In the normal human sense, his hair was like a silver cataphract. A waterfall full of little itty bitty lights running constantly out of his skull. In the normal regards, he wore black sleeves made out of charred, and tempered human skin, which now feels like black leather, all the way up to the teeth on each shoulder. He wore similar clothing around his chest, except for around the direct feed mouth. His pants cut off at the ankles, and are also made from the same material.
Personality: Relo'Quath has what humans would call 'psychopathy'. It is a condition that is classified by the lack of empathy, conscience, poor impulse control, and manipulation. It is the strongest and most irreversible human mental disorder. Individuals plagued with this illness have no chance of becoming normal members of society, as they have such a powerful intellect, that once caught, their methods will evolve into a higher form. Psychopaths are meticulous in everything they do, and tend to play mind games with everyone around them. Relo'Quath is a classic example of psychopathy.
Secondarily, Relo'Quath is completely incomprehensible half the time, as he shouts things randomly, and barely has the understanding of what is going on during certain situations. The randomness, and pure idiocy of what he does half the time is a farce, as he is ridiculously intelligent, and is meticulous in planning everything.
History: He began his existence in the abyss, showing much promise to break the minds of others at an early age. Manipulating his peers in early games of play, creating small wars between them, even causing the death of one of them indirectly. Relo'Quath was taken in by the Abyss' Mind Breakers.
Mind breakers are an extremely resilient sect of magical users in the abyss, and specializing in attacking the minds of their enemies, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. They've caused religious confusion in all the world, mass suicides, and even the genocide of one's own countrymen.
When Relo'Quath was inducted into this discipline, he received several items that were imperative to his development as a Mind Breaker. A collar around his neck that prevented mental feedback from his enemies, proving himself immune to his own psychaotic attacks, and the psychic attacks of others. And an abyssmal sword that warped and sawed. It became his habit to destroy the body of his victims in the most excruciatingly painful way, after breaking their mind beyond all healing.
Several years ago, Relo'Quath was sent on his first assignment. To drive an entire town into complete madness, and then put them through mass suicide. Things were going according to plan in the early stages. He had infiltrated the town's people, set the seeds of madness. Several people were sent to nearby asylums, and he realized, he'd have to make a more drastic turn, rather than using the subtle things.
He possessed the minds of the town's clergy, broke their will, and forced a religious reform in the town. Driving the people into zealous madness. Then, he had the clergy command the mass suicide of them all, under the farce that it will guide them to heaven.
It brought them all to Hell. Through the abyss, and into the deepest circles of hell. He had completed his first assignment, but was noticed. He was captured by the human authorities of magic after a brutal and long battle, then taken to the city of Babylos for study.
Now he is in a state of imprisonment within the city, being studied on how his magic works. It was all new to them, attacking the mind, rather than everything else. Most magic focused on the corporeal, the tangible. To be able to successfully attack one's mind, was to be a psychic of some sort. Psionics were discovered as a secondary incorporation with his magic. In fact, it was a result of the magic he wielded.

-Invisibility Against the Ignorant: Many human beings will be unable to see, or sense him, at all. As they are not attuned enough with magic or the spiritual to notice. As they cannot see him, he cannot affect them directly, due to the law. For those that can see him, he can directly affect them. All demons can see each other, all Angels can see demons, all demons can see Angels.
-PC's must state that their character is attuned to the magical and spiritual to be able to sense him. This is a double edged sword however, as if they cannot sense him, they cannot directly affect him. If they can sense him, they can directly affect him, and he can directly affect them.
-Corrosive Touch: As he is an Unholy being, to the neutrally aligned, and to those aligned with Light, his touch will burn. It goes both ways if he touches Angels or Judeo-Christian relics. Such as interlaced Triangles, the Bible, stepping inside a Church or Synagogue. These relics will burst into flames, and burn him. Though the parts he touched will be destroyed. This is called equal footing.
To some humans and others, the touch won't do any physical damage at all, but will send them into a temporary state of shock, after receiving troubling visions of Hell, and all it's layers.
-Unguarded Reading: People that don't guard their thoughts well enough, will be heard by him. As he is sensitive to the mental aspect of everything, he will pick it up directly if you're loud of thought. If you aren't, the only way to pick it up would be through a mind read or psychaotic assaults.
This is a passive ability for psychics, and usually causes no harm, unless the person is extremely careless in their plans, or does not anticipate psychics.

-Damage field: Creates an impenetrable circle for a short period of time, this circle, when touched, give off corrosive magic, an amount of endurance higher than the power of the spell is required to penetrate without serious damage. Without any power runes, it lasts for three of his own posts. With one set of power runes, it lasts for five posts. With two sets, seven, with all three sets, it lasts nine posts. Damage fields can be nullified by a dispel spell, but it must be of an opposing alignment. (Physical, Magical, Or Mental.)
-Obvious restrictions apply, as if one uses a dispel spell, or their physical prowess can overcome the magic, and their endurance can take the corrosive acidic feel.
-Psychosis: This causes the target enemy to suffer from hallucinations. Either seeing multiple of him, a different enviroment, alterations of the environment, not seeing his movements because they see the opposite movement, feeling their own death when they aren't, experiencing the surreal (Such as getting too big to fit through doors, the loss of color in everything but yourself, melting walls, smoking floors.), and moments of serious stupidity.
-The severity of this spell, is judged on how many power runes are spoken.
-Mind Control: This spell controls the minds of lesser beings. (NPC's). Bending them to his will, either forcing them to fight each other, or to protect him with their lives. They are still entirely conscious, and can see what they are doing under his control. Causing serious psychological harm.
-The level of NPC that can be controlled is determined by the amount of power runes spoken.
-Mental Domination: This attempts the temporary mental domination of a PC. Sometimes it fails completely, leaving the target a temporary vegetable, or in tremendous pain for a short period of time. The likely hood of actual total success, is the percentage of how much greater his intelligence is to the targets.
-Psychaotic Assault: This is his primary assault against assailants and targets. The mind is targeted, and the intrusion rapidly drain's the targets memory and knowledge. As the target resists the intrusion, they cause their own mental harm, as the assault will grow things like barbs, and sharp edges, that will do serious harm to the target's mind when Relo'Quath finishes the assault, and the intrusion pulls out, like a barbed and spiked arrow or spear coming out of a body. Sometimes erasing some memory completely. Physical damage is common, as the brain will hemorrhage causing some light bleeding. Heavier assaults can cause complete brain death.
-1 pair of power runes used can cause light bleeding, and surface memories and thoughts read.
-2 pairs of power runes used can cause moderate bleeding, and deeper memories and thoughts read.
