Corsair's eyes nearly lit up at the mention of a possibl battle. he was alwasy ready to test his skills. "A battle you say?" Corsair muttered with a soft smile as he then was surrounded by his dark armour. He left the head section on. "Melee or ranged?" He asked with a chuckle.

Erin chuckled lightly at Corsair's response. As it seemed, he was quite happy with the thought of battle. Of course, in one way it did make sense. It was a chance for one to prove himself. For one to show his skills was almost primal in essence. One felt a sense of pride in showing his abilities and making himself top dog. The Alpha-male instinct, if one were to go as far. Of course, Erin was too far in tone with the ideas of peace to feel a need to prove himself, however, "The Samurai" always posessed that instinct. It would be a good match up.
"Melee, preffered, however, don't you think we should fight outside of the halls? After all, if we fight here, a teacher may intervene, and although the samurai would obey, he would once again feel disgust for me for not thinking of it."

Corsair nodded. "Naturally we should take it outside. I'd rather not tear the place up even if we were allowed to fight in here." Corsair said. "Let's head out." Then Corsair started walking to the doors that would lead out into the training areas after making sure Erin would follow him.

Erin nodded back to Corsair, already beginning to follow him.
"Sounds good!"
He followed Corsair wordlessly to the training grounds, small "ooh"s and "ahh"s coming from him as they walked. He had only been there for about a week, and his first day seemed to be quite magical. So many people with so many different types of knowledge of the world around them. Almost methodical did they appear with their skills, but even so, there was a purpose to all of this. "The samurai". And a battle.
When they arrived at the training grounds, although fairly unseen, Erin's eyes lit up, looking out around the area.
"Wow. Nice place."
OOC: Should we continue this here, or move to the training grounds?
