A Vampire's Lament (Keiko)

[Keiko Nihara]

The kiss lasted for some time yet. It was sexy and sensual the way they kissed the way they were expressiing things to each other through more physical needs than not. She smiled softly as he broke the kiss and looked down at her as they both breathed her heavier than him. As she recalled from a book she had read recently, being a huge fan of a certain vampire series, and she knew that they didn't need to breathe at all but it was more habit than anything.

He then began to appologize and at first her eyes went wide. She wasn't sure what to say to that. She didn't blame him for anything. She had sacrificed her blood to save him when he had lost so much. The other thing was that he was sorry that he had gotten into a fight with Train. Seeming ashamed of himself he lowered his head and she brushed his hair back gently with her hands and kissed the top of his head gently. She nuzzled into his hair with her nose gently.

"Hey there, Mr. Vampire, you're supposed to be strong and gruff. Isn't that what vampires are? Mean and bitey?" she chuckled as she made him look up at her meeting her eyes. "I never blamed you for anything and if you don't quite appologizing I'm going to break that bottle you just toked on over your pretty little head. And then what will ya do? Because then I'm gonna run and you're going to play hide and seek." she giggled softly.

She kissed the tip of his nose and then kissed a small trail up his nose to his forehead before laying back down on the matress completly. It was comfy here now that they had the matress. She liked it. The fire kept her warm and Vlad's body kept her from being too warm while they were able to cuddle and spend time together.

He whimpered softly and nodded as she told him to stop apologizing and finally just accept that she wasn't angry with him. He whimpered again as she gean to kiss from the tip of his nose to his forehead and closed his eyes, settling his head on her collar bone he sighed softly and lay on her, letting her and the fire warm him slowly. He would always be cooler to her, but to him this was extremely warm and soothing, like being in a hot bath, although he hater water usually, large bodies of it at least.

"I love you Keiko Nihara, so much."

He sighed out and let his eyes stay closed, he was content, happy and content, and nothing could change that now. Well maybe another rocket full of silver nitrate... but that wasn't something to be thinking about now. His hands wrapped around her lower back and waist and he let the mattress swallow them up, pillows were pulled down from the couch and he set one under Keiko's Head and the others were scattered about, sealing them onto the mattress. In the background that same sad song continued playing, growling a bit he got up and switched it off, having to completely move away from Keiko to do so. When he had done that he scrambled back to her and got back on top of her, nuzzling into her warm neck he shivered abit and pulled a blanket over them, he needed the sleep.

"Can we just sleep for abit Keiko.. I'm so very tired, and I need you here to sleep peacefully... we can go on that walk through the lower halls I promised you...."

Keiko smiled as he told her that he loved her. It was weird to hear a man that could kill you by closing his hand around your neck with a simple snap because of how strong he was. She smiled though because he was sweet to her. She didn't know, and had never seen his dark and evil side. Bliss some would call it but she had never seen what he was like when he hunted or when he did other things that his vampire self did.

He growled and she bit her lower lip worried she had done something wrong again and she was worried. But he got up and moved over to the radio and turned off the music. She chuckled at how fast he came running back to her nearly like a little kid. She held him close. He placed a pillow under her head lovingly and she smiled at the thought for her and then he put the pillows all around them so that it was more like a little hide out just for them. He nuzzled into her and lay on top of her. But.. he was heavy!

She pushed him gently off to the side and turned on her side so they could lay side by side. He wanted to sleep with her and wanted to sleep now and she could understand that. She smiled up at him and nipped the tip of his nose just for fun.

"Of course we can sleep." she chuckled as she nuzzled up into his cool temperature chest and she put her face in the crook of his neck and kissed the hollow of his throat.

"Goodnight, Vlad." she whispered as she closed her eyes and began to fall asleep lulled by the warm fire and the arms of Mr. Vampire.

[Vlad]

He smiled a bit as she slid him off, he had expected it, he was a lot heavier than she would ever be.. or at least he hoped. I mean, she would.. yeah he wasn't going there. She nipped his nose and he fidgeted bit, enjoying it but at the same time it was weird. He scrunched his nose once as she spoke and he nodded softly as she nuzzled into his neck an kissed it softly. He let a soft hum run threw his throat and he smiled even more, he would finally sleep peacefully and soundly. None of this drunken sleep that left him feeling tired when he woke up. He liked that wine... finishing it now wouldn't hurt, he'd save the bottle and ask for more later. He grabbed it off the table and quickly downed it, the liquid running down his throat he felt it coarse into his body and he wiped up bit as he put the bottle back, that was amazing.

Settling in once more he nuzzle into her hair and set himself on sleep, it wasn't long before he found it, his mind slowly drifting away from his body and sleep wrapping both of them up securely.

He was standing, not over a lifeless Keiko but in front of a very alive Keiko, well alive as a vampire Keiko could be. She smiled up at him and two shiny fangs had joined her regularly beautiful smiled. Vladamir smiled back and they share a soft kiss before sipping on two glasses of red blood wine, the kind Keiko had made only now for two. They were on the couch, watching a movie or something as Keiko nuzzled into his neck and nipped softly at the skin, Vladamir could only smile and ignore the movie.

Vlad woke up almost four hours later and looked down at his sleeping Keiko. He smiled and moved down, deciding she had probably had a lot of sleep over the past day he softly kissed her neck, then nipped at it softly, not using his fangs. He wanted to wake her slowly, but also give her the kind of attention she deserved. Soft butterfly kisses trailed up to her ear and he whispered softly into her ear.

"Wake up my dear, it's time to eat."

Keiko stirred as she felt somethinig kissing her neck. She smiled softly in her sleep. Slowly her eyes opened and the sensual voice of Vlad came into her ear and she smiled. Her silver eyes looked up at him and she smiled softly. Reaching up she touched his cheek gently and looked into his eyes. It had been a really good nap. She could probably use a bit more sleep but then again once her body got going she would be doing all kinds of things. that was the thing about Keiko. She was exhuberant and filled with energy.

"Hi." she said still in that glazed over sleepy state.

She snuggled into Vlad a bit into his chest and smiled. She was like this when she first woke cuddly and not quite awake yet. The only thing she was missing was her stuffies. She opened her eyes and looked up at him with a smile as she nuzzled into him even more.

"Mr. Vampire? Can I bring my stuffed animals down here to sleep with too?" she asked softly as she still tried to wake rubbing her eyes in that cute childish manner.

"Sure."

He said to her first question of the morning... afternoon... evening... whatever this was. She snuggled into his chest an he smiled softly, one hand coming down to run threw her hair, letting it fall out evenly. He smiled and kissed the top of her head as she rubbed out her eyes, he was a happy vampire. He wondered what things they would do today. Maybe he'd see his first movie, or listen to more music. He had never watched TV, or seen a movie, or even listened to more than fifteen minutes of music at a time.. save the last day which had involved one song about a million times.

"Can we wait a while though?"

He said with a yawn at the end, his rather large vampire fangs showing brightly in the firelight. He closed his mouth with a quick *snap* and his mouth creased into a gentle smile. He laid his body down next to hers and nuzzled into her neck. He was still waking up to, and he was the type to take a half hour to really wake up fully. Yes he could still nuzzle and cuddle and all that, but he wouldn't be moving about and really making coherent thought possible. right now thought process included: "Food = blood, Keiko = good." That was about it.

He yawned once more and his fangs softly grazed her neck. He let them linger, feeling her blood pulse under her neck. He had enjoyed that wine, but he had promised himself to never bite her again, not until she was ready not until she was sure she wanted to beocme... what he was. Maybe the process could be reversed... not that he had heard of... maybe... no... he would always be a vampire, he wouldn't accept being human. He feared death to much for that. He wanted to live forever, to be immortal was fine by him.
