slowly shrunk until the basilisk was no more than a basilisk lizard. Darah picked her child up and gave the back of his head a kiss before turning to meet Jyo. She locked eyes with him for awhile before nodding a 'goodbye' and left the area.
(oo Wow. Didn't think that I could have fought you to a draw.)

*I had watched the entire duel with my undivided attention. I was very surprised with the outcome though. Darah fought well, but I thought she would lose to Jyo.
Well, it mattered not. I saw what I needed to see, and both of their names were on my list. So, in a flash of light, I disappeared from the arena.*

Jyo shrugged.
"Well it wasnt to be a fight to the death or anything. I really didn't use my main power spells. Most of them would kill you." he said with a smile.
"But regaurdless. You fight very well. I'm sure you'll be one of the Academy's finest warriors." he said with a smile holding out his hand to shake.
His attention shifted however.
"That presence. it's gone." he said
