Durron had left tot he training grounds after his run in with Thalomin. he was infuriated by the person's ignorance to another's abilities. Pity. He could have joined me. But now it's a fight to the death. And I'm sure he has more to lose than me. That will always hold those pathetic humans back. Besides I'm in my element." He thought as he had walked into an are of the training grounds surrounded by trees and plants. It was literally a forest. And Thalomin wouldn't have any Idea of the advantages Durron would have
Though he does use fire. So I will have to be careful about this. My brothers will be harmed by the toungs of flame. But they will be abel to find solace in impaling the fool or letting me slash his througth. of course I also don't have to kill him. Seeing one ofhis race suffer works for me. He thought as he jumped into a tree and stood on it's lage branch and let his clades come forth. It seems we will soon see if this man is ready to battle. Or if he is a coward. Little does he know that his fire will only harm you minimally. Durron thought as he knew of a way to keep the fires from spreading. If thalomin had the courage to show up this would be an ugly battle.

At the edge of this forest Thalomin gave a smile as he watched Durron enter it and gave a smile. He had no intention on letting some freak try and press an advantage in the terrain. Thalomin gave a smile as he knew Durron was probably already in there trying to formulate some kind of plan. No matter. He had already poured lighter fluid at the base of a tree now and he lit a match flicking it the flames roaring up the tree. Flames were quickly spreading as Thalomin had no intention of fighting in some damn forest. A hellfire salamander who was already beside him let out a shriek and then a blast of flame engulfing the edge in flames that was quickly and rapidly spreading hellfire burning faster then mortal flames. The hellfire salamander growled and let out another stream of flames catching more of this place on fire.
Die.
Thalomin thought to himself as he stood on the concrete plant life near him already burned away and dead by the Salamander's eagerness as the death of the plant life kept spreading. Thalomin waited with a broadsword in hand as he began chanting for something more deadly. He wasn't going to hold back as the Hellfire Salamander kept it's flames going igniting more and more of this forest and sending it to it's ruin.
Let's see him get out of this.
Thalomin thought to himself as he waited still chanting.

Durron watched with a detached anger at seeing the trees burn. from the one he was standing in the wasn't in threat of the fire for now. He still smiled though as a branch sharpend and then exteneded quickly heading at Thalomin not aiming to pierce him but instead was a simple distraction as Durron Jumped to another tree to change position.
Yes you fire happy human. Go ahead and think you can thwart me. You will fail as I haven't even begun to reveal your fate. He thought with an internal chuckle. Durron felt a pang at sacrificiing the trees. But not all of the would burn unless Thalomin aimed for them as they were spread out in some places and clustered in others. Durron's plan was simple. And if Thalomin was like the other humans he had seen in any way. Then he wouldn't catch onto the plan until it was far too late. This is your fault fool. If you hand't been so quick to consider me weak and insult me. Mabey you would have lived and been able to join me. But now your fate is sealed. Some train to be killers. I am nothing but a killer. Not limited like you weak humans are. He though waiting for Thalomin's nect move.

A gate from hell opened and a razor demon stepped forth the raptor shrieking loudly but, there was more. The hellfire salamander simply incinerated the branch with hellfire and the hellish flames raced towards the tree that Durron was standing on. The plant life close to Thalomin was already dead and burned charred to ruin as the hellfire salamander let out another jet of flame catching more of the trees on fire. It did indeed appear that Thalomin had the patience to burn the entire place to catch Durron yet he had another thing in mind. With the ground around him charred and burned he would simply attack the undergrowth and they would burn the trees. Directing the hellfire salamander the lizard shrieked as it's flames were directed towards catching the undergrowth on fire which led to the trees.
Foolish foolish little gnat. I have no intention on letting this place get in my way.

Once more Durron leapt throughto another tree not even making a noise. he saw the creatures come ut and smiled. Perfect. Just as I planned. there is plently more forest. He thought once more chuckling internally. He decided to make another distraction. He focused his energies for his solar blast at the Razor beast. But unlike when he fired a blast at Thalomin it was focused and devestating. the blast hit the creature dead on. if not killing it then it wouldn't be in a good state.
Now that his position was given away he jumped to another tee once more continuing with his plan. This was a literal forest and Durron was in his best are top be. The fire weilder would soon fall. And the fool didn't even realize how it would happen.

Or so it seemed that the demon was hit. Instead it proved to be much faster then given credit for as it had ducked under the beam of energy Thalomin watching with a bland expression as more of the forest was on fire. The flames were spreading much faster since the undergrowth was targeted to the point to where it was exponentially spreading. Thalomin lightly tapped his fingers against the hilt as he was content with playing cat and mouse. Only the cat was fire and the mouse well it was the twit that was dodging. Thalomin hadn't even moved from his spot the Hellfire Salamander having been using it's natural ability wasn't even winded as another jet of flames was let loose. The flames were getting dangerously close to Durron.
All a matter of time. Something that I have patience for.
With the undergrowth aflame trees were falling much more quickly in the hellish blaze slowly starting to cut off Durron's paths of retreat as the fire raged on.
Pity...

Hmm a quick little bugger. No matter Durron thought with a large grin as his arms aliterally stretched out and grabbed a tree well out of the fire's threat range for now and he pulled himself to it be retracting his arms once more. he moved quick enough and was behing flames that Thalomin wouldn't be able to see it unless the human had some sort of x-ray vision. heh and I haven't even really started. Just keep coming after me mage. This fight doesn't start until I am withing slashing reac of you. Durron thought. He was sure his foe thought he had patience. And he did. but it seemed that was was lacking the cunning Durron himself was useing. To bad Thalomin wasn't proving to be a threat. Durron had dealt with much orse than this.

Still the flames spread quickly and rapidly the undergrowth and dead leaves below the trees ultimately leading towards the destruction of the trees that Durron was on. Wildfires had the inhumane ability of spreading quickly and Thalomin had ignited one to better suit his interests as he watched with uninterest where he stood. He had his game set up the hellfire salamander hissing and snapping it's jaw at the cowardice of the enemy. The razor demon waiting and itching to fight but, it made no move. Neither did since they were waiting for the order from their master to strike for the kill. Thalomin gave a small smile. A cruel small smile at the destruction that was being entailed. Durron would have to close in himself if he expected anymore reaction out of Thalomin. The dark summoner patiently waiting where he was since his opponent had to move.
Why waist one's endurance when you could simply remain unmoving?
That was Thalomin's opinion anyways as the blazing desturction spread aided by the breeze that was blowing the flames in widespread fury. Fury that was already streching the full length of the field and lancing out advancing towards Durron once more. The flames were spreading quickly more quickly then Durron would be able to compensate soon. Soon he would be trapped in the blaze as the edges were all onfire and steadily working their way in. Thalomin tsk'ed softly.
The upstart would die.

Cute Durron thought grinning. Talomin was doing exactly what the bioweapon wanted him to and probably didn't even realize it still. Not my fault he's this stupid. However this also shows he would have had no use to me at all. He thought as he once more went to a safe tree. It wouldn't be long before Durron could finally make his move. Mabey a few minutes or so. He knew there were enough safe spots from the blaze to keep safe until he could do what he needed. Proably thinks I'm a coward or some such thing. But he can think all he wants. He has power sure. but i have both brains and brawn. And he seems to have only one. Durron thought and he chuckled once more as he waited and watched.

It was Durron's ignorance of the blaze that would pay off for Thalomin's patience. There were no more safe spots. The blaze had completely engulfed the area. Thalomin watched with mild interest as Durron would either have to attack or die in the flames themselves. Even then there was no safe spot for Durron to reach without getting burned some. The dead ground near Thalomin attesting to the pure fury of the flames. Hellfire didn't abide by the normal rules of fire. Especially when Thalomin had planned this out carefully. All these trees were caught in a furious blaze there were no more safe spots. Thalomin waited. Durron would either attack or die it made no interest to the dark summoner. Hellfire could easily burn over charred ground once more.
It's a pity that he relies on his arrogance to see him through rather then any tactile senses.
Again Thalomin stood there unmoving. Waiting.

Actually as I stated it was the size of a forest there would be plenty of spots. Not up to you to decided how much is left. But it's amott point now. By the way did you pay any attentio to how much energy you would have had to have expended by now between the spells cast and the summons?
It's time Durron thought as he headed to his target. He knew that the mage had been using some spells and had two creatures summoned. Durron knew that such things taxed a spell caster's energy. He had a grin on hs face as he landed in front of Thalomin and had his blades extended keeping note of the creatures not far off. "About time." He said chuckling. he was still a good twenty feet away from Thalomin. But his foe wasn't out of range. And with a blur of motion his left arm extended attacking at Thalomin's neck. But that wasn't the real attack. His right arm went for the femorial artery at Thalomin's left thigh. "You shall die today human. But I'm not going to make it quick. You'll be turtured to death very slowly." he said without a trace of anger or amusement. Durron also didn;t forget to keep the summons in mind. But they wouldn't be a threat long. Even if Thalomin wouldn't be critically weakneid in terms of his magic reserves. It wasn't inexahstable. And Durron had expended little in cmparision.
