Accuracy with one's weapons

[Corsair]

Corsair stood in the center of one of th areas in the training center. He let the breeze ruffle his slightly spiked hair and had his eyes close while he absentmindedly rubbed his fingers over one of the runs in his hands.
Hell enough time for meditation. Now for the fun stuff. He thought and in a flash the dark armour that he would soon be well known for appeared on him. His very appearence yelled deadly.

His runes were now embedded in his armour letting him control them mentally but they were not what he was planning to use right now. Instead the blades at his wrists extended. All four of them. A couple of other academy students tossed several items at him. He slashed at the objects with his blades cleaving them in half without actually distrupting their paths in the air. He had made the blades so sharp that they were rivaling the "Hair-splitting" sharpness of some matercrafted katanas of old.

He let this training keep going for a while as it didn't really wear him out at all. It was simply to improve his accuracy as the blades were in akward positions for all out assualt unless one kept up with their practice.

Endurance is at 13 with armour on

[Midori]

It was early for most people but Midori was an early riser. Up with the sun she began her day. It was this reason she seemed very fresh and awake as she began working her way through the academy getting a feel for it and wondering exactly what was at the training grounds. If there was anyone she could watch fight.

She was the first Faerie to attend this academy and so she was trying to absorb every bit of information that she would while she was here. Dressed only in a tight green tank top some of her tattoos were seen and her emerald hair hung heavily from her head in a pony tail as she walked through the area.

The sound of not really fighting but maybe just practicing came from somewhere close by and she walked towards the noise. Her jeans made that gentle *swish* should as her thighs rubbed together slightly. She entered the area and saw a large piece of armor practicing in the area. She stepped in and leaned against the wall watching him her green hair blowing in the wind slightly.

"You are very talented." she said softly in her sweet and soft voice as she watched him practice.

[Corsair]

Corsair stopped at hearing a soft vioce tell him they thoguth he was rather good at his craft. He looked over and saw a girl. She looked to be a few years younger than him. though he knew in this place that ment very little. He stopped and walked over.
"Well thank you." he said. through the armour it sounded mettalic. Almost as if he were more of a machine. Then the armour dissapated leaving behind a smiling Corsair.

"It takes alot of work but after a while one gets te hang of how to move with the weapons. it's the position at the forearms that makes it a problem." He said. Then he gave a small little bow. Mostly inclining his head.
"My Name is Corsair." He said offering his hand.
"And what is your name?" he asked kindly. His voice was deep but kindly.

[Midori]

The suit of armor seemed to stop in his workings and began coming over. She smiled gently up at him. She figured there was a human or some sort of being inside. But she didn't and couldn't see him yet, but that meant nothing.

His armor disapated and her smile grew at the rather cute male that stood in front of her. She tucked a stray strand of her green hair behind her ear that was slightly pointed and pierced five times small emeralds glistened in her ear.

"Nice to have met you, Corsair. My name is Midori." she said with a small smile. Following suit she bowed her head slightly like he had done to her.

She looked up at him her green eyes meeting his as another smile crossed her face. She pushed herself off the wall with a gracefully move and stood infront of him now not leaning on the wall any longer.

"So.. do you summon your armor?" she asked curiously as she looked up at him. "It looks like that may be the case." she said softly as she blushed slightly asking questions to the cute boy.

[Corsair]

Corsair noted the appearence of her ear when she tucked her hair back.
Interesting. She looks younger than me but it's clear she's not fully human. It's possible she's older than my whole family line He thought with some interest. He kept smiling.
"Well it is a pleasure to meet you Midori. And yes I do summon my armour. When It first appeared it saved my life. I can also use some runes with it. may I ask what magic you use?" He asked. He'd leave what race she was alone for the moment. such things mattered little to him. He was more itnerested in what this girl could do. His mind was fully drawn away from combat in the presence of this girl.

[Midori]

Midori smiled up at him one of those cute smiles that made her eyes scrunch closed just slightly as he began to talk about his armor a bit. Truthfully she was very interested in it. And when she found out that it was a summonable a brighter more excited smile came to her face.

"I'm a summoner. But instead of summoning beings from other planes and realms I summon my ancestors." she said with a soft smile.

She reached back with her arm behind her back and twisted her hair nervously behind her back. It probably looked a little weird from the front but it was her nervous habit. She shifted under the gaze of the cute boy. She wasn't human but that didn't mean that she wasn't effected by his looks. Though she figured most boys wouldn't go for the non human girl.

"How long have you attended the academy?" she asked softly looking up into his eyes. "Yesterday, was my first day." she blushed slightly her hand still twirling her hair.

[Corsair]

Corsair listend intently. The way she spoke of her magic interested him. he hadn't heard orread of such things before. At least not with humans
"Well I have been here for a little while. only a week. It was only last night that I really started any classes though. Mostly it's been setteling in and so forth you know." He said with a shrug.

"I'm curious. What race are you? you look human but the ears and the type of magic say otherwise." He said. His voice had only interestin it. He didn't have anything against other races in any way. To be honest he found her inhuman traits fascinating. And the ears made her seem even prettier than he had thought.

[Midori]

His voice was nice and it appealed to her in a way. She looked up at him a bit shyly as he began explaining he too had only really just arrived. She smiled liking the fact that she wasn't the only one that was new.

But her smile faltered only slightly when he asked her race. But her ears seemed to perk at the actual interest he seemed to hear there. She smiled softly.

"You're right, I am not a human. I am a faerie." she said with a smile as she tucked her hair behind her ear again. "I am from the Forest of Light. I am not sure I can tell you where exactly that is, but it is not close." she chuckled. Her laugh had not only that cute sweet quality to it but her face seemed to light up when she did it her eyes sparkling.

"Where are you from?" she asked curiously as she twisted her hair more urgently behind her back. Why in the forest's name was she so nervous!?

[Corsair]

His eyes opened wide. He had never met a faerie but he had read about them. What he ad read didn't even come close to actually meeting one.
"Very interesting. I didn't think I could ever get a chance to meet one of your kind. I'm glad I have now." He said smiling.

"As for where I'm from. I lived in Scotland for most of my life. Out in the countryside but I visited the main citys and so forth quite often. I'm kind of the guy who stuck out at home as while it was a nice place. it didn't have much in terms of being exciting anymore." he said.

[Midori]

She looked up and smiled brightly at his words. She couldn't believe he was really happy he had met a faerie. She hadn't expected that reaction. She smiled even brighter now as he smiled at her. It made him even more cute than ever before and she dropped her hand away from her hair and back to her side.

"Wow Scotland! I have visited once, it was a beautiful place." she said with a bright smile. "Love the culture there, so full of life and traditions."

She smiled and looked around the training area for a moment and then focused her attention back on the boy in front of her. She bit her lip for one second while she thought about what to say.

"Did you finish training?" she asked looking up into his beautiful eyes. "If not.. perhaps I could see your armor in action?" she asked shyly as a soft rose blush corssed her pale cheeks.

[Corsair]

"Well I already have done what I came here to do. But if youd like I can show you a bit of what I learned. As long as I can see what you can do." He said with a chuckle and once more the armour formed on his body.

"Well I guess things are best shown that told." he said Jumping high into the air about ten feet or so and flipping back a bit.
"That was one of my rune powers. it allows me to jump to highdistances." he said. Teh he cupped his hands togethe and a strong breeze from all directions focused between his hands and he aimed at a rock blasting it with the orb of wind and shattering the rock.
"Another rune ability. And then there is also this." he said and quickly dashed back to Midori. Fast enough to be a blur.

"And I have one more rune that allows me to percive all my surroundings at once when I close me eyes and concentrate. You've seen my blades as well. For now this is the extent of what I am capable of doing." he said and then the part of armor covering his head dissapeared but from the neck down the armour stayedon.
"I can aslo pick and chose just how my armour is set." He said and smiled.
"Now your turn. I'm curious to see what abilities you use." He said.

[Midori]

Her eyes sparkled as she watched him move about the training ground. The jump was really quite high and she craned her neck up to see him a smile on her face. She watched in utter fascination as he moved about showing her and describing to her the different things he could do. She saw him suddenly appear in front of her and she smiled brightly. His head now shown from beneath his armor she blushed again.

He asked her to show him what she could do and she nodded. She gracefully walked out into the center of the training ground and closed her eyes. One by one until four summons were there surrounding her. She opened her eyes.

Zaria stepped forward. Her red hair flying in an un felt breeze a phoenix on her arm. She flicked her wrist and the phoenix took flight raining the training ground but not Corsair with small rain drops of flame before disappearing and Zaria with him.

"That is Zaria." she said with a smile over at Corsair as Luna stepped forward.

The woman dressed in white robes with her blonde hair falling to the floor began to shoot her light beamed arrows at the wall on the other side of the grounds. In bursts of fives five times and then she too was dismissed the magical wall absorbing the arrows.

"And Luna. She is a celestial mage." she said with another smile as Rosalie stepped up to the plate.

She quickly went through her last two summons; Rosalie and Leafania the last being her melee fighting summons before they were all dismissed and a more tired looking Midori came back to Corsair. She smiled up at him.

"So that's my magic." she said a bit fidgety.

[Corsair]

"Fascinating. I haven't even seen a different being be summoned before. Much less several at once and of this variety." He said. He noticed she blushed alot at least right now. He knew why as well. He knew the effect he had on girls. He didn't rub it in though. And he knew he was attracted to her as well. But he had gotten rather good and not shwing anythign he didn't feel he needed to.

"So now that we know what each other could do I was wondering. Would you care to have lunch with me? My workout got me slightly hungery. I'll pay for the food of course." he said smiling as he let the last of his armour dissipate.
And if she's as interested in me as I am in her. Then I think I'll ask her out to the prom coming up. It would be rather nice. He thought.

[Midori]

She smiled up at him brightly when he seemed a bit impressed by her magic. She had to admit that she was equally impressed by his own magic. She was enjoying getting to know him and she felt lucky for having decided to explore this area today.

"I would like that very much, thank you." she said as he offered to take her to lunch. She had never been asked to lunch muchless a date. Was this a date? She had no idea but she was going and she would just have to find out.

She tried not to look both nervous and excited at the same time but was probably failing miserably. She tugged on her right ear nervously and twirled one of the emeralds a bit before she let her hand fall knowing that she was doing it.

"Where to?" she asked suddenly as she let her eyes meet his once again.

[Corsair]

"Oh I was thinking we could find a place in the city. We'll see when we get there." He said with a shrug. Truth was that he wasn't sure what he wanted right now. but he was hungery and he knew where the restraunts and Buffet places were.

"Well shall we?" he asked offering her his arm in a polite manner. If there was one major skill he had outside of his magic abilities. It was the ability to be a gentalman.
