Has this board become a dating place?

We don't see a lot of fighitng here only in the Missions and Events. Why is it that most people are dating or trying to get dates? WE NEED BLOOD!!!!!

This board is about people (Mostly kids) learning how to control and master their magical prowess. As much as most of you might think, we aren't a bunch of hard-boiled killers. The Academy trains mages that have a deep understanding of their powers, not soldiers.

So, yeah. Kids. And what do kids do? They meet boys/girls, hormones flare, and they get together. What the hell DO you do in high school?

I know I didn't walk around picking fights and trying to kill people.


So anyway, I think the board's doing perfectly well, we're saving all the violence and bloodshed for EXACTLY where the Academy needs it: The missions and events. What's the harm in that?


Of course, for all you whiners out there, just sit tight and get ready, because we DO have some plans coming up that will attend to just that sick, violent craving all you insane people have. ;D

Besides, romance can be fun. It gives your character extra dimensions. Because, it's not all about fighting, it's about our daily lives, if I'm correct. And most times during the ages I've seen most of the characters are.. well you date then. *shrugs* least ways that's the way I thought it worked.

I'll fight anyone, anwhere, anytime, I'll even set it up if I have to. I may be packing to move, but Leon's story-line is fine and moving slowly, but moving.

People seem to like to RP dating and such, and I feel pretty bad with how little fights I have with over 100 posts. I usuelly have about 7 or 8 fights by now. So, anyone want to fight?

With only reading the first few posts in this thread, I shall speak. I've brought this up to many admins. Their solution is that to obtain a higher poster rank, one must complete one class and one mission, not just from post numbers. This seems to be working, but, then again, some people don't care about poster ranks like I do.

To bring attention to blood, Wolf, as soon as I can get on more than once a week, I'll happily spar you and/or anyone else who cares for more blood and violent drama; magic or no. Being independant has fun sides, too.

Oh yeah, you're probably right about no one caring much about poster ranks. Can't say I do, anyway. I'm sure you'd see a change in that if we had, say, a few dozen more active posters and a proportional number of active admins. This place is really schweet, man, it just lacks the peeps!
