( OOC: continued from Little Tears ) Talbot stretched, gripping her scythe in one hand, she spun it ( ) and came to a resting position. Lucky for Mr Ketsuki, he had been oddly lagging behind though had remained talkative during the walk. Though so far talkative for him, had been grooming his ego and a little of hers as well. Something about him rubbed her wrong and she began to feel a bit wary of him. But- in a battle, one's true intentions tended to become obvious. How one lived could be seen though how one fought. Mikon carried Zula as Ardo walked to the closest set of stones. Ardo thrummed his tail along the ground the form earthen chairs for the three elemental mice to sit on. Mikon folded his wings after setting Zula down and chittered Ketsuki's secret to his fellow elementals. Zula squeeked and whipped her tail, feeling pity and still yet an odd amount of affection. Ardo let out an enourmous bark to Talbot- a simple statement of 'let him have it'. Turning, Talbot smiled at Mr Ketsuki- a smile reserved only for him, the tip of her scythe glimmered as if to do the same, "I hope you're ready for a good fight, Mr Ketsuki."

This wasn't Ketsukis favourite place of choice, that was something pretty clear. He actually avoided all kinds of violence if he could. At least violence invovling him personally. But this is how it went and he was not going to turn back now. He may be a demon and he may be genderless when he was home but right now he was in the form of a human male and that made him want to at least try. He watched as the three mice made it comfortable for them and sat down and how Talbot spun her scythe around. Definitley not his day it seemed. Then the little gluttonous rat that seemed to controll the earth element barked something to her and she turned around.
"Yesss, Talbot. I'm pretty sssure that I'm ready for thisss. Let'sss ssse if you can hit me with that scythe of yours."
He began to transform into his quicker half snake form. First he began to shrink, as he did that two of his teeth grew and his tounge split. His skin then changed into scales. Lastly he removed his glasses with the abnormaly long tounge and threw them to the side revealing his yellow snake eyes.
"Ladiesss firssst."

"As you wish!" Talbot cheered, stomping a foot onto the ground, finding where he was near exactly with the signature of energy below her feet.
Her smile dissapeared as her sythe tip care foreward, but her wrist instead came out, flipping a pale orange candy into her mouth, and her next words blended and acted together, "Shocker Arrows!"
Electrictiy crackled as the arrows shot from, seeming inside of her sleeve, acring, twisting and curving- aimed right for Mr Ketsuki.

Ketsuki reacted immediatley. He had been counting for some extra trick up her sleave than her familiars since she wouldn't let them fight. He quickly moved to the side and then moved forward to her at a speed that was almost inhuman thanks to his half snake form. As he moved he spit his poison against her. He knew that it wouldn't have much effect even if it hit her in the eyes as planned but she probably would be distracted long enough for him to get within range.

Hearing the sound- seeing what little properties of magic the poison held, Talbot bobbed her head slightly. Spinning her sythe infront of her- something basic and useable in the area of defence and attack, the substance was quickly blown away by the cutting wind. Talbot shook her head, no more smile- time to play seriously. As she spun the torrent, she waved a hand, several million little orbs ranging from the size of a raisen to that of a baseball flew from different directions- tearing air as they made their way towards ketsuki.

I bet those would hurt to get hit by.
Ketsukis movement quickly changed as he lunged into the mass of orbs and transformed to become a snake that barely got touched. When he turned back into his half snake form he was within range and waited for her scythe so that he could make a counter attack against her throat.

Scythe coming to a stop, the pole hitting the ground and sending a pulse through the ground, Talbot found ketsuki closer than she would have wanted. Channeling fire and lighting, a spark appearing just off her shoulder as a small distraction, Talbot reached out and depending on direct contact or closeness- ketsuki would either face a good shocking and a second degree burn or a less than appealing, ruin your chances of life burning electrocution with a eighty percent chance of survival.

Ketsuki noticed the spark and expected an attack from there. Therefore he jumped to the side and swiftly moved around to her back. It wasn't safe there, he had seen her move and he knew that direction most likely ment nothing to her so he had to act fast. He jumped up on her back and hit her over the right ear. Then he bit her.

Or he would have, if she had not lept away. It had been Zula who had given the cry of warning and Talbot appreciated it. Not only had the blow to her ear missed but, she had redirected the attack- putting her hands against the chest of the sly being named ketsuki. Fingers gripping into his clothing, this would not be a pretty sight for even if he tranformed, sever damage would take effect.
((OOC: ketsuki- not cool. enjoy burning. ))

;D))"Oh fuck."
That didn't work as well either. When she had told him that the rats wouldn't fight he had assumed that they weren't going to help either. Wrong. The only thing he could do was to hope that the little fire resistance he had would help. It did but not much and he got a nasty burn from it. Now his primary target would be the scythe so he spit more poison against her eyes and then some against her hand. Then he went up close combat again and tried to steal it from her.
((OOC: Well, sorry for being a backstabing evil demon. No wait, I'm not. ))

Biting back a shrill as something struck her hand- bowing her head as she did, the toxin missed her eyes but did meet her hair. Shaking her hand madly, she winced- what was this stuff? Jutting the blade out infrom of her, spinning it with one hand, the flow of the movement still easy, she spun in circles- if anything, she could be glad for her ability to not get dizzy.

Damn it! How long can she keep that movement?
He decided to stop the spinning so he transformed into a snake that crawled around her legs and pulled them together. Then he tried to bite her in one of the legs.

((OOC: Sorry. I'm not used to fight yet and another site I played at earlier used a system where you wrote exactly what you intended to do and then the opponent wrote wether you managed or not. I rarely fight on these sites.))

^.~ I understand, Ketsuki- I do.
It's how it usually goes- but with neither of us taking a single hit of damage because of my arrogance in flexing a little and your newness.... ( ^^: *peace* no harm, no foul)
I don't think we're a good fighting mix until you get s'more experience with someone more patient than I.
*bows* thanks for the fight.
EDIT: Someone lock this thread please.
