Ziare grabbed Jyo hard she had been so scared.
"Did he hurt you?" he asked as they backed away.
"N-no he didn't I was just scared." she began to cry. "Oh Jyo, why did I just stand there while he touched me...he kissed me.." she broke off trying to control herself. "Jyo..I-I couldn't do..." She couldn't look at him she was embarrassed and ashamed what had she amounted to in the face of danger, squat that's what. She turned from him her shoulders shaking with her sobs.

"It's okay don;t worry about it. Things will be fine now." He said comforting Ziare and stroking the side of her face with the back of his hand lightly. He gave her a quick kiss on the forehead. "People just freeze up sometimes. It happens." he said trying to calm her down.
His eyes shifted to lock on Talbot and Uphir. He had the feeling this could get nasty though he also knew he Talbot was likely to kick this guy's ass. And if not jyo was more then ready to tach this person a thing or two.

She winced slightly, having to cancel the spell- this violation was insufferable. She growled softly green slowly filtering into the gray, her father's madness slowly filtering into her eyes as she picked up her scythe and spun it, the blade shimmering in the light.
"Fine! We will play your game!"
Unable to cast she would have to deal with him the hard way- and she was already exausted.

Talbot looks worn out already. ANd this guy just blocked her ability to cast magic for a while. She's gonna need some help. Jyo thought. He looked at Ziare. "Could you summon something. We shuld really help Talbot. SHe looks like she'll need it." he said stepping away from Ziare unsheathing his longsword and focused his magic into sheathing it in lightning. At this time he also called out to Ember. The flames licked across his body again and converged on a spot in front of him as the man-sized fire-wolf appeared before him.
Jyo was in a state of absolute cold fury. Who was this person who dared frigthen his love and also his sparring partner. his eyes went completely white in anger. "You have made a grevious error this day." He said slowly walking to stand with Talbot hoping Ziare was summoning. "I hope you are ready to face the ramifications of such a choice." he added as he brought his weapon up.

Ziare nodded at Jyo's comment and thought that Armenius would be best for starters.
Quickly summoning her strongest fighter Armenius stood next to her already roaring with her emotions. She was mad and she was hurt and Armenius was feeding off of these emotions.
Do not worry child between the three of us we will teach this infant to watch his actions. Armenius said to her comforting her in a way. She nodded and set Armenius bounding over the battle ground and next to Jyo. When Jyo began to fight she would have Armenius exploit the openings she could see.

"Now.. this doesnt look like it is fair, 3 on 1? If I should get technical it is even more then that... what do you say Zaro.. should we even the odds a little?"
He looked over at the humanoid creature beside him, clenching against the wood beneath its feet. He kicked down from the base of the tree and soared downwards, that wolven figure flying up over him and landing down infront of him, his own form landing down beside Zaro, and infront of this new face, he had seen Ziare and Jyo before.. so there were two people here he didnt know.
"Heh. Hello there."
He said that simple greeting, his hand holding tightly to the hilt of Blood Reaver, yet there was no blade visible just yet. He didnt want to fight against Jyo, nor Ziare as they were both kind to him, but he didnt want to watch someone being ganged up on. Jyo would have known he had not yet called fourth his sword, and because of that he would have probably seen that Scith was buying time, not really wanting to fight.

"I'll take him on myself if he has the courage to do it instead of pushing Ziare around and picking a fight on an exahsted woman." Jyo said colsly. he knew he and Ziare were likely the strongest people there. But he didn't care. Uphir had made a grivious mistake in his actions.
"But that all depends on if he has the guts to face up to his actions." He added.

"Even so, I know you probably outrank this boy, unless you care to prove me wrong? "
He asked with his brow raised upwards, that hand clenching tighter around the hilt of his sword, wondering if the terms on which they would clash would be far sooner and also on different grounds then Scith had thought they would. There would also be the problem of fighting outside of the training grounds, he had heard all about the magic society ,and knew that they probably had means of tracking this sort of stuff.

Ahhh! It looks like we won't be having our little duel after all! Your dear friends seem like they want to.. Fight too.. Well.. now.. I guess I'll just have to.. raise some friends of my own? HAHAH!
Uphir's crimson eyes would glow as he stared toward the already tired and magically disabled female. He was looking foreword to fighting with her. But her friends had ruined that. Not it was time for his necromancer abilities to shine. He would back away from the group of people and his left hand would extended slightly. Not toward any particular person in front of him. But toward the ground. His lips would part, but of course the people watching him wouldn't notice, as the mask was hiding it. a set of words would rip from his mouth almost immediately.
"Manes Turbidi Sollictique Vocam!"
"Manes Turbidi Sollictique Vocam!"
Two spells were let loose and they screamed across the opened and slammed into the ground. A mere second later, two boney arms would rip though the earth's surface. It would only take a second or two before the first two creatures were standing in front of him. The two zombie like creatures let out loud moans as they awaited their masters command. Uphir would not send his creatures fourth yet. He would wait, as he saw another man join the fray. Though he didn't seem to target anyone specifically. Uphir's Deki Male (scythe) would be lifted up and the large black oak handle would rest upon his shoulder as the crimson glow show from the blade. He would only stare toward the newcomer. To determine if he would be a threat. Or if he was here to help even the odds. If he was an enemy. Uphir had another couple spells in mind. And he wouldn't hesitate unleash them.
These 'friends' of yours are quite annoying Uthir! Why do you surround yourself with people like them? I do not understand that..
Shut up! They were nice to me! And now you've come around and ruined everything!

"You need to back off Scith. This guy has everything coming. You have a problem with it bring it too me later." jyo said and watched with an almost bored expression as the skeltons came up.
"I can handle the undead ones." Said Ember as he walked over to the fould ones. "So what is it Scith Let this coward who fights people weakend a;rady and calls out some freaks to do his work instead of facing us like a man. Or get involved in something you just happend to walk into?' Jyo said. He didn't like it when people got into matters that didn't involve them. Ziare and Talbot had been threatened. Jyo had every reason to go after Uphir. What reason could Scith have to jump in.
"Because even on his side you won't do much." jyo said and turned to face Uphir. "The others can have your lackys. You on the other hand get me." Jyo said coldly.

"Even if I have come to help you even the odds, I would not recommend attacking an already weak woman, or I will have to change my mind quite quickly. "
With that said, he knew combat was going to be unavoidable. He whipped that hand up and then swung it down, a bright light flew from the blade engulfing his hand and half of his arm while a blade of three feet in length had surged from the center of the hilt, the glow subsiding slowly and being drawn within the blade itself to show that it was absorbing his energy and using it as means of supplying power. Of course, now he could have no magic used on him, for quite a while even after the blade powered down.. this meant he would have to be careful and not get hurt to much, or he could end up with a fatal wound which could not be healed by magic.
"You see.. there in lays the problem Jyo. Its just not my style to walk away, I cant help but get involved in things.. maybe its me.. maybe its not. I dont know, but I do know your probably far stronger then this boy is.. so why should I let you beat up on someone weaker?"
Brow rose and he simply held that blade up at a slight angle, his body ready and of course Zaro had moved to stand upright, towering at his full height standing far over 7 feet. Those black eyes looking back and fourth between Jyo and Scith.

Ziare listened to what was said. What Scith said made sense it was more like five on one. And though she was scared she pulled Armenius back so he would be next to her. She was not actually on the battle ground but on the side and so with Armenius by her side she would stay out of the fight unless she was needed. She was still scared and upset but she would deal with that later.

How in the world did all of these people find her in the middle of the mountain forests?! Tired from being drained, annoyed at the fact that someone had reanimated the deceased AND THAT HER CHANCE AT KICKING A PSYCHOPATHS BUTT HAD BEEN INTERRUPTED- Talbot shook her head.
She cooed to the air and Mikon flew away, screeching loudly and pressed into Zaire's arms- this was the warning. Mikon feared this magic because if used improperly it could tear the user apart.
Green still filtering and fluxuating in her eyes she growled softly and pulled a small vial from her shortsbra, she looked at it and sighed- "This was my time to drive away demons and all that occured was a new one."
The vial gave off an enormous aura, Talbot eyed it after pulling the stopper off. Pewter wine had a one time use per vial and then the user was out completely for the next few hours to a full three weeks. It revitalized long enough for Talbot to do her greatest trick, magic mixing.
She raised the vial, the moon glistening off the glass, the bright liquid shining pure white light, and downed it.
Her blonde hair turned white and she focused on Uphir- she drew what magic she knew, combining flight and gravity, she moved once speeding to him- invisible to the naked eye but anyone could follow the energy trail if they foused, Talbot got close to the masked Uphir, almost as if to kiss the mask and said softly as green consumed the gray, "Gravity Cut."
A sickening crack should be head a conflict of powers- the full force of gravity and the feeling of millions of blades tore into both of them- this attack was designer to harm Uphir not Uthir- it was a physical attack which not only should knock him out but finish this nonsence. But Talbot was too close to him to be out of range before she sprang back and tripped. Her skin and what little clothing she wore was torn shallowly here and thereshe swayed slightly as the potency of the pewer wine begin to dim and fell to the ground.
Talbot then began to dream a little dream and leave the rest up to the others- if there was anything left.

Jyo braced himself seeing what Talbot had done. It was a risky move but it might ot night not work. Jyo readied his weapon for attack in case Uphir was able to withstand this. With his right hand he created a wall of solid magic force to cover himself and Ziare from this attack. Ember had been out of range and Scith would have to fend for himself from the attack.

Even with her attack, he managed to fend it off using the barrier that the sword itself created instanteously with her use of magic. IT blocked it, but he could feel it was pushing the boundries of even what his blade was capable off. His feet were dug down into the ground by his heels blowing it away with a shift of his arms to deflect such he just took in a breath of air and let it sigh outwards. He pulled back up and rose with that blade in hand, watching them and noticing as she fell out, after such an attack, even if Uphir stood after it, he knew he would be damaged from it, especially since it had been targeted at Uphir. He would not allow Jyo nor any more of them to just blatantly attack him any more if he was injured.. regardless of what he did. It wouldnt exactly be of any use to persuade him otherwise either.
