Mission Name: The Estate
Suggested Level: Any Rank
Format: Self-Roleplay with Moderators popping in every now and then.
Students have been assigned to investigate a mansion that had just opened up as a five-star luxary hotel in South Africa on the outskirts of Johannesburg. There has been reports of hotel guests and workers vanishing after they've checked in and not returning. It seemed to be a typical disappearance case. However, a couple that's from D-13 went to the hotel on a three week honeymoon.
They haven't returned and it's been two months and they're still MIA. D-13 had requested the Academy for help with this investigation. Students are to check into the hotel as guests and investigate what is going on. However, the students can't just go in and investigate.
The hotel is exclusively "couples" only. So you have to be a couple.
Sign-Up.
Couple 1 1. 2.
Couple 2 1. 2.
Couple 3 1. 2.
Though emphasis on couples. You don't have to really be couples. You can pair up with another person and pretend to be a couple. You can pretend to be a gay couple or lesbian couple as long as you can get into that hotel.

Couple 1 1. Minji 2. Mantis A dress ? Is this some kind of joke?Hey, I'm not the one who signed up for this mission.[/color] Yes, it was.Hands balled into fists, she stared at the black dress that had been given to her to wear for the evening. She - the bloody demon inside of her - had already packed her things, along with two other dresses if the mission happen to last longer than necessary. They were going to a five star hotel, and it was only proper to have brand named clothing; anything else, and people would begin to think of something suspicious, and that would be a problem. Of course, fancy dresses, proper manners, and the likes of being a polite, elegant woman was nothing new to Alex - the bloody other half - and it was certainly not new to Minji herself either. It was the fact that Minji hadn't used proper manners in the longest time, and she would be a tad bit rusty, which was why she was practicing by being polite and elegant to those around her. Slipping on the formal attire, she checked herself in the full mirror, noticing that she actually didn't look half bad. Her curves that were usually hidden under her baggy clothes came out more in the dress, as if the cloth hugged her every curve. A quiet sigh, she slipped her feet into matching black heels and stepped out of the stall, brushing her dark violet hair back with her fingers. Her clothes were folded neatly and in her hands, and she put them in her little suit case, where her two other dresses, along with casual attire and other necessary items would be needed. Like a toothbrush. She checked her figure in the mirror, staring back at her own reflection; she had make up on. Not too much, very light, but because Minji usually never wore make-up, you could tell the difference. It brought out her eyes more, her cheeks were a little red, bringing color to her face, and her pink lips were a little more...pink? Arg, none the less, she didn't do her make-up. One of the people from the school did, who was apparently getting her ready for the mission. She was supposedly a professional with the cake (make-up), but Minji didn't know that. The only thing she knew of her "boyfriend", or were they supposed to be fiance? Or married? Well, all she knew was that his name was Mantis. That's pretty much it... On the way there, they should exchange information on what they like and dislike, just to make it easier, and to get comfortable with eachother. Though, as much as Minji would love to stay silent, this was a mission, and what she wanted did not come first.

[How do I get my self into these situations?] Mantis asked himself quietly, putting on a high end tux with a black tie. He picked up a comb and went infront of the mirror, slicking his hair back into a neat pony tail, tied back with a thin black hairband. He shifted uncomfortably from the tight fitting clothes. The young man was in great physical condition, but he still was uncomfortable in such a confining outfit. He walked out of the dressing room, and back into the briefing room. "Minji Étoile?" He said, coming up behind a fairly short young woman with deep purple hair. His sentiments were the same as hers...he'd rather not speak, but they had to come up with a cover and corrosponding stories incase someone became nosy. He fiddled with the cufflink of his right sleeve as he waited for the response. Hopefully he wouldn't need any weapons...as he couldn't get his knife pouch to fit under the jacket.

Hearing her name being called, she turned around only to find a young man wearing a rather nice suit. Now that she thought about it, his suit sort of matched her dress. She gave a small smile and nodded, assuming that he was Mantis, her date for the mission.
"Mantis, I assume?"
She was thinking about commenting on his attire, but decided not to make any small talk and get straight to business. There was no way anyone would do a back ground check on them, right? Maybe it would've been best if they were given a portfolio. Different identities, different background, culture, ecetera.
"I think we should come up with a few stories.. How we met, our background information, occupations, first date and the likes."
She picked up her bag and began to walk towards the exit; she should be on their way now, shouldn't they?

Tas looked curiously at the stranger in her room. The lady had her long hair flowing freely and not in a ponytail as she thought hair that length should be. The dress was what the makers called a "boobtube" style and a rich emerald green, going from below her arms down to just above her knees. It was a style she was unfamiliar with, but found curiously satisfying. Hopefully the date would like it. Topping off the stranger's look was a pair of high-heels, also emerald green, and a touch of red lipstick. Mascara, eyelashes, and all the other main makeup targets had been ignored. Though the nails had been done... again, green.
With a sigh Tas turns away from the full-length mirror she'd borrowed. She wasn't sure what to make of the stranger that she'd been confronted with, but hopefully Shadow would appreciate it. It was strange, though, that he'd asked her to join him on this mission as her supposed girlfriend. He'd been in this place much longer, and would know more suitable people for the job. Thinking of Shadow reminded her that she was going to be late, she had to get going. So she grabs the suitcase carrying her spare clothes, along with a few other essentials, snags the new handbag waiting on her bed and sets out to where he would be waiting for her.
The only real downside she'd come across so far in this mission was that she couldn't wear her gun in its holster. That wouldn't fit the cover... still, she had got around it by aquiring a nice white handbag. A little on the small side and a bit tastless in her view (she'd never cared much for them), but excellent for holding both her pistol and her charge box. Along with all the other things that seemed to be vital for a young woman on a date... makeup, lipstick, mirror, and so on.
Eventually she reaches the meeting point to find Shadow already there in a sharp Tux. It looked like she had been a little tardy in her arrival after all...
"Sorry, didn't mean to keep you waiting..."

"Waiting? I'v been here uh thirty seconds." Shadow was telling the truth about that "All right I got a fake story about how we met and it's four words long Love at first sight." Shadow said.
"Best I could come up with well let's go" Shadow took Tas's Arm. "That was easy" Shadow said "Now for the hard part." "Just let me do the talking."

Damn...I'm choking...
Of course a mission to a five star hotel might or might not require a formal attire, but it was the polite and classy thing to do. Frankly, Raiden doesn't like wearing shirts...let alone formal clothing. When ever he puts on a shirt it makes him feel like he's choking underneath. That was a strange, but good reason apparently. Well, its only for a mission anyways.
Just endure and focus...
As Raiden tried to cheer himself up he slipped on his white kimono. He then pulled on his black hakama pants and tied his obi tight. With his tabi socks already on he just slipped on his flip flops. Raiden could have went with the option of going with the modern day suit and tie, but he felt comfortable sticking to his cultural tradition of Edo period Japan.
Raiden felt he was ready but someone else thought other wise. The academy had a hair dresser mess around with Raiden's hair a bit since it was always all over the place. They had it tied back in a loose pony tail since his bangs where always in his eyes. Raiden felt like a girl. If he didn't have all that hair he wouldn't have to worry about it.
Raiden walked over to a chair in the dressing room and took a seat to wait until his partner was ready. That's right...who was his partner again? Geez...Raiden is a first class scatterbrain at times. Lilium Kether... That's all he knew...
As he sat there he tried thinking up the false information he can give the hotel which demanded couples in the first place. He wasn't sure if it was neccesary, but it was always good to be prepared.

Mantis stepped aside and followed the girl out. She was fairly attractive, probably more than that, but Mantis wasn't one to know if someone was 'hot' or not. After all, he hadn't had a normal child hood...much like many of the people here. "Hold on, I think they already have." He said, looking at a table. Several manila files were laid out on the dark wood. Each had a different name on them, Three Mantis recognized...His own, this girls, and Shadow Christmere. It could have been a different Shadow, but Mantis doubted it.
The rest were foreign, The bug manipulator picked up his own and his 'dates'. Handing the one to Miss Minji here, Mantis popped his own open and took it out. He began reading the contents:

....Damn the Assignment.... When I walked into the room where I was supposed to meet my partner for this mission. I immediately recognized him for who he was. He and I fought in the desert, as a training session. This meant we both had a greater grasp of each other's abilities. It also meant we both had met each other previously, and I lamented at that though. ("We meet again. I guess you are Raiden. I am Lily Catcher. My other name... is too formal for acquaintances.")I said moving to my side of the dressing room. They expected us to be mature, because there was no divider. I wanted to demand a divider. Otherwise I'd have to force him to turn around, so that I could change out of my cloak, and other clothing. And into these modern... rags that they provided I wear. ("Could you give me a moment of privacy?")

It was "check-in" time at this 5-star hotel. A female receptionist dressed in a sexy black dress stood behind the front counter in the lobby of this mansion turned luxary hotel. She had long blonde hair and green eyes. There happened to be black highlights in her hair as well.
At that moment, couples that were to check in headed towards the front counter. They seemed to be from different countries judging by their dialects and accents. One couple seemed to be from Korea because they were talking in Korean.
Two men that seemed to be a gay couple were talking in Spanish. They had stood in line behind the Korean couple. Soon, the line would get bigger as more couples would be checking in. The reason for couples only was to promote love and romance, what better way to have a romantic getaway than at a classy hotel with a private suite?
"Mr. and Mrs. Sun, right," the receptionist said as she grabbed a set of electronic card keys for the couple. "I hope you enjoy your honeymoon here."
The couple nodded and smiled as the receptionist handed them the keycards.
Then the gay couple approached as the receptionist talked before handing them their set of keycards. The guests wanted to check into their rooms asap for they could go out and do their own things for the rest of the day.
For the Academy students, they better hurry up an get into the check-in line. The longer it takes for them to wait cannibalizes time that can be used to investigate the disappearances surrounding this resort.

Raiden sat there quietly for quite awhile. Looked at his right wrist for his watch. Raiden was knew to the use of watches, or telling time for that matter. At best, he could tell he was a little early right now. Sigh...a bad habit of rushing things I guess...
That's when someone was in. Before Raiden had even taken a glance he asumed his was another male at least. He had no idea this would be a co-ed dressing room. So, the shock of surprise was displayed on his face when he actually saw it was a woman. Not just any woman at that, the same woman he fought not to long ago in the desert region of the training grounds. She's Lilium?
He listened as the lady introduced herself to him. Lily Catcher? Raiden thought it was kind of a strange name, but those were thoughts kept to himself on the inside. On the outside however Raiden was just as quiet as he has always been.
"..................."
Raiden nodded as the lady requested that he turn away as she changes. He got up and turned the chair around to face the wall behind him. He was quiet for a bit again.
"Hey...we should hurry..."

....Time is of the Essence.... My partner in this work respected my request, and I liked him all the better for it. At least he was a man, and not a pig. That would be such a run of bad luck to be stuck with a pig for this assignment. I probably would have to kill the poor child to save my own sanity and dignity. Of course now I needed to focus. There was a slim black garment on a chair for me to wear. I scowled at it. It did not look comfortable, nor humble. I was both right and wrong. After I had slid into the slim black dress that stopped at the half-way point of my thighs I realized it was quite comfortable with it's nearly non-existent sleeves and form hugging cloth. Though I was very right on how it was not very humbling. In fact it was too flashy for my taste. But it would have to do. ("Alright, I guess I'm decent... one can never tell with these young people.")I said to my partner so we could get a move on. Some girl wanted to put paint on my face to make me look like some kind of prostitute or something or other. I declined sharply and avoided her at all costs. Certain children I liked to avoid. (OOC: I'd like to note that her views are not necessarily my views.)

Raiden sat in silence as she change. Not one thought of turning around to sneek a hot peek came into his mind at all. Raiden didn't think like that. He just couldn't...it would be wrong to do so. His mind was distracted anyways as well. He was busy delling on something else. He didn't know if it was coincidence or not, but both of them shared those ominous ruby eyes and black hair. The question was were they partnered up like this for fun or what? I think to hard...
Raiden's ear flickered as the sound waves from the woman's voice hit them. He slowly stood up and then turned around to see what she looked like now. Raiden kind of did a inward sigh. The be honest, the woman looked nice in the dress...but all the same completely weird. Raiden wasn't to keen on the word 'miniskirt'. In fact Raiden himself wasn't into modern clothing. He just didn't feel comfortable in wearing them. So when she said her little comment about her clothing, he couldn't help but agree. He acknowledged it of course with his usual nod of approval. He hated to admit it though...that she looked nice in it.
Raiden kept in mind that they should go. He walked over and opened the door to let her exit first and then he followed of course.
OOC: Do we assume got there some how?
