The black beast strained against the enchantments that held it in place. Growling and roaring angerly, the sounds were fierce and might strike fear into many had the being that made them not been bound in such a way. It kept trying and trying to move, to rend these men to shreds how it wanted to, how it needed to....
The blade slid in unmercifully, and the black red ooze of blood slid out slowly. The words the man said were lost on the beast, words didn't mean much to it in the least. It might have been able to understand them had Varys been away, but with the man still asleep inside...there was nothing to be known. Except for the growing discomfort and pain coming from the insignificant wound.
It felt like a clawing, a pulling. The very being of the beast was being drawn into the blade. It was so horrific Todesknochen strived desperately again against the enchantment that held him. It was soon becoming too much, the beast stopped struggling. It was actually tired somehow and certainly defeated. There was nothing more it could do....
The sounds of wet skin twisting and muscles breaking began to fill the air. Bones snapping and readjusting, clothes ripping backwards and coming back together. Everything was in reverse as the man called Varys began to come back into existance. The wounds caused to him scaling down slightly with his size but still very visible and rather serious.

Standing some distance from the beast, the first to be there had succeeded in his attack and the beast froze up. Angra was frozen for a second as well before he moved forward, in a slow manor. He knew the beast wasn't very smart, but even the most wounded animal could play dead and strike at anyone who came close enough. Rushing in could be like giving a bowling ball a header because you believe it was a football(soccer ball). Before he got into the reach of harming the animal, as his right lifted arm was already lifted up. Almost like when you were tired and was having a harsh battle keeping up your arm. This was more because he was being pumped full of power, or so it felt. His mind could barely grasp the amount of pain this beast could contain and still continue living. Most normal humans would have died by now. He was about to put his hand on the beasts chest when he heard a cracking from the beast. Some other funny unusual noises. Stopping dead in his tracks, the logical part of him told to get away from the beast before some unknown tectackle came out of it and attacking him. Another part of him couldn't stop himself from placing his hand on his chest for a second or less just to get the idea of providing his part. His hand lingered for more than a second though, for a couple of seconds at least. Before the logical part of his mind finally overruled everything else and had him jump back from the beast and watch the seemingly painful transformation back to humanity.
Angra looked around and started circling the humane beast. Looking over it, generally ignoring the other two, subtly of course. His back didn't look too well considering the wound that had been inflicted on his back.
"Either of you shouldn't happen to know how to heal humans? If not, then we should get him to the medical wing so we make sure he won't die from blood loss."
He stood on Varys's right hand now, almost a full circle around the human beast. Wondering if it would change back again once the duration of the spell was over. He also noted the facts about the two others there and what sort of skills they possessed. In truth, all the others here were worth his extra attention.

"We'll handle it from here." The icy calm voice of Azrael Thanatos broke the tense scene, as he and four of his security detail came onto the grounds. The men hustled up as fast as they could, with a magically-assisted gurney bed already prepped and ready. A psychic amongst the four mentally lifted Varys up as cautiously as possible, setting him gently onto the floating gurney. Behind them, Azrael seemingly slid into view, the smirk the only thing visible between his low-tipped hat. "You've done well. He should be fine, our medical staff is second to none. Go back to your daily routines, you will be rewarded later on." With that, Azrael and the men made their way to the medical wing to heal up Varys. The three warriors would be left to go back to whatever they had been doing when disaster first struck. Whether Azrael would ACTUALLY reward them for something for their efforts, however, would be found out soon, though it was highly unlikely.* QUEST COMPLETED!!! [/b] EXP GAINED: Varys: 1 EXP awarded; Todesknochen transformation usable at any time. Gabriel: 3 EXP awarded. Angra: 3 EXP awarded. Setsuna: 3 EXP awarded. * (This meant that your characters should expect no further reward from anyone for this little adventure, as it really was your civic duty as Academy students to help subdue any threat to the school.)
