Cloché was incredibly surprised by the spell. Though coming to a magic school, she never really encountered that much magic before because she was strictly home-schooled most of her life. She then bowed her head deeply, “I’m sorry to have troubled you, sir.” She spoke softly and respectfully as if talking to an elder, though not noticing that he was not where he was a moment ago. In short, she was respectfully and formally speaking to the air.
It wasn’t until a few moments after she realized there was no reply that she straightened herself up and blinked at the two in wonder, “Oh hello...” she blinked her large, curious, presently cerulean blue eyes, “Must be nice to have open friends...” Cloché still had not registered the almost killing intent of Lex and probably did not help the situation with her blinking and staring innocently.

(OOC: My gosh! This thread got crowded fast! It's a frikkin party, man! Now all we need is a ninja character on the ceiling being like, hey throw the cake up here, man!)
Suddenly, There is a loud crash from quite nearby! The clockwork pidgeon on Torm's shoulder squawks loudly and flutters madly about in the air, clearly startled by the sudden noise. Torm swivels around and sees a young woman who had been carrying a circus's worth of belongings who had clearly fallen over, perhaps due to a combination of the burden's weight and cumbersome size. Now, another student appears on the scene. Xavier or something, if Torm recollects right. He was not sure if they'd ever met, but someone had at least pointed him out to Torm once. Perhaps they had had a class together or something; something was familiar about the man.
The lady proves herself to be either shameless or naive by trying so hard to lift her bag in such a manner while wearing such a diaphanous outfit. Xavier seems to handle it with discretion, though, so all is good. Until, of course, this angry woman appears, who seems to have some relationship to the man. Girlfriend? Ohh, that is so awkward... Torm thinks.
Now arrows start flying, and things look pretty nasty. He figures he should let the happy couple duke it out as they please, but the young lady really didn't deserve to be caught in such a battle. "Hold on a sec, Steven..." he says to the New Yorkian. Torm crouches down in order to be short enough to make eye-contact with the small woman. He makes a the universal 'shh' sign silently and beckons for the girl to come over to him and Steven and out of harm's way. It was going to be ugly...

A look of absolute horror spread over Xavier's features as the arrows pinned him to the wall. Aw what in the hell had he done to piss off the god who was supposed to be keeping Lex away at this time. He knew she would take it wrong, he, oh damnit she was coming...boy did she look pissed. She was yelling, demanding an explanation. He struggled uncomfortably against the arrows pinning him to the wall.
"Look Lex I can explain," he said, his face ghost white with the prospect of facing a seriously pissed off Lexandra, "I was just coming in from hunting, I swear I was just helping the girl. She fell, her stuff was heavy I was just helping her out," he pleaded, hoping she'd believe, "Damnit Biz vouch for me!" he said, casting an angry glare at the wolf.
Birazcir merely sat on his haunches watching the whole ordeal with an amused expression. Humans really were emotionally unstable creatures. Lexandra had flown off the handle already without even getting an explanation. Of course Xavier, aiming to please, immediately starting spouting out an explanation. Birazcir chuckled a little at the scared expression on Xavier's face but he couldn't blame him. An angry Lexandra was a scary Lexandra.
"Please miss, tell her," Xavier said, turning to Cloche now, "I didn't mean anything by it at all I swear Lex, I was just helping her out," he said, pleadingly. He just wished she'd try and find out what was going on before flying off the handle. But Lex was Lex, there was no changing that.

Of course the first admittance to guilt was the rambling appology. Her eyes narrowed as Xavier went on and on about why he was with this girl and how she needed help and a whole bunch of other crap she toned out. She had seen and heard what was going on he was checking this girl out! Little heathen.
God he looked perfect right there pinned by her arrows. She loaded Shadow again while he finished rambling about things that didn't matter turning to Biz for help. She shot Biz a look and the wolf just looked up at Xavier like 'you're on your own man.' She knew she had always liked that dog.
Xavier feeling the wrath of Lexi of course turns to the girl and her eyes went colder.
"Don't bring your mistress into this crap this is between me and you, you mangey mut." she said coldly.
Sliding Shadow back on her belt she stepped up to Xavier and looked right into his fear filled eyes. If he really hadn't done anything then why was he so afraid? He really wasn't helping himself that he was giving away everything he had ever even thought of doing just by looking at her this way.
"Now you wanna run that by me one more time or shall I start aiming at body parts. Oh and leave out the begging it makes you look like an idiot. Oh wait.. that is already covered now isn't it." she said coldly.
Yeah Lexi was pissed. Wrongly pissed but pissed none the less and she wasn't going to let him go without an explaination.

He could feel himself being overwhelmed. New people showed up, but that wasn't what scared him. The use of magic, the bow and arrow, all of these were making him just a bit unnerved. And so his emotions took over, and his emotions told him to do one thing. To run, and so he did. Without even thinking, his speed enchantment was used and Steven ran off, thinking only to get away to the dorms and his room. At least there he could digest it better, this was too much for now.
He ran without opening his eyes, miraculously not running into anyone, as he stopped clearly out of breath. Once again, Steven was lost, but before he could look around, a realization hit him. Oh shit... The last thoughts he would have before losing consciousness as he hit the floor.

Cloché looked at Torm confusedly and then awkwardly changed her stance so that she was facing slight away from him, all the while averting her eyes to loose eye contact. She wasn’t sure what to think about this man, for she had not noticed there were other people in the vicinity until he had gestured for her to be quiet. The gesture itself, coming from a stranger also registered in her mind as dangerous.
Cloché then turned her attention back to Xavier and Lex, feeling now uneasy and a bit frightened by the scared tone of their interaction now. She quietly but firmly peeped, “I don’t think he likes playing this game, miss.”
In the corner of her eyes she saw someone run off and blinked and stated, “Maybe he had to go to the bathroom really badly....” Her attention completely averted then to the direction in which he ran off to with a bemused yet adorable look on her face.

Fear soon gave way to anger. What the hell had he ever done to have her this suspicious of him?! Of course, rather than attempt to find out what had happened first she let the arrows fly, pinned him to the wall and started yelling. How was he not supposed to be scared! Honestly sometimes she was so just so irrational. Now it was his turn to be pissed, pissed at being falsely accused of checking another girl out.
"Oh for the love of god Lex," he said with a loud exasperated sigh, "You come at me full force, launching arrows at me," he said, struggling against the arrows that pinned him to the wall again, "Then you start yelling at me and accusing me of checking out that girl," he said, his remained soft but there was anger in it, "I was just helping the girl Lex, I already tried explaining that to you but apparently it was good enough because I was scared well now I'm angry does that make it more valid?!" he asked, his voice rising a little with anger.
Then Xavier sighed softly as the anger left his voice, "Lex you know I love you," he said looking at her with a softer, more caring expression, "You're the only girl I'd ever dream of checking out, besides you're the sexiest why would I want to check out any other girl when I already get to check out the best?" He asked with a grin, leaning forward, as much as the arrows would allow him to kiss her gently.

Lexi had never seen Xavier mad before and it sort of caught her off guard. She just stood there in utter shock as he laid into her. Immediatly she felt guilty and her hands dropped to her sides. She looked down as Xavier continued laying into her and she completely ignored the girl. Not out of anger but out of guilt for how she had acted.
When he told her he loved her she looked up tears staining her cheeks. She had acted rashly and now she felt bad. She listened and blushed when he began complimenting her. Especially in front of other people. They usually weren't .. no Lexi usually wasn't so free with her emotions as Xavier was but that didn't mean they weren't there. If anything this whole incident proved how much Xavier meant to her.
When the kiss came she kissed him back and moved forward. As they kissed she used her arm muscles to pull the arrows from the wall and Xavier's clothing so that he wouldn't be stuck anymore. Placing them in her quiver she pulled him close to her and broke the kiss hugging him tightly.
"I'm sorry." she whispered in his ear as she held him to her. "I.. can't.. bear to lose you.. Xavier." she confessed.

“Eep!” Cloché gasped at the sight before her. Being nun-schooled most of her life, this is probably one of the most passionate scenes she has seen in her lifetime. Her hands went straight to her eyes. She wavered for moment and then proceeded to once again trip and fall backwards because of the self-imposed loss of vision. Yes she was a strange and clumsy girl.
“AHH!!” Cloché yelped as she fell backwards, hoping to not hurt too much when she hit the ground, yet she still did not have the quick wit to remove her hand from her eyes and stop her fall.

"Damn!" Torm curses quietly, and drops his bag and to the floor, which emits a metallic jangling, and sets his ladder alongside it a bit more gently. Now, with his hands free, he rushes in and catches the girl, who appears to be having some sort of fit. Clearly, the last thing either Xavier or the woman would want to do at this moment would be to stop and help, so it was up to Torm to step in. She is not terribly heavy to him, even with the bag of belongings. "Careful, miss! are you all right?" he says, hoping there is no serious problem.
Suddenly, Torm's head perks up and he looks around. "Where the hell did Steven go?!" He says, completely surprised by the man's unexpected absensce.
Deciding to focus on the here and now for the moment, he tries to help Cloche steady herself on her feet and suggests, "Things are getting a little crazy here; maybe we should vacate the area." With Steven disappearing, Xav and the lady fighting, then practically making out, and this obviously new girl somehow caught in the middle of the whole scene, Torm is still slightly baffled. Right now, his primary concerns are heping this girl out and finding Steven; he was probably lost again.

Xavier smiled softly as the kiss broke and she hugged him tightly. He wrapped his arms around her warmly as she whispered in his ear, telling him how she couldn't bear to lose him. He pulled back a little with his trademark good-natured grin as he looked down at her, wiping the tears from her cheeks.
"You don't have to worry about ever losing me Lex," he said, kissing her forehead lightly, "You are the best thing that's ever happened to me and trust me I wouldn't let you go with out a fight," he said with a chuckle. Then he heard Cloché shriek and fall again.
With a faintly audible sigh he moved out of Lex's embrace with a wink, "Now don't worry I'm not going to fall for her just by helping her out," he said with a grin, kissing her cheek as he moved to assist Tormaigh with Cloché, "Miss are you sure you don't need any help?" he asked, "I'd be more than willing to help you carry your belongings to your dorm," he offered.
