A humbler beginning (Gake)

[Menboku Rakuten Eiki]

Eiki dodged the fireball, causing it to hit a wall, than dashed forward, Misumi still on his shoulders, and jumped between two pillars, than using them as boosts to jump even higher, and when he got as high as he could, Misumi jumped off of his shoulders, landing on the rock she usually sits on. When Eiki hit the ground, he looked bigger than normal, and he wasn't wearing his vest, Misumi was. His swordwas now unclothed, and Misumi was holding the cloth. Eiki's skin turned purple, and his tattoo began to fade into his skin, he was grinning. He stood up to full height, now much bigger than he just was, and he was eight feet taller. His hair grew longer, and turned puple, while his eyes turned black and red.

He chuckled, and faced Gake, "Oh really, now?" He grabbed the hilt of his sword with his right hand, and pulled it out of the ground. he was already ready for a fight.

[He's in his demon form, just in case you might be wondering ^^]

[Gake]

Watching as Eiki made a big show with all of the jumping, landing, and transforming Gake simply made his way into the training ground. With both hands to his side Gake pointed all of his fingers down towards the ground creating a thin wall. The sudden change in height caused the imp to fall on its butt. Now moving his hands backwards the wall on the ground went straight forward. Once the pair made it to the ring the, the wall would stop suddenly causing the imp to slide right off.

Not even paying attention to the imp’s antics Gake lifted up his right hand, fingers still on the ground, and looked up at his opponent. As he looked up at Eiki, Gake’s visor came out covering his eyes. Looking through his visors Gake prepared for another fight with a demon. In a calm voice Gake said, “So are you ready?”

As soon as he said that his imp jumped onto to the wall, the one Gake was standing on, and slid right across it cheering. Perfect way to kill the mood.

[Menboku Rakuten Eiki]

Eiki chuckled, and and pointed his sword downward to the now tiny man, and scoffed. "Are you?" Eiki laughed again, and dashed forward at top speed, slamming his large sword into the ground, causing rocks to shoot upward, and he quickly kicked one toward Gake, than threw his sword in the air, caught another rock, and threw it at the other rock. It caused the struck one to shatter, and quickly, he grabbed the two peices and threw them at Gake behind the other one. After that, he caught his sword, and dashed forward with all of his speed, breaking the floor with each step, due to his massive size, and weight, and he left footprints into the ground. "Hraah!" Eiki thrust his sword forward, piercing all three rocks like butter, and aiming his sword to impale Gake's shoulder.

[Gake]

Moved his left hand forward causing Gake to slide back to avoid the first rock, and moving his right arm forward, as if throwing something, sent five red glimmering shards straight towards the rocks. As soon as the chards collided with the rocks explosions could be seen stretching across the sky.

With a smirk Gake thought, So that is what happens when I mix destruction magic with my projectiles. Kool.

As the explosions scattered across the sky a huge shadow started to emerge from the cloud. Now seeing the large sword out of the dust Gake quickly brought up his left arm and swayed it to the right. This would cause Gake to slide way to the left avoiding the attack. Now safe from the first attack, Gake brought his arms back to his right to sent three more explosion tipped projectile towards the gain figure.

Now where would that annoying little imp be? Well the imp currently would be hunch down in front of Eiki. Slowly looking up scared his eyes would see Eiki’s face. Dropping his mouth, the demon would then rise up both of his hands and run away screaming, in his high pitch voice, towards the wall.

[Menboku Rakuten Eiki]

Eiki had noticed he'd missed, even with his large blade, and looked upward and started to laugh. Than, he noticed that Gake was going to throw something at him, and quickly, he brought his sword down with great force. The attack destroyed all of the projectiles, but due to them hitting his sword, he was forced to stumble backward a few steps. He noticed the imp, looking up at him, and attempted to kick him, only to miss as the imp started running like hell into a wall. For a second Eiki just stood there, wide-eyed. That thing really is retarded..

Eiki turned, and faced Gake. "Anything goes, eh? Hehehe." Eiki summoned an undead soldier behind Gake, lifting his right arm upward, forming a right angle, sticking his middle and index fingers straight upward. Than, his right hand was caught on fire, and he laughed. "Ignite!" Even though Eiki couldn't elemental summon yet, he would attempt to mix his element with his Undead soldier to make him stronger. Eiki dashed forward, and striked horizontally, trying to get Gake to dodge, and if he didn't well, he'd only by half of what he was before.

[Gake]

As Gake looked forwarded, the sensors in his visors light up indicating an incoming target approaching from behind. Lifting up his right heel, an invisible wall appeared behind him, it seemed the undead skeleton had burst into flames. Strangely, the sensor showed the target behind Gake had collapsed as soon as it appeared.

That was sure a weak summon.

Now Eiki was charging for another attack.Gake then moved his left hand to the right that sent him sliding left, away from Eiki, and twisted his hand inorder to turn himself to face Eikei. Gake had new power, and it was time he put them to use.

Clasping both of his hands together, Gake began to gather energy from his chest down to his feet, and straight towards his hands. Staring straight at Eiki as his hands started to separate Gake shouted, “Elemental Barrier: Earth Shield!” After Gake shouted the earth below Gake’s feet started to float upwards into the space between his hands. Throwing both arms across to his side Gake made a wall of floating dirt appear in front of him.

This barriers acts just like quick sand. The harder Eiki tries to break through this wall the more stuck his weapon will be. Also being that this is made from the earth element, most spells would simply be absorbed into the wall.

"You are a fool, aren't you? Haha!"

Since the shield created was one of sand, it could turn into solid glass with enough heat, become mere dust with wind, or become a weak wall of mud with water. "Don't you know you should never let your guard down? Gale!" The flames of Eiki's blade were now nothing, as powerful wind had now engulfed his sword. He thrust it forward, causing the sand to part as his blade went through due to the power of the wind, and attempted to intimidate Gake by piercing a few layers of skin at his side. He wasn't at all attempting to hurt him, just win.

[Gake]

Once the blade touched Gake’s skin a small layer of fire appeared on Gake’s side that was hit with the wind blade, and the blade suddenly burst into flames that rapidly went up to Eiki’s arm burning it. Unfortunately, before Eiki could do anything to counter act the flames, Gake would spring the trap he set up. Moving his hands back to the center, with his left over his right, Gake shouted, “Elemental Break: Scattering Sand!”

After Gake said that the sand shield in front of Gake would explode forward sending sand, rocks, and dirt colliding, with a fast velocity, into the target right in front of it, Eiki. No matter how tough his skin is Gake knew that enough of the sand would penetrate which would cause some bleeding and pain.

The force of the blast should cause damage all over Eiki’s body, but the backward force of the blast would also send Gake back a few feet. Landing on his butt, with a smile Gake would get back on his feet to see the damage done to Eiki.

Luckily for Gake his opponent did not want to kill him which caused enabled his trap to work. By creating the wall Gake hoped to get Eiki right up against the wall, so all Gake would need to do was flow some of his destruction energy into the wall in order to blow it up. However, the gale attack did throw him off guard a little, and if his opponent would of strike to kill then the imp’s fire shield wouldn’t have been able to stop most of the damage.

Standing up straight, with his left palm and fingers facing the ground and right against the side that was bleeding, Gake would then say, “Your guard was down the most.”

[Menboku Rakuten Eiki]

The sudden burst attack of the sand sent Eiki back a few feet, but seeing as no one really knew how tough his skin was, actually, especially in demon form, Gake was unably to fully penetrate it, yet still caused a gash across his chest, and one on his right shoulder. It seemed Eiki was off guard, but he was not aiming at Gake at all when he penetrated the sand barrier, and luckily, the fire that engulfed Eiki's blade was put out by the gale on his blade. Eiki smiled, than pushed himself up, sword in his left hand, and right hand on his left shoulder. He faced Gake, now a smirk on his face, and began to laugh.

"Hahaha! Do you really think I wasn't planning on getting hurt, there? And why do you think I let my undead soldier fall to bones? Do you not realize that the fiery bones that were right there.." Eiki said pointing behind him, where there were just bones. "...are now gone, and behind you?"

Right as he'd said that, a skeleton leapt toward Gake's back. It was engulfed in wind, now, so that it wouldn't be effected by any fire at all, and using himself as a decoy, the blood he'd offered made the Undead soldier stronger than most Eiki'd created before. It would fully wrap itself around Gake, restricting all movement, and when it did, Eiki would use his sword's side like a paddle, and smack Gake accross the face. The strike from the large sword would cause almost anyone to go out cold, especially since it was so god damn hard.

[Gake]

As Eiki was talking, Gake noticed a flashing signal on his screen indicating energy building up occurring right behind him. The signal told him to move out of the way, and like before Gake swung his left arm to the right sending himself sliding to the left to avoid the undead warrior. Removing his right hand from his wound Eric formed it into a fist in front of him. Now throwing his arm forward quickly Gake would send three of his destruction tip projectiles at the skeleton. Upon impact the shards should explode blowing the skeleton to bits.

As he did that Gake made sure he kept his eyes on his screen. Should anything come at him then Gake would be ready to avoid it sine his range of movement was still free.

In a loud voice Gake said out loud, “If you wanted to kill me then you would have won already, and I would be laying pass out on the ground.”

"If I killed you, that would be another life on my conciounce.."

The undead soldier sidestepped the projectiles, and went at Gake once more. Eiki thrust his blade into the ground, releasing his hold over it, and charged forward. Without his sword, there'd be less chance of killing him. His skeleton soldier jumped at Gake, while from the side, Eiki dashed at him, pulling back his right fist. He was planning on taking any means of success from Gake, and beat him without killing him.

[Gake]

AS the undead warrior tried to side step the projectiles, Gake detonated them causing them to blow the skeleton to pieces. Now turning towards the Eiki, who decided to charge at him. With a slide Gake then said in a low voice, “Aren’t you aware of the magical barriers around this place?”

Standing his ground one of Gakes invisible walls appeared right in front of him. The shape of the wall was a half circle where the inside would be facing Eiki. As soon as Gake would through his first punch, the demon would find that he cracked the wall. With both of his hands to his side, Gake would change his right hands into a fist that would shatter all the walls around Eiki. Once the walls would shatter, the pieces will instantly turn into shards and be shot at Eiki. These shards would be enchanted with demonic magic from the imp so they would be able to pierce the demon’s skin.

Then before the demon could react, Gake would move his left hand forward, and be sent backwards away from the demon. In a low tone Gake said, “People are protected from dying here. So you don’t have to worry.”

[Menboku Rakuten Eiki]

"Hmm, you strike me with the intent to kill and so I shall do the same!"

Eiki broke through the walls before anything could happen, using his rather tough skin as the weapon. He than extended his right arm, grabbing the hilt of his sword. He pulled it out of the ground, and grinned. "With intent to kill, you have no remorse, but without that intent, you are not willing to go full strength." Eiki flipped his sword around, to where it was facing upward. "Now, you shall see what my true strength is!" Eiki chucked his sword into the air as hard as he could, and clapped his arms together, and velvet smoke began to rise from his body. His veins were popping, and he looked extremely tense. "Biroudou Honou(Velvet Flame)!"

After he'd shouted, he rose his arm, catching his sword by it's hilt, and thrust it into the ground. This caused his arms' skin to burst, and he was offering some of his blood for this attack. His body was now engulfed in flame, and he dashed forward, faster than before, and began to swing his sword, to some it would look like he was just swinging wildly, but what he'd just used cost one pint of blood, to help him think faster, and move faster.

[Gake]

It seemed like Eiki’s sheer strength managed to break most of the shards before it hit him, but he could not break them all due to the numbers of them making it understandable if a few hit him without his notice. It did not really slow the demon down, but it was good enough for now.

Looking now as Eiki went back for his sword it seemed like it was time for Eiki to get serious. Watching as how Eiki was really about to attack Gake gave off a loud yawn as if he was tired. As soon as Eiki sword was high enough in the air, Gake swung his right arm upwards towards the giant sword. This movement sent a big tile, which appeared to be a big glass widow, towards the sword knocking it backwards into the stands. This would then negate the rest Eiki’s attack since he would no longer have a sword to focus his energy into.

With a weary face Gake then shouted in a weary tone, “Hey Eiki, I am glad that you finally got serious and all, but I have to confess something. Despite this being only a flesh wound on my side, it is causing problems with my energy flow, so I can’t continue this fight.”

Eiki's eyes widened, and his eyes turned back to normal. His skin turned back to it's pale color, and his tattoo reappeared. He dashed toward Gake, dropping his sword, which turned from a large rock-like object, into a small, black sword, which seemed to be very beautiful, a true work of art. Why his sword had turned to that, he didn't know, but didn't even noticed. He was more concerned about his friend.

:: I.. I'm sorry. Are you okay? ::

Something was different about him, and his sword..
