A Date for the Prom (Fi)

[Sieg]

Sieg adjusted his clothing for the second time since he had walked down the hallway. He stood in front of Fi's door and for some reason he was suddenly nervous. He had decided, after seeing the notice for the prom, that he should ask her to the prom. After all they had decided to be an official couple hadn't they? So it would be natural for him to ask her to the prom. So why did he feel so damn nervous, feel like he didn't look good enough as he adjusted his clothing for the third time.

He took a deep breath and closed his eyes, attempting to soothe his case of the jitters, "It's okay Sieg, just calm down," he whispered softly. He heard as gentle plastic crinkling sound and noticed the bouquet of roses he had gotten her was shaking because his hand was shaking, "This is ridiculous I've got to calm down," he muttered angrily as he closed his eyes again and willed himself to calm.

Finally calm he rapped lightly on the door. He put on a bright smile and for the fourth time today he watched as his hands moved to smooth out his clothes, adjusting again. Sieg couldn't believe that a single girl was having this much of an effect on him.

It had been a very long day. She had explored the castle or what they called an academy but it sure looked like it was ripped straight out of a fairy tale. She had just barely made it back to her room five minutes ago and Kei was napping in the center of the bed. Which meant she couldn't lay down just yet.

Walking to her closet she opened it and pulled out some soft brushed cotton pants of white with pink pin stripes running the length and a pink tank top that hugged her figure tightly. Changing out of her white dress and put it in the hamper before pulling her jammies on. Taking her hair down she sat down on the top of her desk and brushed out her long red hair.

A knock sounded on her door and Fi glanced at Kei who didn't budge. A bright smile crossed her face and forgetting she was dressed in her jammies she rushed to greet Seig. The only time Kei didn't squeak or run to the door was when it was Seig. Flinging open the door she saw him with flowers and dressed nicely. Still forgetting she had changed at all she closed the distance between them and hugged him tightly.

"Seig!" she said happily as her bright lavender eyes danced with delight. She took his hand and led him into her room happily as she closed the door behind him. "What brings you over this evening?"

Sieg grinned brightly as he heard her rush to the door. She always knew it was him at the door when he came. So much for ever surprising her with a visit. He had figured out that it was Kei who was tipping her off. Kei always made noise or made for the door everytime it was a visitor she didn't recognize. Of course Sieg was more than a common visitor and he wasn't surprised in the least that his arrival was now nothing more than a daily occurrence and was now simply boring.

Sieg grinned and chuckled as she threw her arms around him after she opened the door. Sieg returned the hug with a smile, he couldn't help but smile when he was around her. Fiona always seemed to make him giddy when he was around her. He let her pull him into the room and then noticed her attire. God it was so tight....he couldn't stop his eyes off of her body. Damnit man this is no time to oggle her no matter how good she looked in those pajamas. They just hugged her so perfectly...no must resist the temptation to let his eyes wander her shapely body. It wasn't fair though, she was just too gorgeous and the outfit she was wearing wasn't making it any easier to keep from oggling her.

"I uh...uh, wow you look great," he said with a sheepish smile as he scratched the back of his head, "Oh the flowers, they're for you," he said handing the small bouquet of roses, "I came to ask you if um..you would go to the prom with me?" he asked with a hopeful grin. He knew she would most likely say yes but the anticipation of her answer wasn't any less intense and it didn't make the butterflies in his stomach go away any more quickly.

Seig definatly seemed a bit nervous today more so than she had ever seen him in her presence. She blushed only now realizing what she was wearing when he mentioned it and she nervously twisted her hair around her finger.

He handed her the roses and she smiled brightly. Kissing his cheek softly she moved to the small kitchen area and grabbed a vase. Unwrapping the plastic she trimmed the roses and added the feed before placing them in the crystalline vase. That done she heard his next question and smiled. But before she answered she moved into the sitting area and sat the vase of flowers down on the table between the two chairs.

Turning now she looked at Seig thinking about her pjs again she blushed but he had already seen them so there was no reason to cover them. She took his hand and lead him to her bed the soft canopy curtains where sheer and hung gently as she sat him down first. She sat down in his lap and smiles at him.

"Seig." she whispered softly as she leaned in and kissed him softly letting her lips linger on his for sometime her hand brushing his cheek softly. "I would love to go to prom with you." she said with a bright smile.

Her hand went through his soft lockes as her lavender eyes looked into his beautiful ones. She smiled and leaned in kissing him again this time longer than ever before intending to make this kiss last for some time. It was in her every demeanor how much she truly wanted this kiss to last.

Sieg grinned as she placed the flowers in a vase and set them on a table. He was glad she liked the flowers, he had been a bit nervous about what type to get her. He had no idea what kind of flowers she liked so he went with the standard roses. But to spice things up he had included white and red roses. Sieg was glad she had liked them.

Now though he was still nervous for an answer and he wasn't sure what to think when she moved him to the bed and sat him down. Then she sat in his lap and he sighed softly, he loved being close to her like this. His arms snaked around her waist as he held her close against him while she talked. He grinned brightly when she finally said it, "I would love to go to prom with you." He almost laughed but found himself unable to as she gently pressed her lips against his.

His hand massaged the small of her back as she kissed him again. This kiss was much longer and definitely more emotional. He pressed her tightly against him as he held the kiss, making a bit more heated. He gently pushed his tongue into her mouth as he held the kiss. Finally and regretfully he broke the kiss and watched her with a soft smile. He cupped her cheek gently with one hand as his other held her against him, continuing to massage the small of her back.

"Fi you are hands down the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to me," he said as he kissed her again quickly but softly. He rested his forehead against hers, grinning brightly, "You really do look great," he said with a smirk.

[Fi]

The kiss was indeed a long one and when his tongue entered her mouth she let her own play with his. His hand stroked her back lightly and she whimpered slightly into the kiss as he pulled her closer. The kiss broke after several minutes and she looked up into his eyes.

His words made her heart stop and for a moment he closed her eyes enjoying his soft touch and thinking about if this was the right time to tell him. She opened her eyes slowly and looked into Seig's eyes.

"Seigfried Rhinehart, I want to tell you something." she said softly as she looked up into his eyes and blushed. She wasn't normall the kind of girl that would blush but right now she did and he would soon find out why.

"..I've fallen in love with you Seig." she said softly and looked up into his eyes nervous now. She looked down over to the floor worried now that she might have scared him away.

Sieg's grinned turned into a full-fledged smile. She had said it, this wasn't a dream or some sort of crazy alternate universe, this was here and now and she had said it. He hugged her tightly, chuckling softly because he was so happy. Fi had actually said it, she had said she had fallen in love with him. Sieg wasn't sure at first if he had fallen for her or not but the happiness he was feeling as she confessed her love to him definitely secured it for him. He was indeed in love with her too and he placed his hand gently under her chin, lifting her head to meet his gaze.

"Fiona...I love you too," he said with a happy smile as he leaned in and kissed her gently. Sieg couldn't believe the turn this night had taken. He had really only hoped for her to accept his offer to go to the prom. But he had also gotten a confession of love out of her. Sieg couldn't help but almost insanely happy about the way things were going. He kissed her deeply again as he hugged her tightly against him.

His fingers lifted up her chin and nervously she looked up at him. Scared for her life almost as her eyes studied him gently. But her heart melted and a tear fell down her right cheek as she took in what he told her. A bright smile crossed her face and she almost squealed in delight.

"Oh Se..." but she couldn't finish as his lips met hers.

Another soft and deep kiss as he held her tightly to him. Her arm went up and her hand went to the back of his neck and deepened the kiss further. Her tongue ran into his mouth and played with his tongue.

Now not only did she have a date to the prom but she had a love. And it was returned. She ran her hand through his hair and moaned a little bit as they kissed. So much more passion was in this kiss than ever before. She pushed him back on the bed gently so they were laying side by side as she continued kissing him her hand running over his chest. She just wanted to be close to him. Very close. Not asking for more than kissing persay but she did want to be as close to Seig as he would allow right now.

Sieg grinned as she deepened the kiss even further, her hands resting behind his neck as she slipped her tongue into his mouth. His tongue wrestled with hers as he held her close against him, loving every second that they were together like this. He certainly hadn't seen this coming at all, the way things were going he was as much at the mercy of Fate as she was. Sieg prided himself on being a rather intelligent person but even his intelligence couldn't help him here. He was running purely off instinct and he hoped that would be enough for now.

He broke the kiss and chucked softly as she pushed him down against the bed. Then she lay beside him and continued the kiss, her hands exploring his chest. He sighed softly into the kiss before he broke it gently, "Fiona...you're so beautiful, " he said with a grin as he finally allowed his eyes to travel her curves.

Her curves, in this outfit, were indeed displayed well. She blushed as he began to let his eyes run over her body. She raised a arm over her head and gently stroked his hair. Her lavender eyes looked into his beautiful eyes again.

She always felt so comfortable and safe with Seig. He was the first one she thought of when she needed to talk with someone and he was the first one she went to every day. She tried to make sure she at least saw him once a day even if from a distance just so she could say hi.

"I'm so excited, Seig." she said blushing slightly but her eyes were bright with her excitement. "All the preparations for prom, it's going to be so fun."

She moved closer to him so that their bodies touched one another all the way down and reached up and lay her hand on his cheek her thumb stroking the soft skin there gently. A small smile on her face. Only three inches seperated them.

"Hey, Seig? What's your dream? You know for your future?" she asked softly looking into his eyes still.

[Sieg]

He smiled as she talked about how excited she was to get ready for the prom. Sieg couldn't help but chuckle softly, her excitement was so infectious. The way her eyes danced with happiness when she talked, it sucked him in. He couldn't break his gaze from those beautiful lavendar orbs. That was the problem he had had when he first met her. He had just stared into her eyes for almost five minutes straight during their first date.

Sieg winced inwardly when he thought of what an idiot he had made of himself during that first date. Hopefully he had improved romatically and socially, apparently he had or she would have left him. Well she had said she loved him, that meant taking his faults with his talents. He smiled and nodded inwardly, it was okay to be bumbling because she loved him.

Sieg paused for a second as he thought, gently nuzzling into her touch as he stared into her eyes. What was his dream? He didn't really know, his plans for the future didn't extend much further past what he was going to build the next day.

"Well, I suppose I'll try and become the greatest Technomancer there is. I want to make things that will help improve people's lives and save them too. But that dream will only be worth it if your by my side," he said with a smile as he kissed her forehead gently, "What are you dreams?"

[Fi]

Seig's dream was very cute. It was just so very him. She chuckled and kissed the tip of his nose and took one of his hands in hers. Entwining their fingers together.

"My dream, well, I want a family. A husband and children. A house somewhere. I'd like a job where I can use my magic like maybe a nursery or something like that." she said with that far away look in her eyes.

She looked back up to Seig and a warm smile on her face as she kissed his lips gently. She kissed him once more after that kiss broke and used her free hand to run through his hair softly. She was happy with Seig. He was fun and lighthearted. He made her laugh and he made her feel special he didn't mind that she was a very happy and excited girl he kept pace with her easily.

"I hope both our dreams come true." she said softly. She looked up into Seig's eyes and blushed. "Seigfried, you're are such a wonderful man." she whispered.

[Sieg]

Sieg chuckled softly as he returned her kiss. He wrapped his arms around her gently, pulling her closer to him. If Sieg had any ego whatsoever Fi certainly would have made it bigger by now. She had a way of making him feel like he really was the only guy in the world that mattered to her. How ever she did it was a mystery to him but he certainly appreciated the attention.

"You give me far too much credit. It's you that brings out my good qualities," he said with a grin as he squeezed her hand gently, "I love you Fi," he said softly as he pressed his lips tightly against hers. It felt very good to just lay here and hold her like this. She was his world and the only person in his life, besides Celeste, that he truly cared for.

[Fi]

Seig pulled Fi closer and she smiled nuzzling into his softly. He looked down and kissed her and she kissed him back. His hand squeezed her and she smiled squeezing his back. Those three words came out of his mouth followed by her name and she smiled.

"I love you too, Seig." she said softly.

She leaned in and kissed him again her free hand running through his soft hair gently. She had never expected to meet someone like Seig and yet she had and there was no way to show just how thankful she was. She nuzzled into him more after the kiss broke her head just under his chin. Her lips kissing the base of his neck softly over and over again. She was in love and it was Seig that made her feel important, he and only he that made her feel wanted.

"Seig? Would you.. maybe.. like to.. well.. maybe stay the night?" she asked softly and looked up at him nervously.

[Sieg]

Sieg smiled brightly and nodded at her invitation. He hadn't really expected to be invited to spend the night. Sieg was never the kind of guy people wanted around for more than a handful of hours. Apparently he got annoying after that, but with her it was different. She couldn't seem to get enough of him apparently. He had always dulled the lonliness he felt by inventing all the time and working on a variety of different projects. But with Fiona it didn't seem that he annoyed her at all or if he did she seemed to take it all in stride.

"So the night is young," he said looking at his watch, "What would you like to do love?" he asked with a grin, kissing her gently again.
