Shadow stood in the training grounds he'd improved so much over the shot time he'd been at the Academy. He waited for Tristan "It won't be the same this time I'll show you that I'm not just some person who carries a sword because it looks cool."

Right...more ass kicking. Probably for the best. This time it was Shadow...again. Tristan had kicked the poor guys ass without so much as a scratch last time...looked like he was going to go at it full blast now. The hunter walked out into the training grounds, armed as usual. He walked over to his friend, slid a foot back and, "Yo."
He was already ready. Tristan was one of those people who was ready to go FUBAR on some poor shmuck any time-a-day. Any time, any where. Even if he didn't have his gauntlets, he'd just transmute a blade out of the ground...if he really needed it.
Now it was time to fight again, and so close to his rank exams. Well, here's hopin' that Shadow doesn't take too much effort to beat.

Shadow looked at Tristan and smiled "It's not going to be like last time" Shadow said as he threw off his coat. and then without warning Shadow thrust his elbow towards Tristan. This time I win Tristan. you can't win I'v got the Emerald inside my body.

Tristan grinned, not like last time huh? "So I'm not gonna take you out without breaking a sweat?" He joked, stopping the elbow with little to no effort. Igneus chuckled to himself, then flew off. Your gonna piss him off again, buddy. Tristan threw a countering kick, an untelegraphed rising kick. His weight was perfectally balanced between his feet, so a simple, quick little kick like that, wouldn't be shown in a shift of weight.
The kick, being quick and fleeting, wasn't strong. [Thats the point] He thought to his partner, waiting for Shadow's next move. If this really was all he had to offer, it was going to end the same way as last time. Shadow would have to get much stronger...and much faster. After all, Tristan was almost a mage. He couldn't loose to an apprentice, right?

Shadow stumbled back a bit figures but lets show him a few things I'v learned Shadow whipped out two chains. ELEMENT CHARGE Soon one turned gold for holy element the other blue for water element.
"When I was in the recovery wing I figured Crusnicks were vunerible to holy elements and in Jersulem you used a lot of fire mana so water puts out fire" Shadow wasen't getting cocky but he had three things to help out both elements and control over Chaos Control and he learned that with the emerald he could use it twice in one day.
Shadow stood a few feet away from Tristan but his chains would make up for that,"Time to dance!"Shadow swung his holy chain (left hand) towards Tristans neck while the water chain (right hand) at his shins then, he'd go into a 360 spin after that he'd do a trick he leard from Ghost rider. He'd rake his chains together makeing the links blast off both Water and Holy projectiles. even if Tristan could dodge all that Shadow would throw the best holy artifact he had his neckless, his Cross neckless. "This is going to hurt"
OoC:close rping right?

Tristan saw the orbs and chains. "Interesting. Your right on both points...problem bieng...I'm not in Crusnik form." Tristan ducked under the spinning arms and rose up, his right shoulder would nail one of Shadow's elbows. The hunter would then lift his right knee sharply, slamming it into Shadow's torso. (your gut if i hit your right elbow, your back if i hit your left) He then shot up at an angle, using in-human strength to rocket several meters into the air, as well as back.
He effortlessly landed over thirty feet away and charged up his mana. "Heh, fight fire with water...Fight holy with darkness." He said to himself, watching the more powerful blast of holy energy soar. "BLACK CLOUD!" He shouted, and just behind him, a phalanx of arms arose from the ground. They were black with the element of demons and half held bows, the other half held arrows, the weaponry as black as the arms themselves.
He lept straight up and commanded the arms to loose their volley. Tristan soared high above the field as one hundred arrows were let loose, half demolishing the huge blast of holy energy, themselves being demolished by the countering light and dark energies. The other half soared right at Shadow.
It would be interesting to see how the young man reacted, while Tristan began to decend of gravity's accord.

Dammit I forgot about form oh well I can do this Shadow felt the quick rise in altitude then the demonic like arrows still got hundreds of new things I'll push you to your limit.
but arrows coulden't hit him with if they hit the Elsydion first problem was Shadow felt the drop coming. "wait for it wait for it NOW!" Shadow turned himself so that he landed on his hands dear God please let these things work YES! The shock absorbers inside the gloves worked perfectly.
The thought of drawing the Elsydion came to his mind but why unleash your trump card now he still hand a good hand despite a few arrows.
"nug re-" he paused why not make it so Tristan coulden't trasnform unless he wanted to be in extreame pain if he touched the ground and if he were in the air it'd still hurt "dleif ssorc, drah nwod niar retaw yloh" Two things happened at the same time the ground they were standing on was now holy ground (until the end of the battle anyway) and it began to rain hard, thing was it was raining BAD or good for Shadow anyway.
no more fire no more darkness (well no darkness from the ground) "Lets see what you do now Tristan."

[Damn.] Tristan thought to himself, decending from above. The rain was pounding hard, though the holy ground underfoot did jack shit. The arms were dicipated, but that section of ground, and fifty feet around it, was...for lack of a better term, 'de-holified' Like against that huge ball of light element, the opposing elements destroyed each other.
"Teolus!" Tristan shouted, making a wide motion with his arms that kicked up the wind. A huge vortex, about one hundred feet tall and seventy feet wide formed between the two. Tristan jumped back to the furthest edge of where the ground was no longer charged with light energy, and commanded the spell from there. The grass dirt and rain all went swirling into the vortex, creating more and more devistation to the surrounding grounds as it moved toward Shadow.
Most, if not all of the rain was caught up in the, now hurricane like storm. Tristan, waiting for Shadow's reaction, which would probably be to run like hell as the storm would slice and dice him like a peice of fruit in a food processer, shook the water from his hair and dried himself off by brushing and shaking off the water. He couldn't waste a fire punch spell drying himself off. Shadow had some magic now, besides that chaos control shit, and Tristan would need to conserve mana.

OoC:Sience Shadow has Chaos energy as well as Mana do you mind if I put something like Chaos points (or CP:*insert number here*)
Shadow decided to show Tristan that Chaos Control could be used as much as the user needed (with rechargeing in between) Shadow dissapeared useing some Chaos energy to teleport right behind Tristan then a side kick to the ribs followed the teleporting. I'll eather win or where you down a lot.

The rain was still ceased by Teolus. Tristan didn't really need energy to maintain the vortex, as all that was needed to hold it together was taken at formation. He only needed more mana to move it, unless is was as big as the one used at Vichy. While the hunter couldn't see Shadow any way, it was odd for him to dissapear, then suddenly be behind Tristan.
*Ding.* 'The hell was that? Damn flies. Tristan turned around after the side kick. It was pretty strong for Shadow, but Tristan was A: much tougher than that, B: wearing that vest which took the brunt of the impact. "You gotta get stronger man." Followed by a hard jab with the left that was moving at least three times faster than Tristan knew the boy to be able to move. How the hell Shadow had gotten behind Tristan without him noticing, he didn't know.
Little basterd teleported. Igneus reported from a boulder, quite a ways off. [Since when can he teleport? Man I'm out of the loop.] A quick round house kick would then nail Shadow in the right side of his ribs, followed by a rising kick to the jaw with the right foot, after a quick hopping weight shift from the right leg, to the left, which had sent the round house.

OoC:ok one more question I need to use an example for this EX:useing elemental chare takes mana does that take up an energy point (for the thred we're in only)
IC: Shadow decided to pull a trick on Tristan by not dodgeing but by takeing the hit it was simple really when Tristan jabbed Shadow jumpped backwards right when it connected then then he used the High Beam. (jumping really high into the air then fireing a mana beem) Shadow felt as if he were really getting to Tristan and that it really was possable to win. he's better then me but it's still possable to win

Tristan cut the combo as Shadow jumped back. The first strike had still nailed him, but with less force than intended. Much less, really. He looked up as the boy bounced high into the air. [Not bad...] He thought to himself. Shadow was only human, and he could jump that high...it wasn't bad. Tristan saw him aim, and drew his blade.
The diamond in the blade absorbed the mana blast and redirected it with a swing. It flew back in a wide arc toward the man in the red armor. "Come on, try harder!" He shouted up, keeping to that original tactic of pissing off the opponent. Not only was it effective, most of the time, it was fun. Watching them loose control, then simply dodging and countering, making them even more mad.
Tristan whipped his blade back the other way and three invisible blades of highly dense air flew at Shadow. Kamataichi...very effective. The blades could be redirected and controlled with ease, homing in on the target. As soon as they reached Shadow, so as not so slice him to bits, Tristan's mana flexed again and all three blades ignited, and exploded in a brilliant fury. Each explosion was big enough to engulf three people.
The damage would be intense, though that armor would likely protect him from the brunt of it. Tristan knew how feirce an attack this was, he took Roy out in a single attack the second time they'd fought with it.

Dammit that's I'm pulling The Elsydion! wait no I'll do that when I'v drained Tristan of his mana
Shadow noticed the attack being throwen back at him I can only use this thing once but it's going to be funny Shadow did a little Materilzeing of his lead pipe from his room.
"Batter up!" Shadow hit back what was his attack the pipe broke but Shadow didden't care. Once I'v got all seven gems Tristan your toast and if I beat someone with a higher rank then myself I'll be able to prove to others that I'm no pushover. "Hey Tristan what is it that you fight for when it's not training is it someone else or is it for fun or what? I'm fighting you to prove to you that I'm no pushover."

Tristan pulled his kamataichi blades away from Shadow and had them circle. It took little mana to control them, and it gave the hunter opportunity to answer the question. "Every fight is training, Shadow. Every fight is a game to be won. When your training, the game just has the lowest stakes. When your fighting for your life, the stakes are just higher. Only when your fighting for someone els does a fight become a battle." Tristan stood idle, Shireiutz touching the ground.
"A fight is a game, A battle is a war. Both to be won or lost." He grinned and looked down for a second. A command had the Kamataichi pick up speed as Shadow would hit the ground, "And I'm about to win this game." He shouted, giving the mental command of [Ignite.] The three blades converged on Shadow and finally blew up, The blast of all three was enourmous, the cloud of smoke massive.
It would be a few seconds before it would be seen if Shadow evaded...a couple of minutes to see if he survived if he'd been caught.

Shadow had teleported behind Tristan before the Explostion took place. "erihps cirtrice" Shadow put both hands on Tristans back if Tristan moved his torso. there'd be an explostion of eletricty but only once Shadow knew that he could last a bit longer still. Dear God help me win this fight! Shadow stood in place waiting for Tristan to turn around.
