Igneus hopped back as the sand snake went to attack. There was a small rumble as his girth crashed into the floor a ways from his partners side. Tristan redirected his seoligna spell so as not to hit the dragon. The hunter himself back off a bit as the huge ball of energy flew passed him, the mana being exuded from the blast giving him a burst of power.
Suddenly, boom. Shadow and his damned chaos control again. The boy was a blur to even Tristan as his attack lashed all over the woman. As his speed settled and he spoke, Tristan used the over shot of mana, which was beginning to over load his storages. An enormous blast of fire would be aimed right at the woman from the tomb.
It was easily big enough to engulf Igneus in his current form, and it would last for a little less than ten seconds in a continuous stream. Once it would cease, the extra mana that Tristan had absorbed from the storm, Tas' cannon blast, and the ambient Chaos energy that Chaos Control threw off would be spent, leaving Tristan just under a full tank of energy.
A sideways glance to Tas would raise an eyebrow, but now wasn't the time for questions. This was combat, and Tristan, while he did ask a question first, was definitely in fire first, ask questions later mode.

....Under the Influence of Speed.... A young male had flashed towards me, striking at me rapidly from the front. At that moment, Hraveslagr was my best friend. I spun the staff, and used it's head, and tail to block and deflect his sword strikes. Then he attacked from the back, the sides, the back, the front, the back. It was all over. Just like a rookie. Sparks flew off our weapons when they connected. At that point, I had a electrical pulses arching all over my right arm. Their black bolts Jumped out to the young man that just attacked me. A second and a third passed, and I launched another one directed at the winged creature while backpedalling down the hallway. Using my surroundings to my advantage. My free hand pulled a skeleton off it's resting shelf and tossed it's lifeless and near weightless body. Two more seconds and I can collapse the tunnel.Hmmm... fire..I crossed my arms over my face, and waited as the fire crackled on my cloak. Sparks exploded all around me. Like I said my avid listeners, I cannot die, though I wish I had been toasted right then and there. I continued to back away in the heat and fire until the two seconds were up. Time's up...I spun my staff once over my head still receiving damage. I'd have a little bit of recovery time after this. But I'd still try to escape. I pointed the crystal at the end of the staff towards my enemies, and summoned the tempest... Nothing happened......What?! Why didn't it work!?My spell didn't execute correctly, and I sizzled until the flames died down. Kneeling there in the soft Earth. Hoping I was dead. But I wasn't, and tears welled up in my eyes. I feared the worst. Now not only eternal, and subject to all the torment that went with being damned to Nod, I feared I'd become the worst kind of slave to these... people. I wanted to suicide right there so badly. But I couldn't, I wanted redemption more than escape. So I sat there on my knees in the Earth, laid down my weapon, and weeped.

Tas stared at the lich in suprise. Combat she could deal with, and expected, but... a breakdown in tears? Talk about awkward. She drifts a little closer to the group, hesitant, unsure. Maybe this was a trick, but the other two would know. They seemed to have more experience in combat than her.
She was about to speak, but something caught at her attention. Her spell was about to go off. Internally gritting her teeth Tas focuses on the spell, binding its energies to herself to halt it in it's tracks. The circles above her start wobbling out of synch with each other and her gaze shifts to Tristan, obviously the strongest here.
"I'm... holding my spell. What do you think we... should do?"
Her voice sounded strained, and the circles above her were starting to spit crimson sparks about. Almost as if they were angered by the interruption.

Tristan to was surprised to see the woman in tears when his flames ceased. Closing his jaw, cutting off the last of the dying flames, he thought. He analyzed the situation, could be a trick, but he was strong enough to take a full force surprise attack head on if it was. Debating on what to do, simply looking on, Tas made her question. Grinding his teeth slightly in thought, he decided. "Stand down." He waved an arm out, his soul fire grabbing up a small ammount of mana from the distorted circles.
Tristan then walked forward, Igneus looked at him questioningly, a few feet back from before in lou of the lightning attack being dodged. The end of his tail swished slightly near the back wall. What are you doing? He demanded. [Trying to end this. We both can keep going, but I'll end up taking out half of Jerusalem and then we'll have the Order up our asses.] He continued walking,
If Shadow went to make an attack, Tristan would put a vice grip on the boys right shoulder, pinning him to the ground with pressure. The crazy basterd was a bit of a loose cannon so, natural reaction. "Look, we can keep going, but I don't really think either of us want to. Let's call this to a cease-fire and sort this out like humans instead of mercs." Despite being more or less a mercenary himself, Tristan used the reference, having stopped a couple of feet away from the woman on the ground, just far enough so that Seoligna didn't hit her and suck out her life force.
The ambient mana every one exuded would still be pulled in, but nothing threatening. If she would accept the cease-fire, Tristan would recall his spell short of its full life, now at full, energy wise.

Shadow wanted to finish the women off but something inside him told him not to he pointed the gun at her head but backed away slowly. He was confused "So uh first your all high and mighty like and now your breaking down in tears? Would someone explane to me whats going on?"
Shadow asked frustrated and confused.

....Wait...What?.... I cried through their conversation, until I heard one of them offer a cease fire. It sounded like two armies having terms with one another because they had come to the understanding that they'd completely destroy each other if they continued in the direction they were going. I batted the tears from my eyes with my lashes, and looked up. The ellipses focused, and saw through him like he was a pane of glass. He meant what he said to me. And I accepted the offer. ("Then we have terms. I wish not to desecrate the City of God in my escape. My surrender.")I expected to be exiled from the location, assuming that they were all locals. They all spoke the same language, nothing... close to the rough hebrew the Jews in Israel spoke. But it was a post-Babel language, I expected it to be different from others. Then I stood, picking up Hraveslagr, and turned on my booted heels toward the exit. I wanted to leave the tomb, before anyone stopped me, or tried to put me back in my grave.

Tas winced inside as Tristan drained some power from her spell. She could appreciate his reasoning... reducing the power should reduce the spell. But unfortunately he'd destabilised the outer ring quite badly... she had to cast it. So she did, aiming it deeper into the cript in the darkness, where none of them could see. There was a strange squelching, bursting sound in the darkness and the damaged circles above her winked out of existance with a few farewell sparks.
The lich was trying to leave now. Tas drifted forward again until she was next to her fellow students and calls out after the retreating figure. This was more to support Tristan's decision than because she particularly wants the lich to hang around.
"Uhm... i think he meant we should all talk about this... not that you should leave. Just going away wouldn't sort anything out..."

Tristan sighed a small ammount of relief, closing his eyes, and dispelling his soul fire. The aura died down and dissapeared. When he opened his eyes, the woman was walking away, and Tas had moved up. "Right, hold on there. You clearly have powers like the rest of us. We're all from the same place...or at least I think we are." Tristan wasn't sure if Tas was a student at the Academy.
"There is an academy for magic users, hidden from the rest of the world. If you just walk out into the world and start summoning thunderstorms and sand snakes, someone's gonna notice and take you out." He paused, letting the words sink in. He started walking forward, Igneus doing the same, though stopping near the other two. "If you come with us, you can enroll there. It will give you a place to live, learn, and train." Those first two would interest most.
The man would stop right behind the woman who spoke the odd language. It was a mystery how they understood her, and how she understood them, but magic was magic and it was the sort of shit every mage had to get used to.

Shadow looked at Tristan "uh, so wait wait wait are their messengers or something that tell people about this Academy or do they just appear their or are they born in the city and sent their? I'm confused" Shadow was really stumped now but one thing he wanted to do was blow the shit out of this women.
After all she deserved it in Shadow's openion plus he still had his gun aimmed at her ready to shoot but still holding back. "Tristan," Shadow hesitated "Never mind" Shadow was skptical about this sudden surender.

....A place to Call Home?.... I stopped there with my back to them. Then turned while listening. The one that seemed to be in charge had better sense about him. I could feel that the very young one wanted to kill me still. Live, and let live. That's what I thought to myself then. Before a series of unfortunate events took a death grip on my entire world. And I had no choice but to act. ("Never fight with allies whom you don't know. It is not.. how to say.. prudent.") I offered that bit of wisdom to the children. A place to learn and grow in my magic. That would be quite useful. I thought to myself. Then I didn't know of the coming tides of blood. But I could feel them approaching. Father, how I wish that what the older child had said was true. That someone could take me out. ("None can kill me... I am damned to walk this Earth, from the East to the West, for all eternity. Since our genesis, and our fall. Though, your place you call the 'academy' intrigues me. Where is it? I might pay it a visit, if I make my mind up to go there.") (OOC: Indeed a draw.)

Tristan stood, listening to the odd language, which he still didn't know how he understood. Basic ideas, like having taken a language and become fluent, but haven't used it in ages. When the woman said she would go to the Academy, Tristan nodded and spoke, "It's several miles off the ground, you can come with us to the nearest teleporter, though it's a ways away." He then began to walk forward, passing the woman and indicating to the lot of them to follow. Igneus, in a large puff of smoke and a loud crack, transformed back into his smallest form and flew to his partners shoulder. You sure about this?
[Fairly....She did surrender, despite the momentary hostility, which was partly our fault. And we don't need more free roaming magic users...especially those who supposedly can't be killed.] The conversation went on. To respond to Shadow's question when Tristan remembered, "There aren't scouts, perse, but if a mage comes across an awakened mage, they generally point them to Babylos." Soon enough they'd get to the stairs which Tas and Shadow came down.
Things were probably going to get very interesting on the way back to the academy, should the odd woman explain who and what she was.

((OOC: Yeah, there was... wasn't he/she/it going to show up if we lingered too long in this place?))
Now that the hostilities seemed to be over Tas uses her shift spell to regain her human form. Aparrantly she needn't have worried so much, the fight had been brief and placed barely any strain on her... though she was still on edge with the zombies underfoot. A polite smile is directed the Lich when shadow does the introductions and she makes a mental note of the dragon's name.
"Tas Rakee... nice to meet you."
Well, it wasn't that nice... was her mental amendment to the sentence, but she knows it would be rude to say as much. Though it was due to where they were more than the lady, who Tas still silently refers to as Lich, lacking a more accurate name. On the way back to the stair she is very careful around the zombies littering the floor, not wanting to go any closer than necessary to them.

OoC:yeah I wanted to blow it up or hack it to peaces (excuse me I'm a little suger high right now) oh and uh if I just skipped your turn forgive me I'm really not sure I'll delete this if so ok?
IC:Shadow looked at Tristan as if to say are you going to interdouce yourself? But Tristan was almost kinda like no humor all serious from what Shadow knew. But that aside Shadow got down and looked the women in the face and smiled. "You know in my terms I'm sorry I attacked you because I'm reckless and I kinda felt like fighting sience the Zombies were too easy.
Shadow scratched the back of his head "C'mon already the place is awesome and I mean you get to see the entrance of the place I woke up propped on a wall not being able to remember a thing. I can still barely remember a thing

"Whatever. I'm warning you though, if I remain too long, disaster will befall you all. For I am cursed. And it travels with me, for all eternity."
Really, I didn't give a damn about the poor schmucks that got me out of that tomb. I'm just glad they did, and now that I was out. I'd see what I could learn from their "academy", and then leave before I fell out of more favor, and would go to hell, and take everything I had attached myself with me.
Then... the dead started to move again, all the dead. In the Crypt. Even the ancient skeletons.
"Well.. that's not good."
