Spikes were always fun, and the greatest escape from things coming at you? Up! Chephros literally jumped up and used the incoming spikes to get higher by jumping forward onto them and immediately backwards as well as up. It was a rapid double jump that was supplemented by his already open wings. A single flap put him five feet up, another quick beat put him ten more as his momentum increased. Flying also avoided the spike coming at him from underground. It was actually quite fun. However, he noticed, he still hadn't used his tail, and he really needed to start learning.
"Honestly. When will you learn."
His tail curved back and his wings slowly flapped to keep himself steady in the air. Then he changed it a bit. He would flap up higher, and higher. Once he was eighty feet up and thirty feet back, he would flip over in the air and dive at this guy. He would pass the man's left, and so his tail arced to his left in a way reminiscent of half a crossbow with the same tension. As he would fly by the end of his tail would slam on the back of the dude's neck. The shock to the back of his head and neck by bone would likely cause him to black out for a little while allowing his brain to reset as well as his nerves to calm down. It wasn't exactly hard to do, you just needed a hard object, and had to hit hard enough.
After flying by he would turn around quickly, face Narin, and land.
"Your turn."

[blue]Sync gritted his teeth as every single one of his attacks were dodged by this guy, and clenched his fists tightly. He felt like nothing he could do would work. Nothing was even worth trying, this guy could dodge everything so easily, and he wasn't even trying, and Sync was going to his fullest. Damnit! How can he do so good, without even trying? He's extremely smart, and has great strategy. How can I hope to beat someone like this? Darnit, I've got to try harder. He lifted his right arm to shoot the blade out of his gauntlet at the man, and than realized he was flying. I forgot he had wings.. He'd be able to miss too easily, so he let his arm fall back down to his side, and suddenly the man flew toward him. He didn't think he'd be so fast, and by the time he planned an attack, it was too late.
His tail hit Sync in the side of his neck, propelling him to the side. His steel faded back into his skin, and his beaten body and gashes were shown, and his eyes went back[/blue] to their normal color, and he was back to being Rei. He looked less mature, more like a kid. He looked at the attacker, and attempted to get up to fight some more, but as soon as he'd gotten onto his knee, he'd fallen over onto his stomach, unable to see anything other than the sight of the demon heading toward Narin, and all he could hear was "Your turn." Narin, be careful.. His eyes were shut, and he was unconcious, and he didn't even have a dream or anything while he was unconcious, other than Narin and him fighting a long battle against the demon.

OOC:Jesus, time difference sucks... O.o
IC:
Narin watched as the two went full on into battle...kinda. He knew that even both of them combined they wouldnt be able to beat the demon. As the Demon landed ready to fight Narin he stepped forward face to face with the Demon and began to speak. "Im giving you a free shot on me, give me your best shot, right through my chest or whatever..." he said to the demon. Not because he was giving the demon a handicap but because with the damage he would be able to summon Aergarsth and transform into full demon form, that would be the only way for them to even have a chance.
Narin took a few steps back and spread his arms out wide. It was up to the demon to accept the offer and attack.

If this guy wanted one shot, he would have exactly that. One shot. Of course, that one shot would be very, very hard indeed. Walking forward, Chephros smirked as he gathered his little plan. He looked at this boy, and stood directly in front of him. They were even height, and so their eyes were level.
"What's your name?"
He would wait for an answer while just standing there, then simply shrug.
"You're quite foolish, you know that?"
His right knee would slam upwards into this guy's groin. It was a free shot, sure, but it didn't end there. From his knee would come four spikes, from his upper leg, possibly a fifth. The four inner spikes would expand in their usual second, which would likely be only part of Narin's reaction duration, and they would target his lungs, one each, his heart, his throat, and then when he doubled over, if he did, his upper leg would pierce his brain. Even greater, they would stay there while he didn't move.
"Oh, woops, was that more than one hit?"
And unless he could regenerate, this fight was over while Chephros would have to immediately fly him to the hospital wing just to live.

Chephros' knee suddenly stopped its upward movement with a slight glimmer surrounding it. The demons leg would feel as though he'd just kneed a tank, and honestly, he may as well have. "Hoy. That's enough there kiddies." A rather light toned voice sounded from a few yards away. The origin of the voice was a blue haired young man, nothing more than a member of the security on his rounds about the school, breaking up just these sorts of things.
"You, I'll deal with in a moment." He said, blue eyes, to match his hair, flashing in the light. The sentence was directed at the demon who's leg had just been trapped within a rather simple barrier. Walking over with light footsteps, the man bent down when he reached the unconscious student. After a light prodding, it was determined that he was totally out of it, and the boy was simply tossed onto a lean right shoulder. "You, can go." He said, straightening up and nodding to the remaining student who looked rather stupid with his arms out wide like that.
The man was of rather decent height, not much taller than the demon, not including the horns. "You however, are in a bit of trouble. As is this young man when he wakes up." He said to the student with the blatant appearance of a demon. Both the K.O.'d student and the one with the tail and wings were going to be punished for fighting outside the training grounds, what that punishment was, would likely be scrubbing the second floor bathrooms with a bind on their magic so they couldn't leave or use magic to help them.

There was....something...in his way, and damn did it hurt, but hell if he would show it. His knee, nixing all spikes at this point, came down and touched the ground as he stood still. He had expected this to happen, but really didn't care. However, with the way this guy had been talking, he would be fought and destroyed some other time. His words would linger for a long time. He apparently had fun killing some of the demons Cheph once knew, and that was not a good thing to have held against you.
"Why of course. Although, why you give no punishment to someone who blatantly states they have fun killing my kind, I will never know."
He didn't even smirk, all emotion dropped from his features. His arms hung at his sides, but his shoulders didn't sag. If anything he looked proud. His tail swished slightly behind him, lifted five inches from the ground to avoid dragging the hooks. He was likely what someone would call a moving weapon, as that's pretty much what he was. A good point of why he came to the human realm was to fight whoever and whatever to get stronger and ascend back to his own realm later.
"That student you have on your shoulder fought instead of the other one there, and he had no point in the instigation, he simply joined out of the other boy's defense. I would appreciate it if you would get him to the hospital wing instead. He should have a nasty stinging pain in the back of his neck when he wakes up. Nothing serious, just a hard hit to the back of the neck."
And he would follow this staff member, if he ever moved, not really caring he had, hopefully, just gotten the other student out of whatever punishment there was. Now, it was a lie, sure, but hey, if it helped, it helped. Rei had joined because that alternate personality of his got him into it.
((Keep having to edit this thing to make sense to me..))

Narin span both of his hands round in a circular motion and his demonic arms transformed back to normal. He picked the Shinruki up with his right arm and flung it over his shoulder. He smirked. "Too bad, I was going to enjoy that fight..." he said to the two of them. Narin stepped to the side of the security officer and stared coldy at the demon. "By the way, if your attacks were to hit me...Wouldnt have done too much. Have fun in detention, i'm sure i'll find something to do to pass the time, or perhaps someone to pass the time on." he said with a smile and a wink. Whether the demon figured out exactly what Narin was saying by that depended on how smart he was really.
Narin looked at the security officer and gave an ominous smile before turning to walk away.

The man simply stood as the two said their peace. "As for this one, I fully intend on getting him to the infimary before giving out his punishment. As for you," He looked at Narin as the man smiled, "while I can't go on any circumstantial evidence, merely what I saw, tread carefully, for perhaps next time I'll side with the demon here." With the slightest grin before turning back to Chephros. "Come with me, fighting outside the Training Grounds still must be punished, no matter the circumstances."
And he would turn to walk toward the school. Their first stop, of course, would be the med wing, to drop off this Reigeku fellow. Then the man would walk Chephros up to the second floor, and dole out his 'detention'. It wasn't bad compared to what it could be, but it was still rather greuling, after all, he'd recieved nothing more than a scrub brush and a bucket of water to clean half a dozen bathrooms, and his magic was sealed so that he couldn't aid himself in doing so.

"Of course. Although, I think we'll get used to seeing each other. I'm Chephros. You are?"
He figured if he was going to see this guy on the average basis, he might as well get to know him. Just like the people he beat the hell out of. He was likely to see them in the future, so he got to know their names and remembered them for that reason. If someone wanted vengeance in the future he would fight for that reason, he wouldn't forget their name and go through the annoying process of remembering throughout the fight, then get hit when he finally remembers.
"Also, what exactly is this punishment, and how exactly is it bad?"
They were on their way to the hospital wing still.
"If it's physical punishment, that's nothing. If it's some stupid work that has to be done, it's still nothing. All that means is wasted time. How exactly is it supposed to discipline us?"
Yes, he was being an idiot. He was almost asking for something bad to happen, but then again that was who he was and what he did.

With the unconscious student slung over his right shoulder, the man looked back with a sideways glance over his left, which was slightly iritating due to the plate guard he had on that shoulder. "My name is Alastaire. And to be honest, I don't much think we'll be seeing too much of eachother, unless you happen to be making trouble on my...'beat' for lack of a better term." Came the rather light toned voice. It wasn't lightly pitched, merely the tone of how Alastaire spoke.
"You see, the security members run on shifts between patrol and their regular duties. Aside from the 'brass' so to speak, all officers are required to have a shift of patrol. And to be honest, unless you get into trouble at the same time and same place on the same day, you likely won't see me too often." He finished explaining, he had been facing forward after the second sentance.
When the second question came, he thought for a moment. Then the final question came. "To be honest, I don't really know. For something simple like fighting on school grounds, as long as it doesn't get too serious, like it was in this case, the punishment is generally just janitorial work, which is what I'm giving you now. But for more serious situations, there is a prison. More or less its the same as any where els might be. Little things get 'detention' as that other student put it, serious things get prison time and are in the hands of the legal system in place on Babylos." Momentarily they reached the recovery wing, and Alastaire simply tugged the huge door open.
It wouldn't take a minute to dump off the boy and tell the nurse to call Alastaire back when he awoke.
