Through investigation, the woman was alive when the symbols were cut into her, she was bound by the wrists, and she was raped.
She was found in the outskirts of town on top of a stone slab. It is for sure that someone in the village did it. In the village, there are six houses.

POST ORDER
Me Jyo Me Zaire
= = = = = Mission: START = = = = =
The two of you arrive in the village. No one is out at the moment. The houses are wooden, two windows on each one. Strangely, all windows in the village are closed. Most likely out of fear of the murderer.
You recieved the hint that the Alrons residence knew something of the murder. It is most likely that they are related to the victim.

Jyo arrived in the vllage with Ziare. He wore his narmal attire and strode in with a look of disgust on his face for he had been fully briefed along with Ziare. He felt no remorse for what he would be doing here. Those resbonsible for what happend to the young woman would definatly be caught by the two of them.
He stopped walking and looked around. This place certainly was feeling the impact of what had happend. "Hello. My name is jyo Mashima. My companion and i are from the Academy. We are here to help find those responsible for the horrible murder. Could someone direct us to the Alron residance?" He asked not truly yelling but raising his voive enough to be heard throughout the town.
His normal cool demeanor was there still. But the kind warmth was replaced by a presence of someone who was focused on the task at hand.

For a while, nothing happened. Then, the door to a home opened slowly. An aged woman, around seventy, slowly walked towards Jyo. She had graying hair, tied in a bun behind her head. She walked with the aid of a cane.
"I'm Beth Alrons. You're here to help find my grandaughter's killer? Oh, thank the Gods. Please, come inside. I'll tell you everything I can."
She walks slowly back into her house, wanting you two to follow.

Ziare followed the old woman back into her quaint house. It was wooden like all the rest but a sense of sadness and despair seemed to poor from the home. Ziare who was usually bright and cheerful had a solemn look on her face. This was a serious matter a murder and Ziare wanted more than anything to solve it. She was with Jyo which gave her strength and that matched with her own determination she felt positive they would solve this case. Ziare stood inside the small living room in the hut.
"I'm Ziare, Ziare Langley we are here to help you. What can you tell us about your granddaughter and the days that surrounded the murder?" she asked putting a comforting hand on the womans arm.

*Beth smiled at the feel of Zaire's hand. She excused herself for a moment, grabbed three cups of tea, and returned. She collected herself and spoke.
"It was two days ago. She left town to gather an herb called Shimmerweed, an ingredient in teas. In fact, you're drinking some now. Anyways. She was gone for hours, much longer than how long she usually takes. Dal and Sven, two men in town, went out to find her. They found her... but..." She stuttered, unable to speak of what condition she was in.
"I don't know why anyone would want to harm her. But, her ex-boyfriend may have a grudge. He's Sven's brother, Alec. If ANYONE in this village would do such a thing... it would be him..." She said, finishing her tea.
"Sven and Alec live in the house next door. It's easy to find. It's the one with barrels on the porch."

Jyo payed rapt attention to what the woman said. this was either the work of people in the village or there were people nearby who nobody knew of.
"Don't fret. We will bring these people to justice whomever they may be. I'm sorry for your loss. I don't belive anyone desrves what happend to your grandaughter. You have my word they will not get away with this. I won't be resting until this is over." he said with a surprising wamrness in contrast to when he first arrived. he put a hand over the old woman's and for the sake of trying to give her some hope he gave a reasurring but not happy smile. Just a physical sign of his promise.
He got up. "Come on Ziare. We have some work to do." He said. He and Ziare walked over to the house where the first suspect was. He knocked on the door and they waited for an answer.

The sound of footsteps approaches the door. It opens slowly. A man is standing there. Large build, short black hair, mustle shirt. He seems to be aggrivated at something.
"Yeah? What the fuck do you want?"

Ziare did not let his language change the smile on her face.
"Good afternoon, my name is Ziare. My partner Jyo and I are here from the Arcane Academy. We're investigating the murder that took place recently. We were wondering if we could talk to you, that maybe you would have some information that would prove valuable to solving this case." she asked friendly extending a hand.

"Oh yeah..."
He seemed to calm a bit.
"Yeah, she was a good friend of my bro Alec. But that son of a bitch bro of mine has been gone for two days. He goes into the woods towards a cave and doesn't come back for a few days... freak..."

"Where abouts is this cave in the woods. We would like to speak with him. We have been told it's your brother who migh be able to give us some leads in this and help us find out what happened." Jyo said calmly. Ziare had handled the introduction well enough and had gotten a possibility as to where to be looking.

"Sure thing mate. The main road out of here is to the right of this place. Follow that road. At the crossroads, go left and into the mountain passage. It's small, but that's why it's hidden. Go deeper and you'll find his cave." Sven explained. "And here, to help you."
He walks away and comes back with two vails, each one with a blue liquid.
"You probebly recognize these as healing potions. One for each of you. An old friend gave em to me, but I don't need em. Good luck."

Ziare listened to the man's instructions and nodded. She smiled largely at him when he came back with the healing potions.
"Why thank you very much. For both the information and the potions I'm sure both will come to good use." Ziare said to the man.
She turned to Jyo as she put the vials in her jean pockets for later use if they were necessary.
"Looks like we're going hiking." she smiled and with another nod to the man at the door she stepped off the porch. "Let's go find us a cave."
