Moving in (Celeste)

[Celeste]

The gentle squeeze on her hand made her smile. She loved the way his eyes looked when they got excited and her wings it seemed were a subject he really got excited about. She smiled up at him as he went and got a notebook and a pen ready to sketch the wings. Giving him another sweet smile she stood up and turned her back to him.

Closing her eyes for a moment they swirled from blue to red .. the color of rubies now. Opening her eyes she thrust her shoulders back and her wings burst forth from her back quickly. With an auble *fwap* the were unfurled and at the ready. She turned her head slightly to look at him from over her shoulder and she offered him another genuine smile.

"Whenever you are.. ready." she said and smiled brighter. "It costs.. so mana or energy so.. take as long as you need."

[Sieg]

He smiled brightly as he clutched his pencil and notebook tightly. Sieg couldn't place his finger on it but seeing her wings made him excited for some reason, like a little kid who gets his favorite candy. Sieg watched as her wings unfurled and he hurriedly started sketching, touching them a little and making notes and about the weight and the alignment of the feathers.

"Alright so then..." he murmurred still sketching and making notes, "Got to adjust for..." he muttered again, biting the eraser of the pencil abesentmindedly as he thought and then continued to write again. He looked up to meet her smile with his own, "Thank you very much Celeste," he said with a almost child-like giggle of glee as he continued to sketch and make notes to himself

[Celeste]

A giggle ushered forth from the angel now standing in the middle of the room. She couldn't help it her shoulders even came up lightly her wings moving as she did so. He was so cute. She blushed and turned back to face forward to hide the blush that had crawled up on her face.

"It's not a problem... Mr. Seig." she said with a gentle chuckle as she looked out the window for a moment.

Azure crawled around happily on her shoulder nuzzling into her white locks with glee. Celeste was already very attatched to the little beetle on her shoulder. He seemed to have a personality to her. Maybe because she looked so hard for it but the little bug just seemed to have one which endeared it all the more to the small thin girl.

Everytime his hands would cross her wings she would tremble slightly and blush a little as no one had really touched them since she had come to the academy. Except Drake. But truth be told she didn't take them out and show everyone as she was still very self conscious of the fact she had them at all muchless that she had been created.

[Sieg]

He couldn't help but smile brightly as she giggled while he sketched and awed over her wings. Her voice was so beautiful he felt a privellege just to talk to her, let alone get her to laugh and have the honor of sketching her wings. He finished sketching and making the necessary notes to himself as he closed the note book, and set it down on his bed.

"Thank you very much Celeste, that's going to help me a lot," he said with an appreciative smile as he stood up, adjusting his goggles a bit so they wouldn't slide down over his eyes, "So what else would you like to do?" he asked, stepping towards her a little.

[Celeste]

Seeing that he had closed his pad she smiled brightly and turned to face him. He was stepping closer but she trusted him already. She knew that he meant her no harm and so she didn't make any move to put more distance between them.

She blinked once and her eyes fell back to the piercing ice blue that only she could make friendly and her wings were gone once more back into her seemless back. To look at her back which because of the dress style she wore was exposed you wouldn't see a scar of any kind. Nothing to show where the wings had been. She wore the low backed dresses so that she didn't have to tear through her clothing when she needed her wings. Though she did have some normal clothing as well.

"Anytime." she said sweetly as she smiled at Seig once more. He then asked what she might want to do now.

"Well, could ... maybe I watch you work on one of your machines?" she asked. "I promise not to get in the way. And I don't mind getting dirty if that happens."

She looked at him hopeful her eyes bright with wonder and yearning for the knowledge he could give her.

[Sieg]

Sieg smiled as she mentioned watching him tinker with Atticus or one of his other inventions. Getting dirty huh...no, no, no one can't think like that around girl so pure and innocent as Celeste. He nodded and pulled out a small set of tools as he motioned for Atticus to come over. The golem complied and stood up, marching over to the center of the room.

"Well I don't have much to do on him, but he's always in need of a good cleaning," he said as Atticus nodded in agreement, "Would you care to help or do you just want to watch?" he asked as he settled his goggles over his eyes snuggly.

[Celeste]

Her face brightening significantly when he pulled out his tool set her eyes alight with the possibilities of what she could learn from him. She looked at him with that pure innocent joy that only children seemed have these days yet somehow Celeste pulled it off really well.

"Oh wow! To help would be great! I promise not to get in your way." she said only now realizing that in her excitement her sentence had been whole. She blushed.

She looked at Atticus for a moment before turning back to Seig and smiled again. She stepped up and then giggled and gave Seig another hug a tighter one of pure joy.

"Thank you Mr. Seig." she said happily as she pulled back.

[Sieg]

Sieg couldn't help but smile brightly as he saw the wonder and innocence on her face. She was so cute when she was wide-eyed and innocent like that. Sieg couldn't believe how someone so beautiful could be so innocenet and wide-eyed as well. He smiled as she seemed so excited to be able to help.

"You don't have to worry about getting in my way.." he started but was cut off as she flung her arms around his neck and hugged her tightly. He slipped his arms around her waist and returned the hug with a smile, "You're very welcome and you don't have to call me Mr. Sieg...Sieg will do just fine," he said as he handed her a device that looked like a cross between a screwdriver and a wrench, one of his many weird but useful tools that he crafted himself, "How about you start removing the plates on his arms," he suggested and took her hand, guiding her to one of the bolts, showing her how to undo the bolts, "Just like that okay?" He asked, with a bright smile.

[Celeste]

Seig. He wanted her to call him Seig instead of Mr. Seig. She smiled and nodded happily. She walk over with him so he could show her how to use the most unusual tool she'd ever seen in her life. She watched carefully and then she smiled.

"All right, Seig." she said with a smile as she tucked her white hair behind her ears before she began to work as he had asked.

Carefully and doing it exactly as she had showed him she began to take the arm plates off. Keeping any bolts and nuts in her hand so that she wouldn't lose any. She hummed quietly under her breath as she moved to the other arm and began to take off the plates on that side setting them all carefully on the bed making sure they stayed in order just in case and then sat all the bolts and nuts down next to them.

"All finished." she said softly as she turned back to him.

[Sieg]

He smiled as he started to strip off the plates on Atticus' legs and opened up his chest plate. Sieg took time to silently marvel at the web of intricate circuitry and mechanics that wove it's way across Atticus' body. He smiled as he watched Celeste work, she was indeed a good listener and a dilligent worker..she would make a fine assistant.

"Perfect Celeste," he said with a smile, "Now first things first we've got inspect his motor units," he said, pointing to several junctions at the flexible points of Atticus' limbs, "Got to make sure those are clean because if they aren't Atticus will have trouble moving and then I would have to replace the entire set of circuitry, you'll be in charge of the arms okay? If you see anything that's clogging up the circuits' paths just let me know and I'll do the cleaning," he explained as he started inspect Atticus' legs.

[Celeste]

Perfect Celeste... that sentence made her look up in surprise never had she heard that before. In fact if she got a good job at all that was something to truly be proud of. She beamed under his words and a small pink blush crossed her features.

Listening intently as he explained the next order of business including how and what to look for. She moved back to the arms and began looking at the joints. The shoulder joint and the elbow joint. She checked the left arm and found it fine. Moving around behind Atticus giving him a soft pat on the back before beginning to look at the right arm. Immediatly she saw the difference.

"Seig, this elbow is dirty." she said softly as she looked down at him with a smile glad to be helping instead of impeding.

[Sieg]

He nodded and pulled out a small tube that with a small narrow screw-driver like device. It sparked at the end a little and he grinned softly, he placed the device's tip against the dirty circuit path and a small arc of eletricty streaked down the path of the circuit, clearing it of all obstructions.

"Very good Celeste now just let me finish up on the legs and then we'll replace all the plates," he explained as slid back down to the floor, a few sparks imminanting every few seconds as he cleaned Atticus' legs.

[Celeste]

Once again Celeste beamed under his compliments. She had never gotten so many 'good jobs' in her life.

"It's because I have a good teacher." she said softly. She sat down on the floor next to him and watched carefully what he was doing with the interesting object.

She let Azure crawl up and down her arm the little bug chittering happily and Celeste had to giggle he was so cute. She picked up the little but and kissed it's head as it squirmed happily then placed it back on her shoulder giving it a mana treat.

[Sieg]

He grinned faintly as the sparking hid his eyes from view under the googles. A good teacher, well he wasn't half bad that was for sure.

"Well you're a very good student, a fast learner," he said, sitting up as he finished, slipping the googles up onto his forehead, "So would you like to replace the plates by hand, I can always do it automatically. But I see how much you like to work on Atticus so I thought you might like to do it by hand," he offered with a smile, scratching his nose absentmindedly.

[Celeste]

She smiled at him brightly as he took his goggles off. He looked cute with them but without was much better. She looked over at the plates and nodded.

"I'll put the arm ones back on." she said with a smile.

She stood up and grabbed the first plate and began attatching it slowly and carefully humming a song again. She used the tool that he had provided her. Her white hair fell around her shoulders as she leaned over Atticus as she continued to tighten down the plates that could cover the inner workings.

She moved over to the other side and began placing the plates on tucking her white hair back behind her pale ear as she hummed and Azure chimed in catching the melody which made her chuckle before they began to hum together.
