"She wanted me to... be here..."
The training grounds again, this time he was called to come here by his friend Minji. Apparently she was going to overcome his fears or something, and Ghiste was going to be forced to do it too. He was wearing his red gloves, had on a loose white muscle shirt showing off his huge muscles, and had torn up blue jeans on. He himself didn't see the point of doing this in the training grounds, but as long as nothing to out of the ordinary happened then it didn't matter. Maybe he could show her that weird, not being able to control his powers when he had his gloves on thing. It wasn't the most common, but whenever Ghiste exerted a certain amount of energy it would come suddenly. Still, without his gloves it was different, he could use this same magic on command, but it did a lot of damage to his own body and made him feel on fire.
It was funny how he got the gloves, and it was funnier of what they were doing to him...
Well, everything just seems to be weird in the end anyways, this was nothing different!
Ghiste was a bit early because any time he was with Minji was worth being early for. He liked being with his friend, and he had a lot of love for her, she was one of the only few people who could truly make him happy anymore, especially during those rare times where she was happy herself. Ghiste sat down on the grass kicking his legs out, and leaning back on his red gloved hands deciding he would just soak in the view until she came.
He hoped she would come soon...

OOC: Based off of RP ability? Mm, okay?
The young blue/violet haired girl stepped out of the shadows, the dark mist if black light dispersing around her, the shadows of the girl only growing larger in size while she walked towards Ghiste - once she's reached him, the little training would begin. She noticed he was now sitting on the grass, and Minji lifted her right hand, a black ball of mist forming from the palm, and she gave it a gentle wave, the thick black mist slicing through the air and going around his eyes. Something a part of Minji's training. He would work completely using his other senses, and if he happened to run his hand through the mist, nothing would happen - the black mist would still be there, and he would still be blind until Minji herself made the black "light" go away. And until then, he won't see a crack of daylight.
"Up, Ghiste."
Her tone was somewhat commanding - it was time to get Ghiste's fear of hurting others far, far away, until it was completely gone. She wore tan cargo pants that were loose, but held up by a belt, and a white button down shirt with only the middle one buttoned with a black tank-top underneath. The sleeves of her button down shirt were folded up, and her short blue and violet hair were in a ponytail, stands of hair falling over to the side due to the many layers she had. She had sneakers on, the laces double-knotted and tied tightly so they wouldn't slip off, but her shoes always tend to slip off someway or another. Her dark brown orbs trailed over to Ghiste, her face remaining still and calm, like always.
A couple of people came over from their own training to see what was going on, making a small circle around them. This bothered Minji, because she hated being in the "center of attention". She wondered why they couldn't leave the two alone, but she didn't blame them for being curious. However, it was just another fight - just with a different set of rules. She wasn't planning on telling Ghiste that she didn't have a blindfold on either. The fun in games, yeah?
"Your move. Begin."

OOC: No! Not RP ability, I take to much pride in those type of fights.
"Hm?"
Everything suddenly darkened as Ghiste noticed that the surroundings around him suddenly vanished. He didn't react much, he just sort of sat there looking around not really having much of a fear at all run through him. It was all just a normal thing almost, but then again, Ghiste wasn't one to be afraid of the dark. It was a bit interesting though, was something going to happen? Was he being attacked or something, Ghiste has already gotten one beating since his time here, was he going to get another? This definitely wasn't natural, it was magic, Ghiste knew it, just deep down he could tell this is why it happened.
That was when he heard Minji's voice, she said, 'up Ghiste', and on command Ghiste stood up putting his arms out in front of him to see if anything was out there. He began to stumble around trying to get the feel for a three foot radius in front of him, taking steps, then he moved up to a five foot radius. It was flat ground, and no objects were in between him, he went back to the original spot, this would mean he had five feet to move without worries of any sudden obstacles. Still, he didn't even know what was going on, it was all so dark, and all felt so weird.
"..."
When she said it was 'his move' he was a bit on the resistant side, he couldn't hurt her, how could he hurt someone he loved? He just stood there for a few seconds before responding to her in a very weak low toned voice which showed how he was a bit of against this whole thing.
"We're fighting, please isn't there another way?"
Ghiste couldn't even tell what direction she was at when she said that, and he had no idea where exactly to go anyways. He quickly shook out his hands rotating his wrists into fists as flames covered them, and he looked down at them. Still dark. He dispersed the flames quickly, at least he could still command his magic with his gloves on, he just couldn't stop the random outbursts they have too. That was good, but still, without even using his own self made magic to see, he may be in a bit of trouble if she forces him to fight by attacking him...
Could he really last against her?

In reply to Ghiste's question, she lifted up her left hand, giving it a light sway to the left, four spear like shadows and black mist combined together pointing at Ghiste from four different directions. People around observing were all whispering to each other, but Minji didn't mind them - they wouldn't know what she was trying to do, so why bother with trying to gather information out of them? She wasn't going to attack Ghiste directly, no, that would cause a bit too much damage. So why would she attack from four different angles? So Ghiste would not know where she was. She expected him to find her out on his own, using his other senses. A minute past, then two, then once it hit five minutes, Minji dropped her arm to her side, not making a sound while one by one in an anonymous order, she aimed to hit them near his feet, only to get him to move. She guessed after the first two little daggers, he'd notice that there'd be more coming towards him, and he would actually move himself and attack her for defense. Elements would do no good, simply because the elements would go right through her little daggers. Sure, they would disperse, but they would gather up back together and just splat on Ghiste like a fly hitting a truck.
Where was Minji? She was approximately seventeen feet away from him to his left, four feet away from the trees, and five feet away from the people. More of her little weapons seemed to appear, her hand outstretched so she can control which ways she want her daggers to go. A light smile played on her face - Ghiste was her puppet, and Minji was the puppeteer. And just so no one would see anything she, or Ghiste did, she created a shadow of a barricade around them, so that if Ghiste were to step out, he would end up exactly on the other side. If people were to step in, the same thing would happen, only they would still be outside the circle, while Ghiste and Minji would be inside. Kind of like a neat trick, if you thought of it.
Move, Ghiste... I don't want to injure you badly because you won't fight back...
So why was Minji doing this? She was afraid that if Ghiste happened to be attacked, he wouldn't fight back, and that would end up with a messed up Ghiste, a white room with white bedsheets and white walls, and a boy wrapped up in white cloth with a heart monitor next to him. And if he attacked his best friend, he might just be able to attack anyone, really.

No sound was heard, Ghiste just stood there in silence for a few seconds as he soaked it in wondering what the hell she was planning on doing. That was when he heard a noise in the wind going toward him, instantly he jumped high into the air to the left away from the spot he was, remaining in his five foot radius as he managed to dodge every single spear which seemed to land where if he never moved at all.
"She is trying to kill me?"
Quickly rotating his hands, a lightning shock began to charge from them as he began to take random swings letting the lightning shock from around his hands over the place to help widen his sense of feel, yet not strong enough to hurt anyone. The sparks touched nobody, he stood there for a few seconds as a bit of frustration began to sink into him.
"Damn it Minji, we aren't the only ones here, this ISN'T the place to be at, others could get hurt besides us!"
Did Ghiste know she already prevented that from happening?
Hell no, he wasn't some sort of god.
Well, Minji should feel honored, this was the first time Ghiste had yelled in about a year, and it definitely sounded as if it needed to come. It was very loud, and in a manly voice as the blinded kid was not going to play her games at the cost of others. He may like her, but he didn't want to hurt anyone, he didn't want to risk being kicked out of this Academy too, and be forced away from his friends once again... it just... wouldn't work...
He couldn't bare leaving them again...
Ghiste waited for her response as the lightning quickly dispersed away from his gloves, he could only use his magic for such a limited time, and he rarely used it anyways. All he really used it for were special effects, it could cause a lot of pain, but he barely uses it offensively even though he sort of figured that was the point of the magic.
Well, once again, he was powerless, hell he didn't even know where she was, and he already didn't want to hit her! Can you say a losing situation in the making!?

Don't "d--n it" me...
She had already taken care of that - but of course, he didn't know. He was temporarily blind anyway. She noticed from his gloves, sparks of lightning came out, but did no good. Hey, at least he yelled. It was always a start for something, and yelling is one step away from anger - anger is a step away from violence. And once they reach violence, they're done! She kept herself still, not moving at all, wondering if she should toy with his mind a little more. She had to make him even more frustrated in order to get him angry. But how? How was Minji to get Ghiste angry? A part of herself told her that it was wrong to purposely get a best friend angry like this, but the other part of her told her it was necessary for Minji to complete a goal. And once Minji starts something, she doesn't let go until it's finished.
"The only person possibly of getting hurt besides you, is me."
With that, she stepped back into the darkness while the four dagger like things shot out forward, and Minji entered the circle through the other side. She stood perfectly still, her hands still controlling the daggers moving towards Ghiste. It wasn't going very fast, just fast enough so one of them would be able to cut him - it wouldn't be a deep cut, just something like a papercut that would sting a little. Nothing big, really - if she made it go faster, then that would be a problem.
Attack, Ghiste... This isn't helping you, nor is it helping me...
At the last second, two of the little daggers swerved around Ghiste and aimed towards his back. She heard others outside the circle murmuring about how they weren't able to get in, and about how they ended up on the other side. Some screamed in frustration, others thought it was some trick, so they continued to go in and out, in and out, but always ended up as they did last time. On the other side. Minji still had her patience, remaining calm as if waiting for Ghiste to burst out attacking any time soon.

Well, it was a lot more on the relieving side to know nobody was going to get hurt, and of course, Ghiste put that much trust into Menji, though he didn't like what she was doing. He lowered his arms staring at his gloves for awhile.
Heh, what good that did him, he was blind!
Waiting a few seconds, Ghiste shook his head, it would be so much easier if he wasn't blind, then he could actually attack yet hold back, just make himself LOOK weak. Thats what he did most of the times when he had to fight against people he didn't want to, yet he felt like Minji was planning on killing him. Well, at least he could clash with whatever the hell she was using, after all, he himself had a little trick that he could use. Soon, small winds began to form around Ghiste's fist, Ghiste could control three elements currently with his fists, wind, fire, and lightning, this was of course the wind part of things.
Still, as soon as Ghiste was going to use it he suddenly let it go away as he then felt a few sharp pains rip against his skin causing some blood to leak out of his arms. He couldn't tell where, he was blind, but it was somewhere around his forearm region for both of them. Ghiste was afraid enough to attack, but using magic to save himself, no, he didn't use magic, it could do more hurt then good. Maybe if he used some magic to where it defended him only though, but did he know anything?
He didn't have time to think of anything because suddenly two sharp pains had ripped into his back as the daggers dug hard into his skin. Ghiste didn't have a problem with attacking anymore, but he could barely keep control because he was blind! Nothing much you can do when everything is darkened. Ghiste's blue eyes widened as blood dripped down from his back yet he didn't scream at all, the pain made him drop to one knee though.
"I... love her..."
Pain was surging through his body as the blood dripped down from his back, and his arms as he stared off in a random direction not knowing what to do.
"I came to be with her, not fight... but... if she wants me too... I guess I got no choice... forgive me...
Slowly, Ghiste began to stand back onto his feet as he staggered around a bit, and he began to pay close attention to the sounds, as he shook out his fists once more letting the lightning surge around them this time a lot stronger as you could see the light of it reflect of Ghiste's blue eyes.
"Damn it... where is she?"

It seemed as if Ghiste was actually going to fight back - the lightning was now clearly visible, and Minji stared at him for a while, deciding on her next attack. Her mission was nearly complete - now, as soon as Ghiste lands an attack on her, Minji would be done. She'd no longer have to fight back, but if Ghiste continued on, Minji would have no choice. Her powers would also ware off in an hour or so if Minji didn't keep replacing them, and Minji didn't plan on replacing his blindfold, but taking it away after the fight. If an hour tends to pass and the blindfold came off, Minji might as well just hide in the shadows the whole time. Sure, it would be cheap of her to do so, but who ever said Minji played fair?
All in due time...
Minji closed her eyes for a moment, making four more little daggers appear - she would be using her magic in a minimum condition now, because she planned on attacking him physically. But in order for her to land a hit, she needed a distraction for him - so he wouldn't be able to deflect Minji. The four items were scattered at four different angles again, and she tried it again. Not only that, but she made a thin black mist swirl around his head to make a rapid sound so he wouldn't know which direction Minji was approaching from. As soon as she's in range, he'd most likely be too busy dodging the four daggers, and as soon as the four daggers are done with, she planned on kicking him in the gut. The daggers would fly towards his feet again, one by one, and if Ghiste jumped, it wouldn't be his gut getting hit, but his groin.
More pain to him... All the more reason to attack.
Minji planned on staying away from his gloves, now knowing that he can manipulate wind, fire, and lightning. Lightning, from the view she saw seconds before, the wind is from when there was a strong gust, and the fire is when they first began, lighting his gloves to 'see' if he could see anything.

OOC: Crummy post!
"..."
Finally, an idea went into Ghiste's head, he would just need to let her go into the offensive, there was only one way Ghiste could truly win this little scrabble, and he had just found out that way. Standing there he just waited for the next attack, that was until suddenly a noise began to move around his ears, it wasn't loud enough to hurt, but loud enough for him to lose the sense of what was going on. That wasn't the sense Ghiste was planning on using though, he just stood tall as blood continued to drip from his body, and he waited for something to help him. When the daggers came in again he just stood there, and when he felt the end of the blade touch his skin, he quickly moved the opposite direction of it letting himself get out with only minor cuts to worry about.
This was good and all, especially when his golden opportunity came. He felt the blades go right toward his feet, luckily, his shoes resisted the blades quite well since it was pure rubber. When he felt the pain go into his gut though, that was when Ghiste quickly took action, before she could move her leg away, his left hand had grabbed onto her ankle, and then electricity began to flow through it causing a pain sensation to most likely go through her leg. That was when he would talk.
"You know the difference between me and any normal magic user?"
Quickly Ghiste let go with his left fist, and then his right one was sent hard forward which would probably stop about a foot in front of her face. He wouldn't answer his question though, he would just allow her to think about herself. After about a split second after the attack was sent a huge force of wind was exerted from the fist, this would cause no damage, but it would send her flying feet away, depending on how she landed was how the damage would cause, with that Ghiste would then kneel to a knee.
Using that much magic pretty much drained Ghiste!
"If only you knew... the magic is part of me... I manipulate nothing but myself... It's painful... it... hurts..."

Minji was a bit shocked when he was able to grab her ankle - no, literally. She was shocked. Lightning surged up her leg and spread to the rest of her body, biting down hard against her tongue to keep herself from shouting out. When her foot was let go, she planned on moving away as far as possible, but instead, she was pushed farther back, a strong gust of wind hitting against her body, making Minji fly up and backwards - she didn't exactly have time to land, so instead, she created of where she guessed she would land, and she went right through into the shadows, then came back up landing on her feet. Of course, that electrical surge made her about ten times weaker then before, dropping to her knees, her breathing labored, the violet hair of hers covering her face.
He attacked...
She pulled herself up on one foot, then the other - her arms were limp, just dangling by her sides, and she smiled to herself, happy that he actually, for once, attacked back. Giving them both time to regain a bit of strength, Minji remained where she was for a moment, her left hand outstretched towards Ghiste - what was she planning to do? She was going to do something that she didn't think she'd do today. And what exactly would that be? Well... Minji was about to remove his blindfold.
How far will he go...
With a wave of her right hand, the blindfold dispersed, and Ghiste would be able to attack her using his eyesight. However, the "forcefield" around them wouldn't be going anywhere until this was over. As long as Minji still had a bit of strength left at the end, she would be able to take it away - however, if she were to get unconscious, it would not go away for another hour or so. She didn't plan on telling Ghiste any of that, because she wanted him to attack her all out - no stopping.
She didn't wait for his eye sight to come completely back - once the blindfold was away, she rushed at him, planning on kicking him on the upper left shoulder, since he was on his knee, and two dagger like things appeared - this was just merely black light shaped as daggers, aiming straight at him. Of course, nothing would happen, it would just disintegrate the second it touched him. The daggers were moving at full speed, and she did this so Ghiste would have to do something to stop her.
Best of luck to us both...

"Tch..."
The blindfold was removed, and Ghiste could already feel his eyesight coming back to him. Was she done? Ghiste remained kneel as sweat began to pour from his face, and he waited for her to do something. What the hell was she even thinking anyways, was she trying to kill him or something!? Ghiste slowly began to push himself up, his body was aching in an unnatural sense of pain, and that is when he noticed she was coming back barely. It was more of a blur, quickly trying to rush he began to push his legs up quicker, but he quickly stumbled pulling something slightly as he moved back to the kneel giving a grunt of pain. He had lost enough energy already, and all she was doing was continuing the assault. Ghiste didn't even want to hurt her, and he wasn't planning on hurting her either. Maybe there was another way out of this...
The kick she sent hit him hard in the right shoulder, and quickly Ghiste went to the defensive by rolling backward dodging the daggers which were being sent right toward him. Getting onto his feet after the rolling backward, Ghiste quickly jumped giving even more distance as he began to see more clearly now seeing exactly where she was at.
"Minji..."
Beginning to stagger a bit due to the energy loss that he has been getting through out the entire fight he closed his eyes slightly breathing heavy. He couldn't even control magic anymore, and that was proved when he jumped backward, it was no where near as far as he was hoping. Now he was going to have to go off pure physical powers, he didn't really use his magic anyways, at least not to a huge point, but it was still going to be tough to win this fight, especially since Ghiste didn't want to hurt her...

From the looks of it, it seemed as if Ghiste was pretty worn out. His breathing was labored, since she could hear him breathing all the way over from where she was, and he was staggering. How was he that tired from something that only lasted half an hour? Her eyes narrowed at Ghiste, watching him, as if he wasn't telling her something she should know. Something she would want to know. She kept quiet though, watching Ghiste through her pitch black eyes raising her hand in the air. She didn't want to injure her friend badly, nor did she want to get injured, so she decided it was time for this to come to a halt. They would continue a different day, if he was up for it, but now, the both of them needed rest. Him more then her, really.
Either way, he attacked... That's always something to look out for...
From the top to bottom, a small hole appeared in the top, slowly disintegrating to the bottom. Light shone through that was provided by the sun - slowly, people looked through to see them both somewhat standing, and a minute later, the forcefield was completely gone. She walked towards Ghiste, her shoulders relaxed while the others around them whispered to eachother, wondering what was going on. Once near Ghiste, she outstretched her arm to shake his, as a sign of a draw, if he accepted it. She had a light smile on her face, yet she remained silent, until that is, she decided to speak.
"Accept this draw, and you have to treat me to Starbucks..."
It was a joke, of course, to lighten up the mood. She didn't mind telling him that they would continue another day, since she wanted to save the bad new for later.

It seemed she was done, that was great and all, but Ghiste felt horrible now, and we aren't just talking physically either. Sort of on the ashamed side, Ghiste just remained silent looking down still breathing heavy as he moved up his hand to wipe the sweat off him. When Minji approached him, he didn't say a word, and he noticed that her hand was extended offering it a draw if he 'treated' her to Star Bucks.
Let me explain to you here what this means, she would stop killing him only if he bought her some coffee!
"Yeah, alright..."
Putting up his hand to shake her forgetting completely about the gloves, though he really didn't have the magic to do anything tricky anyways, and the gloves really didn't make his ability to use magic, they just helped him, he waited for her to shake it. Ghiste was sweating from a lot of places, and you could see the sweat from even his arm pit hairs, due to him wearing a white muscle shirt, pouring down his sides, and even his arms were wet as the semi-large muscles showed a moist feeling to them.
Ghiste didn't say much more he just closed his eyes for a few seconds, and decided he wouldn't push on what just happened, Minji probably had her reasons, just like Ghiste had his reasons to not want to do it. Ghiste trusted her though, and for that he wasn't going to argue. Besides, maybe she realized Ghiste was on the more hopeless side...
"When do you want to go?"
