Moving in (Celeste)

[Sieg]

Sieg smiled as he watched her screw Atticus arm plates back on. He however did not have the patience to screw the leg plates back in and so with a click of his pds Atticus' leg plates screwed themselves back in place. He chuckled softly as he heard her start humming and then the beetle Azure join in. Sieg shook his head, sitting on the floor, cross-legged.

"You two sure are made for each other," he said with a grin as he looked up at Celeste with Azure perched on shoulder, both of them humming happily as she worked to finish screwing Atticus' arm plates back into place.

[Celeste]

She let her eyes look up at Seig and smiled giggling as she finished putting the last plate on. She patted Atticus on the shoulder and smiled at Seig as she moved and sat down next to him handing him the tool he had given her.

"Yeah, you made a great little creature I'm .. very attatched." she said with a gentle smile.

She pulled her knees up to her chest and lay her head on them as she looked at him a gentle smile curving her lips upward slightly.

"Thank you.. for letting me help you." she said softly. "I learned a lot about Atticus."

[Sieg]

He smiled brightly as she thanked him for the opportunity and complimented him on Azure. Sieg couldn't help but smile when he was around her, her presence just merely made him feel happy. He took the tool from her, tossing it on a nearby pile of tools with a soft clanging sound.

"Don't mention it Celeste," he said, facing her with a smile, "Any time you want to talk about mechanics and technology or help me work on Atticus or anything else, just let me know. I really enjoy your company," he said with a smile and a faint blush as he scratched the back of his head.

[Celeste]

A blush crossed his face as she Celeste looked up at him after he said that he enjoyed her company. She smiled sweetly as she let her hand come out gently and touch his hand gently. She smiled up at him letting her ice blue eyes look into his eyes.

"I really enjoy your company too, Seig." she said with a brighter smile.

It was odd that she could speak here with him and she didn't have her sentences breaking as she did with everyone else. She was very comfortable around Seig. Almost instant comfort maybe it was his easy going personality or because he didn't constantly try to hug her. She wasn't sure but she definatly enjoyed his company.

"Anytime you need a helper I'd be glad to work with you. Just ask and I'll be here." she said with another smile her eyes shinning with her inner light. The innocence of her soul bursting forth.

[Sieg]

He smiled as he locked his gaze with hers. As he watched her he could see the innocence in her soul, she was so pure and good. Sieg almost felt unworthy to be in her presence, but her presence filled him with a certain joy he hadn't felt in some time. But he realized what that joy was, the joy of belonging, of finding someone who accepted you for who you were and wanted to be around you because of that.

"You're a wonderful helper Celeste. You're a very dilligent worker I would be proud to have you help me out whenever you wanted to," he said with a grin and a nod, "So is there anything else you would like to do because if not..." he said, his voice trailing off slightly as he checked his watch, "Well it's almost lunchtime and as a thanks for your help I would like to treat you to lunch. Would you be so kind as to accept?" he asked his eyebrows arching as a hopeful grin spread across his features.

[Celeste]

He wanted to treat her to lunch? Wow!! She looked over at him her eyes wide as her soft hand came back to her after touching him gently. She grinned happily as she stood and little Azure whirred happily.

"I'd love very much to have lunch with you."

She chuckled and extended a hand gently to help him get up if he wanted it as she had seen others do. She smiled at him and gave him a gentle wink as she waited. How fun would this be. Eating lunch with a friend!

[Sieg]

He smiled brightly as she accepted. Great, this was the perfect way to show his thanks for her help and to solidify his friendship with her. Sieg knew, for now, that they could not be anything more than friends. But he was content with being friends with such a wonderful young lady.

"Thank you," he said as he took her hand in his, helping to pull himself up as he adjusted his goggles a bit. He returned her wink with one of his own and a good-natured grin as he offered her his arm, "Shall we?" he asked with the same good-natured grin.

[Celeste]

She was more than happy when he took her hand and returned her wink. Such a good friend he was. They got along marvoulessly. She smiled as he offered her his arm and asked if they were ready.

She stepped forward. Wow, it was just like those old movies they had let her watch on good days when she was recovering from her tests. She threaded her arm through his like the women had in the movies her hand resting on the biscep of his arms.

"Definatly ready." she said and leaned in kissing his cheek. "You're a great person, Seig."

[Sieg]

He smiled softly as he felt her arm thread through his, her hand resting on his arm. Sieg smiled brightly as he started for the door with his newfound friend on his arm. Spending lunch with such a beautiful young lady as a friend was not the way he had envisioned his first day or two at the Academy going. But he was pleased with the twist in event and the surprise of making such a kind friend.

"Okay then well, let's go," his voice softened as he felt her lips on his cheek, he blushed softly, "You're the great person Celeste...I'm just working off you're example," he said with a smile as he opened the door and stepped out with her in tow.

[Celeste]

Blushing Celeste looked over at Seig after his comment. How was it that he could find a way that everything she said was twisted back to compliment her. It was a wonderful trait for his friends but she felt that he was demeaning himself a bit too much. She chuckled and squeazed his biscep a little.

"No, it isn't that. It is that you are a great person all on your own. You do not need me as an example." she said softly.

She let them walk at a leisurely pace down towards the elevator. Never in her life had she been walked anywhere. Carried yes when the tests had gone too far but never had she been escorted in this manner. She felt almost like royalty. Being taken this way to a lunch that he was going to pay for. It was amazing.

"Thank you for taking the time to show me things, today." she said softly as she looked back over at him. "I had a wonderful time."

[Sieg]

He nodded softly, understand what he was implying. Sieg liked to compliment her but apparently she was content to compliment him back. He shrugged a little inwardly, it never hurt to take a compliment once in a while instead of just always giving them. Sieg turned to look at her with a bright smile.

"Thank you Celeste. I think we can agree that we are both great people," he said with a laugh.

He smiled softly as she thanked him for showing her a wonderful time. Sieg smiled and nodded, "Don't mention it Celeste...it was my pleasure," he said with a grin as they stepped into the elevator, "I'm glad you had a good time, most people get bored when I start to slip into over obsession with technology and my inventions. But not you...and for that I thank you," he said with a smile as they elevator doors began to close.

[Celeste]

His laughter filled the elevator as they stepped in. It was true each thought the other was great and that was important for a good friendship. She got along very well with Seig and was now glad that her curiosity and love for knowledge had allowed her to meet him.

"If anything, Seig. I am similar in nature. However for me it is learning as much as possible where for you it is tinkering. Perhaps one day I will find something that makes me as happy as technology makes you." she said with a gentle smile.

The elevator took them down to the first floor at a slow pace and she watched the numbers as most people do when they are in the elevevator. The bell chimed and the doors slid open. Together they walked out.

[Sieg]

Sieg was happy how well they were getting along. She was had proven a great friend already and they had known each other for barely a day. Sieg could see them getting along very well in the future. He was happy to have such a great friend.

"Yes tinkering does make me happy," he said with a grin, "I admit I wish I had a thirst for knowledge in a wider variety of subjects. I'm sure one day you will find your special something or maybe even someone that makes you happy," he said watching her with a smile as the elevator dinged and the doors slid open.

He motioned for her to step out first with a grin. Sieg was an old-world gentleman, almost to a fault, "Please after you," He said with a smile.

[Celeste]

Celeste had to look over at Seig on that one. She wasn't sure what he meant by meeting someone that would be special. Wasn't everyone special? Or did he mean meeting another angel? She chewed on her lower lip for a moment trying to understand what he wanted.

"Seig?" she asked softly as she turned to look at him. "What.. does it mean to be.. more than friends?" she asked.

She bit her lower lip again as they began walking down the hall. She blushed a little. She knew she was ignorant. She hated it and didn't want it but it was her sheltered life. But that was who she was. There was nothing she could do about it.

"Sorry.. but I don't understand..what it means."

[Sieg]

Sieg stepped out of the elevator with a look of wide-eyed surprise. What did it mean to be more than just friends? He would have a hard time answering this one and he had better choose his words right or else he might give her the wrong impression. Sieg tapped his chin thoughtfully as he considered how best to answer her question.

"Well...it depends, sometimes being more than just friends means you like a person enough to be close to them, closer than friends are. Other times it's very deep and personal and you want to be around that person all the time...that's what love is. Most of the time people think they're in love but they really aren't. Just being attracted to a person isn't love, love is a special and deep bond between two people," he said, scratching the back of his head a little, "I hope I answered your question and didn't confuse you even more....that was a difficult question," he admitted with a smile, "Don't worry about not understanding, it's okay...I understand why you don't and I won't ever get annoyed or hold that against you, it's good to ask questions," he said with a bright smile.
