Halloween Party (open to invited)

[Junpei]

Junpei knew it would be a great surprise to have this little party for Phaedra. Halloween was tonight, and Junpei knew it would be a great time if he invited a few friends and got some stuff together for a party, a Halloween party that is. Now to most Halloween parties one would wear a costume, well at Arcane one could walk down the hall and see a variety of costumes, so what would you do to have a Halloween party at Arcane Academy? You would dress up like anyone who was non magical. Reverse the people reverse the costumes, made perfect sense didn't it?

Laughing a bit Junpei finished the teleportation circle under his bed and read of a few words. The bed was gone no, nothing there but a pile f dust where Junpei had failed to ever clean. Looking down at the hard tile floor Junpei grimaced abit and got a cleaning spell ready, th place needed it anyways. Since he had come back he had yet to clean this room once, and with Phaedra constantly at class and him alone, he had been working a lot on class ideas and new spells.

There was one consolation to having all that free time, his new ceiling was done. Not only had he finished the walls but today he had done something rather special to his walls, they now reflected the mountain he had gone to as a child in Germany, Phae's homeland. Smiling to himself he looked around the room. To the North there was the frozen peak of the mountain, to theSotuh was a low valley with a river running threw it ad a meadow that came right up to the base of the wall. To the West and East were dense Jungles and the window on the East wall now appeared a knot hole in a tree that seemed to show the outside world threw it. Above sky was a myriad of purples and oranges as the sun set far in the west.

Nodding his approval at the whole thing Junpei loved the secret to his walls and ceiling, that reflected the area they reflected. He had actually gone there, linked himself to a series of spells in the walls, and used his own eyes as the catalyst for the spell. He had a perfect image of the thing in his mind now and a sealing spell made sure that the spells would be on these walls forever, as well as the ceiling.

With Halloween here though what was most impressive was the forest on the West and East walls, they were a beautiful array or orange, yellow, and red trees that had just recently changed to their fall colors. Phaedra would love it, Junpei knew it in his heart.

Setting about the actual Halloween decorations Junpei set up a couple Nether Fire candles on his now clean desk and put a large bowl of orange punch there. Pumpkin cake cookies and orange/black cups and plate made the decoration complete on the desk. Setting up three couches around where the bed and dresser used to be Junpei had everything set. The area right beyond the door would be used as a dance floor if anyone should ant to dance, and soft classical music played currently, a spell in the closet to amplify a simple CD player.

Looking over his work Junpei flopped down in a love seat he had put just under the knot hole tree and looked at the door, waiting for Phaedra to show up.

[Phae]

Phae was a bit tired she had to admit. It had been a long day of training and a long day of classes. Things were weighing on her mind as she worked her way back to her dorm room. Where she was just ready to relax and cuddle up with Junpei. It was Friday night there was no need to work on her homework or anything and she was looking forward to a lot of munchies and quality cuddle time.

Rubbing her eyes again she opened the door to her dorm. Looking up she dropped her bag in shock. She really didn't even notice Jun sitting on the couch for a moment. It was beautiful. It looked just like home at sunset. In the hills outside Berlin. Right where Junpei and she were planning to live one day. Tears came to her eyes as she looked up at the ceiling reflecting the sunset of Germany in perfect beauty. The crystalline tears rolled down her face as touched as she was.

It was then she noticed key elements of the room where gone and sofas and couches replaced them. Looking closer she saw that they were having a party and she smiled brightly. It was Halloween and she was already dressed the part with a tighy black dress that hugged her body tightly like skin until the skirt flared out. Her hair had been braided here and there with black feathers braided in as well. She looked hot and she knew it but damn.. this room was amazing.

She saw Junpei and she smiled. Squealing she ran over to him and put herself into his lap. She kissed him deeply. No one was here yet, the door was closed, and right now he was the greatest man in the world. She loved parties and they had never had one before. She didn't break the kiss but silently she wondered if they could keep the walls like this. Because she had fallen in love with them already.

[Junpei]

At first Junpei was afraid he had somehow hurt her by changing everything around. Those tears had come so fast and now that he was back he was figuring out her crying again, yes he was used to her tears, although he hated to see them he was used to them, she never let her emotions get pent up as it were. Looking over the rest of her Junpei damn near hoped out of the sea and ran over to her, eh had been asleep when she left and damn did she look good. Swallowing the lump now in his throat Junpei listened as a squeal pierced the air. He smiled and she was in his lap a moment later. What he didn't expect was the pure bliss of a kiss that he received for his work as she pressed her lips to his as she sat in his lap.

Wrapping his arms around her waist and back Junpei pulled her close and kissed her back, happy to know that he had done well. He broke the kiss a few seconds later and looked up into her eyes, grinning that evil grin he had.

"Like it I take it?"

Junpei shifted a bit in his seat an moved her so she was more at his level. Perfection was a good word for this moment, as the sun set behind them and the colors leaves actually swayed in the wind on the wall.

[Ziare]

Ziare walked slowly. It was a party. Which meant men. But aside from that it meant dancing. The last time she had danced had been at prom and that didn't go over well at all. She had tried to push those thoughts in the back of her mind and she closed her eyes.

The girl had changed quite a bit since Junpei would have seen her last in the class. She had indeed cut her hair so not it hung to her hip instead of to her calves. Her blue eyes were no longer the happiest carefree ones but ones that had seen and experienced great pain and horror.

Today she was dressed in blue jeans and a collared shirt that was black with orange threads running through it. This was as festive as she was going to get right now. She didn't knock on the door this was a party you just kinda came right in right? She opened the door to see Junpei and his girlfriend just finishing a kiss. She blushed as she closed the door.

"Wow.. am I early?" she asked stepping into the room as she looked at the walls. She smiled softly. It was a beautiful scene and it was something that she thought seemed really relaxing.

"Wow, I think I'm going to have to hire you to do my room, Junpei." she chuckled softly.

[Phae]

Phae felt Junpei pull her close and kiss her back as much as she kissed him. It felt good to be in his arms again. She felt him break the kiss and had this been any other time she would have fought him and taken the kiss back. He asked her if she liked it giving that grin that said he knew already but she would answer anyway.

"Can we keep it? Or is it just for our party, because Junpei, I love it so much. It makes me feel like we have our own little paradise here away from the academy." she said with a smile.

She looked back when she heard a female voice come into the room asking if she was early. Phae chuckled and waved the girl in. She reminded her of the girl from Junpei's first class except her hair was shorter. But Phae wasn't about to get out of Jun's lap unless he made her. He was hers and that was that.

"No come on in, I'm Phae."

[Junpei]

Jnpei nodded as Phaedra asked him if it was keep-able, it was,this was a gift to her from him, no reason, just gift.

"Mmhmm, my gift to you."

Looking past Phaedra he saw a very familiar face, that of Ziare, the first person who had really gotten to know Junpei, and someone whom Junpei wished he saw more often. Waving to her with hi right hand, then placing it right back on Phaedra's hip he grinned a bit at her question. She had come in just as Junpei had broken the kiss, no doubt she had caught a bit of their conversation after but Junpei wasn't going to totally ignore her.

"Fat chance Ziare, this took me weeks of planning and when she-" Junpei gave Phaedra's waist a tight squeeze."- finally goes out for a full day it takes me a full eight hours to pull this off. Gimme a month or two to lock down the spells first, then we'll talk about making you a room."

Leaning up he gave Phaedra's neck a soft kiss before he moved her a bit to sit sideways in his lap, allowing him to meet and greet guests as they came.

"Have a seat, you already met Phae, watch your step though I lost Loish cleaning."

[Alastin]

A party?

An honest to goodness party that he had been invited to?

Alastin smiled brightly almost hopping up and down in his room as he looked at the invitation it was a halloween party so that was so totally awesome! Alastin quickly delved into his closet rummaging around and finding things like an eye-patch, bandanna, loose slacks, a shirt with the spiffy ruffles on wrist area, and a rapier that he had purchased recently. It wasn't a real rapier but, it was one of those totally awesome display things that would look just so totally cool with this outfit. Humming he quickly dived into his room and made his way to the bathroom quickly changing into the costume and giving a small giggle and a snort. He looked over himself and grinned looking downright piratey indeed.

Well?

*sigh* You're no fun it's a Halloween Misae!

He heard the exasparated sigh from Misae, Laelaps not commenting either will phooeie they were both being a bunch of spoilsports as Alastin headed down to the dorm number counting it off and reading the invitation one last time. He opened the door and entered smiling brightly when he saw not only Ziare but, Phae as well and a guy. Jun...Junpei! That was right Alastin remembered seeing a memory glimpse of him!

"Thanks for the invite." Alastin said cheerfully as he gave a wave at Phae that happy kid that he was, nodded at Junpei, and well Ziare...

She got tackled into the couch playfully with a quick hug and he gave a smiled at her and looked around the room and his jaw dropped.

"Wooooooooah..." he whispered.

"That is totally awesome..." He looked around at the scenery in awe for a moment and saw the Nether Fire candles and gave a grin for a moment.

"My flames are the oppisite of that, the instructors called mine Heaven Fire," Alastin said with a smile.

[Ziare]

"Aww that's okay whenever you can get to it. I swear that I'll pay you something for it. Because this is awesome. I'd love to have mine look like this little grove at home." she said when she sat down on a couch kitty cornered to Junpei and Phae.

They were a cute couple. She remembered that long talk they had before he had met the girl. He was going to die back then and was lost because he had never and would never fall in love. He felt it was worthless but after a long coversations she had ended up convincing him that love no matter how short was never worthless and she had never seen him happier than when he had met Phae. His entire demeanor had changed and just to see her walk into a room he just lit up. It was sweet.

Speaking of lighting up. When Alastin entered the room her own blue eyes lit up. She wasn't alone! Not only did he have a deep connection with her but they were closer right now than she was with anyone. Alastin did surprise her by dressing up. How cute he looked in his little pirate costume. She almost wanted to just hug him and glomp him in a way with his cuteness.

He came over and tackled her to the couch. For a moment she paniced. She bit her lip and winced slight but between herself and Armenius they kept her under control and a smile crossed her face as she hugged him back. Sitting up again she pulled him down next to her and smiled.

"You look so cute!" she exclaimed damn near as close to the old Ziare as you were ever going to get at this rate.

[Phae]

He told her that they were keeping the walls. They were a gift to her and she was so touched. She looked up into his eyes and her own blue depths showed him just how much that meant to her. Screwing Ziare she leaned forward and placed the most soft and loving kiss on his lips in thanks.

"Thank you, I love it so much." she told him and smiled softly.

A boy entered the room and it took her a minute to realize it was Alastin. The boy that had helped her vent about Blacky and Junpei and the one that had allowed her to clear her mind and decide for one or the other. Though she had hurt Blacky deeply she felt that Junpei deserved one last chance. Third time was the charm so they say.

"Nice to see you again, Al." she said with a bright smile.

He completely tackled Ziare and Phae chuckled. This was going to be an interesting party. Last Phae had known Ziare was dating some comotose blonde. Rumor had it he was a red head not but regardless it didn't matter.

"Are you two dating?" she asked after she saw the rather sweet greeting. Leave to Phae to put them on the spot.

[Junpei]

Junpei blinked a couple times as Phaedra kissed him lovingly right in front of Ziare, his eyes closed and both arms wrapped about her a bit more tightly. His head spun as she broke the kiss and yet a third person entered, the healer he had heard so much about around school, Alastin. With a half drunken smile on his face he nodded back as the pirate healer pounced Ziare and the two shared a hug.

"Yeah umm are you two dating?"

Junpei said as he pulled Phaedra abit closer and set her more in his lap, leaning her against the arm of the love seat he slid a hand around to sit just below the hem of her dress, , his fingers lightly brushing the skin there. Screw it if having Ziare and Alastin here was gonna stop him, it hadn't stopped Phaedra. Besides if those two were dating what would they care?

"Oh and Phaedra, if you watch the ceiling for a bit longer you'll get to see the best part of all."

Junpei was referring to the new feature which was the moon. It would appear almost 12 times as large as it did normally from Earth, Junpei had made it so she could enjoy the moon to it's fullest, as if they were back billions of years when the moon had first become trapped in Earth's gravity. Back when the planet first formed the moon had been 12 times as large in the sky, Junpei was just setting things right.

[Alastin]

Alastin gave a smile when she returned the hug that was great he saw the hesitance when he had tackled her like that but, she returned the hug. He smiled brightly as he nuzzled her for a moment and heard her exclamation almost wanting to stick his tongue out at her. She always called him cute never sexy but, he had gotten used to that as he leaned against her for a moment gazing at the beautiful work that was done to this room. Man oh man Junpei was GOOD and Alastin felt like he was outside like he could almost smell the fresh air of the outside. Instead they were inside and he didn't mind one bit as he was snuggled up with Ziare for a moment.

Alastin shifted for a moment but, didn't move away from Ziare one of his hands entwined with hers as he closed his eyes for a moment and turned them to Ziare. He was looking into her eyes when he spoke because it was time to put some admissions out since he was on the spot anyways. Might as well show some spine as Misae called it.

"We aren't yet...." Alastin looked into Ziare's eyes and kissed her cheek lightly before pulling back some.

"I would really like that." Alastin said softly as he looked into Ziare's eyes with a serious expression the cuteness and perpetual perkiness not there for a moment he was being serious.

[Ziare]

Ziare was shocked when Phae asked if they were dating. Pretty much the whole school knew she was supposed to be with Jyo. But it was hard for her because she wasn't the girl she used to be and now that she had found Alastin it was getting better because of it.

Junpei asked the same question and Alastin chose to answer. His hand entwined with hers in a rather possessive nature that made her look at him. He was taller than she was and even sitting she looked up slightly. His eyes opened and they were not the cute perky eyes of the man she was growing to care for but the serious eyes of the man that had something to say.

"We aren't yet.." he began and kissed her cheek.

Kissing her cheek was not an abnormal occurance. He did it often heck he kissed her lips every now and then that was just the way it was many times. She blushed softly at his next words her eyes dropping.

"But I would like that." the red spread across her cheeks as she squeezed Alastin's hand. She looked up into his eyes and ran her fingertips along his cheek. She took a deep breath.

"As.. would I." she said softly. She leaned in placing her finger on his chin and kissed him. This kiss was different than any one they had ever shared. Even in the ice cream parlor had not had the soft caring feelings that this kiss did. Jyo? She was going to have to talk to him. She needed space or something. Letting the kiss last for a moment she pulled back and blushed. She cleared her throat and blushed.

"So anyone else coming to this party?" she asked trying to change the rather uncomfortable subject.

[Phae]

Phae felt Jun hold her tighter and she smiled softly. His hand worked around her back and side to her leg. Her dress was short but sitting it was even shorter. She felt his finger stroke her leg just underneath the hem of her dress and she smiled softly. She leaned into him as he told her to look up at the ceiling.

Leaning back she put her head on the arm of the couch and watched as the moon began to show. She smiled brightly. It was huge and beautiful she loved it. She lay back and watched it for several minutes. She sat up and kissed his sweet spot gently sucking on it only long enough to make him notice before she got out of his lap.

She went to the desks bottom drawer and while she could she hid the bottle she pulled out of it from the sleepless nights without Junpei. It was Schnopps and it wasn't flavored so not only would it be sweet but nearly undetectable. She opened the plastic bottle and poured the ENTIRE thing into the punch bowl grinning the entire time. Using the excuse that she had to go to the bathroom and still hiding the bottle she went and threw it away.

-There that oughta make things more interesting- she thought.

Returning she poured everyone a glass of the punch. Taking a tray she handed one to each person before taking her place right back in Junpei's lap and putting his hand back on her leg as it once had been. The two love birds.. heh.. we'll have to see what happens with them.

"Cheers." she said as she raised her glass and downed it quickly.

[Darah]

A day ago...

An invitation to a party at Junpei's. Darah was surprised when she got the little note. Never in her life had she been invited to anything, mostly because she had kept away from all the normal human beings in Aceh and nobody got to know her.

But what do I wear? Darah wondered for awhile. It was a halloween party, so she had to wear something scary to the party...
Hey, wait... I'm already a freak... Why bother with a costume? the young girl thought sadly.

Now...
Darah let herself into Junpei's dorm room. Her costume? She didn't need one. Her horns, pale green and scaly skin, as well as claws were all she needed to fit right in. However, she ditched her usually revealing halter and pants for an even more revealing bikini. The bikini could have been worn by Tarzan's wife herself since it was made of tattered brown cloth. When being yourself is freaky enough to not wear a halloween costume, then you should show as much of yourself as possible, eh?

Darah looked around the room. The decorations were pretty neat but the magical walls? They don't quite fit the halloween mood. Too many people in the room for Darah's liking, that was for sure. With Gekko in her arms, she walked over to the punch to get a drink. For once, people didn't mind the way she looked. In fact, she even got a few "hey, nice costume" comments.

If only you knew...

[Junpei]

Junpei laughed as the two apparently were dating now, and at that he gave Phaedra's neck a quick kiss before she lay down to watch the moon come out to join them. Feeling her come up to suck on his neck though, he shivered and ignored Ziare and Alastin for a moment. Everything was going good so far, although if this kept up he might be worrying more about where the hell that bed went than anything else.

"Wait where are you..."

As she got up and grabbed something out of the desk he cocked his head to the side, but seeing Darah come in after Phaedra left for the bathroom he smiled and waved her in.

"Darah, glad you could make it! Whoa, nice uhh.. outfit."

Grinning a bit Junpei watched as Phae got everyone drinks and Junpei offered Darah a seat across from him and Phaedra. Taking a sip of the punch he smiled, he had had a drink or two in his life and this was definitely not the punch he had made, it was sweeter.

Leaning up he whispered into Phaedra's ear and then leaned back down.

"Spiked eh?"

Looking over at Alastin and Zaire Junpei raise his glass to them and then took another sip.

"Congrats you two, Alastin never piss her off, I'm sure that dragon of hers would enjoy a nice light snack."

Junpei laughed a bit and turned back to Darah with one arm around Phaedra.

"So Darah, how have you been lately?"
