" you always have to have the last hit in" Mathias had jumped back from the attacks when he saw roy lunge, but the sweep caught him off guard, he simply didnt have the energy to fight back, so he accepted the draw offer and took Roys hand. When he got up he hugged roy.
"it's been a while, man. how've you been?"

Roy let out a laugh, as his eyes ceased to glow, and held his hand out.
His staff fell into it, and he retracted it, and put it back on his belt. "I knew this would fall right there, at the exact angle, and velocity. I can see almost everything, but I can block it out, most of the time."
He let out a sigh, and said, "By the way, Melzas is back."

"Congrats on the seer thing... i think" He said as he set his sword on his back. "I'm dissapointed in my performance, i should be able to fight a magick user by now. Guess being stuck with hunting low level vampires'll leave someone weak. Plus i need to learn how to use this new sword. So when did your old friend appear?" Mathias was brushing himself off as he regained energy from the nearby trees.
