His body dropped to the ground. His neck snapped to the side and the starting of a fireball ceased in his hand. There were no more life in this one, nothing of any concern anymore. Together with his life ceasing to exist, so did the Drain spell cast upon him. No longer did this foolish mage sustain the energy that Vincent had used to crush his neck before the fight even had started properly. If this was the only resistance he would meet at this place, then the fight would be over before it even started. He cracked his neck to the side and approached the body and checked it over. He found a vallet and put it in his back pocket. He would get a proper dinner on this guys money tonight. How wonderful.
He stretched his back out and groaned, it had been too easy, and his adrenelin rush was still going strong, he wanted a challenge from these idiotic mages. Atleast have him use more than 2 spells before they had been utterly defeated. He looked around and he didn't need to read their minds to see they were disgusted by this spar, turned deadly. He looked at some individuals where he could sense some power, but none of them seemed powerful enough for him. Still, sooner or later, someone should show up and he would have his fight.

Tristan walked into his favorite place of the city in the sky. The training grounds. Boredom struck again and he went to find a match. As he walked onto the plain there was a crowed circling an area and a couple of fighters. They were murmuring things that would enrage most, this peaked Tristan's interest so he asked what had happened. "Two guys were fighting and...One of them killed the other. I didn't see the whole thing." One girl sobbed.
Now Tristan killed for a living, but this was the training grounds of the Academy, not a place to kill. Fuming, he shoved past all those in his way. Igneus was standing on the hunters right shoulder, rigid spined, he would finish off what ever his partner didn't. The little shit that pulled this little stunt would be able to feel Tristan coming from the edges of the encircling crowed.
He shoved past the last of the crowed and in a deep, booming, and harsh voice: "Yo dickshit! You think you can go around killing people around here? Think again asswipe." He drew his Shireiutz menacingly and Igneus took off to a nearby boulder. "All of you...Get back. NOW!" His voice was deep and commanding, and with a start and hesitation, the crowed slowly backed off. Tristan didn't care if he wasn't a teacher, he wasn't about to let this continue.

BAM!
A bullet hole was there between Tristan and Vincent before anything could escalate as a more senior student entered the area. Whispers traveled as the crowd parted and he entered the scene. Darian Dumonte the Gun Mage. He opened his eyes as he stepped between Tristan and Vincent and turned his attention to the man that had layed the kill. Darian leaned down and touched the man's neck who had been killed. Nobody really offered help anymore did they? Still this death was recent Darian still able to sense the magic that was slowly seeping out of him. He stood up straight and pointed at two of the crowd.
"Get this one to the medical ward NOW!" Darian snapped softly as he turned his attention to the one that made the kill. Tristan was none of his concern though he had heard of his eager enthusiasm to a fight. Darian shifted for a moment and drew a large revolver his gun fully loaded. A small click and the smoking empty shell from the gun was dropped and Darian calmly loaded a glowing shell into it. With a snap the gun was loaded and he gazed at this newcomer. He didn't know the name of the man but, he knew that where killing was concerned that justice had to be taken care of. And not someone who was indignant in righteous fury. He shook his head for a moment and gazed at Vincent his hazel eyes cold as ice in this moment. Killing people in a TRAINING GROUNDS was not something that was allowed.
"A cheap shot," Darian said softly.
French accented voice as Orchid his Snow Leopard walked through the crowd and stood beside Darian.
"Try it against someone who can fight," Darian said in that soft tone.
Darian's aura was powerful and he shifted softly having more then his share of experiance and he was not one that was easily beaten. A rapier was at his side and he had a couple other guns that were on him.

Everyone’s attention focused on Vincent a lone figure in the crowd decided that this was irritating. It seemed that this place was full of weaklings who did not know how to fight alone. Relying on someone who you did not know was the most stupid thing you could ever do. And at this point Christian knew that he and his brother were forced to show them the error of their ways. So without any visible effort Christian moved. He made his way through the crowd behind everyone’s backs until he reached the front row of people. As he was there he silently removed the cloth that was frapped around his sword and took its holster into his left hand. He knew that no one even those who stood next to him did not see that since they all were focused on what his brother was going to do. It would be stupid to do otherwise since if you are not focused you might get killed. So deciding to make his presence known a man with no visible emotions on his face started to walk forward out of the row of people and into the circle. So that he would attract some attention he pushed his katana upwards a little making a clicking sound that echoed through the area as his cold dark eyes looked at the two opponents.
“If I were you…” He began quietly not really caring if they heard him or not. His voice was cold and low and yet no emotion was visible. It seemed that he was just about to state some sort of a fact. “…I would be running for my life right about now.” He finished and stopped. He chose his position carefully. He stood that way so both of the opponents had to choose who to look at. That way making their backs exposed to the other. Christian stood now simply looking at the two with his sword tightly in his hand. He was ready to reach for his guns or to perform his signature move. One way or another he knew that he and Vincent are coming out as the winners of this one while these two and maybe some of the audience is going to leave in body bags.

Raiden decided to go to the training grounds once again. He's already been in the place before when facing Tristian's Dragon. He walked down a pathway and noticed a huge crowd gathered around two people fighting. Raiden made his way to the front to see what the commotion was about. There was a fight between Vincent and so kind of fire mage.
Raiden watched as Vincent killed the mage taking the guy's very life. People in the crowd started to get worried, and Raiden even heard some sobbing. Raiden's face however maintained a silent look. He then watched as Tristian stepped out from the crowd stepping up to Vincent. Raiden's heard how many battles Tristian was in since he joined the academy, it seemed Tristian had alot of experince. It was obvious that Tristian in a man of principles and killing someone is dead wrong, especially in a academy...
Just then a gunshot was heard and then some guy stepped out of the crowd pissed as well at Vincent's actions. It seemed that Tristan wasn't the only person who's pissed off at Vincent. Raiden then watched as another person entered the place speaking out against Tristan and Darian. The guy seemed like a total egotist to Raiden. Someone who always thinks that winning will jumped straight into their laps, the same way Vincent seemed. Raiden wasn't going to let that happen. Raiden stepped out a few feet from the crowd with his red eyes gleaming at Vincent and Christian. No emotion was shown on Raiden's face except for the look of interest he was showing.
"Hmm...If I were you two...I think you two would want to go hide now....just like what Darian said...fight someone who can fight back," he said in a low voice. These two weren't getting out of the grounds with out a beating, this demon was sure of it. Humans sometimes for the most parts, disgusted him.

Tristan was sartled by the gun shot, but didn't show it as more than any thing but a twitch of the eye in the gunmages direction. He was about to tell him off when another one stepped forward. "What the hell?...Twins?" He said to himself quietly, turning his head to see the newest addition to the bullshit. He was about to adress the gunmage when the demon boy from the day Tristan fought Seeker interrupted. "This is getting rediculous. Yo, gunboy." He adressed the mage finally. "I got no problem with your help here but don't you fire a single shot until every one around here is gone. Got it?" He tightened his grip on his blade and raised his voice to its highest level for his next statement.
"All of you, get out of here. NOW!" His voice beginning to show his other side in emphasis of his demand. When the crowed hesistated, [Igneus!] With that thought, the black dragon lept into the air and exploded in a massive fire ball. A spacious roar let out from the fireball as Igneus came out in all his fury. His massive wings created booms of air as he began to circle over head. "You don't move, He'll move you!" He shouted, indicated his partner with a movement of his sword, his voice still darker and harsher than normal with the beginning of his Crusnilk form.
A couple of people in the crowed shouted, even in an academy of magic a dragon suddenly showing up was a bit of a shocking sight. He didn't care who jumped in at this point, this asswipe none to far away was his. The crowed started to back off, clearly most were reluctant despite any fear they might have had as five people and a dragon going at it would be something not to miss.

"Bothersome critter..."
A gunshot was heard. Vincent didn't even move a muscle. He could sense the emotions of the people around him, and that sudden act had gained his attention and his mind had lashed out at the person to see his intentions. Soon he saw the person through his eyes, and not mind. His eyes stayed on those two, as his mind found a well-known brainwave pattern and he smiled. Incoming twin. He had begun to get a little bothered, he was outnumbered 3 to 1. Now the scales had been shifted to a more appropriate number.
His opening remark made Vincent smirk and at the same time roll his eyes. Always a dramatiser. Another lonely spirit arrived to the scene and made some lame remark, he wouldn't even bother to start arguing about all these random heroes contradicting each other.
"Ladies and gentleman, don't you have any manners?"
He made a quick check of all present, and quickly found his target, the one he would be able to use like a small puppet. The weak-minded one. The one who had shown up last among the three mages, Raiden. A dragon was summoned and confusion might have spread among the crowd. Vincent was quick to exploit this and he send a telepathic message to his brother. Soon, they would start it all. And the first target would be the one showing up last. Vincent's superior mind crashing against his mental barriers, it would be easy to break through those barriers and use a simple spell. At the same time he focused part of his barrage to stun the part of the brain allowing him to speak, just in case the resistance should prove harder than anticipated.
[X]Confusion.[X]
The target would be left confused of what was happening, probably stand and look idly around and look like a big question mark. Best of all, the others wouldn't have a clue that the fight had already started. Not until one of their allies might already have been picked out. Depended on how well his brother would do. This was the good thing about physic spells, they didn’t have any boundaries for range and they struck instantly, or as fast as the user wanted them to strike.

The moment his brother stopped speaking Christian knew what he had to do. The power of the two brothers came from their unity. From their unbreakable link and power that came with it. And these men were about to see the true power of it. ‘A true warrior only starts a battle when he has already won.’ That was the very basis of every strategy they he and his brother made. The first strike that they did was always the last. So Christian was about to perform such strike. While the confused crowd moved and the heroes cared only for their own wellbeing he will strike with force that will shift the balance of power drastically.
A second later it happened. It was like a huge crash of information directly into his brain. It only lasted a blink but Christian will know everything he needed. He knew when the weak minded one will loose any weak control over his own will that he had. He felt his brother making him succumb to his will. He knew exactly when the man will not be able to do anything and become a mere vegetable. That was the moment when he would strike. If you were a mere bystander you would see nothing. Only a moment passed in the outside and nothing changed. He and his brother didn’t even look at each other or made no movements to acknowledge each others presence. But then a second after Vincent mentally crushed his victim all the hell broke loose. Christian would simply disappear. It was not flashy teleportation with flames or shadows. He would simply melt into the thin air. He did not move so no one could stop him and such move did not require any specific concentration so no one could feel it coming.
He would simply disappear and at the same time the same way he disappeared he would appear out of thin air behind the weak minded one facing his back. Yet now his right hand was placed on the handle of his powerful and dark blade. With no blink or hesitation Christian would clench the handle in his strong hand and would simply perform one slashing motion from the bottom left to the top right. Since the guy was no better then a tree at this point he would not even react to his motion in any way until the signals of pain would reach that part of his brain that was not controlled by his brother. The hit that Christian performed was not aimed to kill. Simply because it would require too much effort and time. Christian aimed to pretty much chop through almost every muscle in mans’ back getting a few ribs and a backbone in the process. If he won’t faint from the pain he should register not feeling his legs since that was Christian’s goal. With magic it can be restored but now he would be just a cripple with unmoving legs and probably right arm since the muscle that was moving it from the back would be severely damaged. And since his brother was holding him in place while all other good guys were too far to help him Christian could not miss.

Raiden had no such worries, these two where out numbered. They angered quite a few people, and Raiden was going to help Tristan and Darian smack some since into these idiots. Raiden watched as Igneus flew from Tristan’s shoulder into the air transforming into his large form. Fighting against Igneus was not a fun thing, Raiden knew because he fought the dragon. Somehow he respected the creature though. Raiden glanced at Tristan and noticed he was getting enraged. Raiden walked over to Tristan and said, “No need to get enraged to soon, lets all save our best for last so we can pound some sense into those skulls,” the demon said sympathizing with the crusnik. This was the sympathy between abnormally blessed beings, vampires, demons, and crunsik all share the same traits and principles. Raiden was going to pat Tristan on the shoulder, but stopped himself because he didn't want to let out his own secret.
Just then Raiden clasped his ears as the kneeled over in pain. It felt like something had smacked Raiden up side the head mentally. This feeling of confusion was unbearable. Raiden stood up and tried to walk forward, but instead walked backwards almost stumbling. Just then suddenly Christain was behind his back. There was a slash and then silence…Raiden was hit…but nothing happened...there was a *poof* Raiden fell to the ground. The small cloud of smoke dissappeared reveiling nothing. That wasn't the really Raiden, Raiden wasn't in the crowd anymore to begin with. When the chaos escaladed Raiden had already decided he was going to do something right after Vincent killed the fire mage so he performed the ninja art of clones making a copy of himself to throw into the fray instead of himself.

((OOC: Darian is using Armor Piercing Rounds an advanced warning. Magic Shells fired are treated as Armor Piercing.))
Darian marked Christian with the Hunter's Track spell before the battle even began. Darian's mental barriers were far stronger then what was anticipated by Vincent and nothing was gained as he was going to get involved. But, there was nothing revealed. Darian's mind lashed BACK pushing Vincent away. Had he encountered psychics before? Yeah they were annoying. They were annoying as hell if you asked him. Especially if they used tricks outside of psychism. Still Darian was one of the strongest students in the academy. He wouldn't be easily taken down as his own energy surged forth and his eyes opened. The Mark of the Gun Mage. It was called in situations where either the situation was great or when something had to be done. Something that required Darian to set the standard showing the difference between his level and the others here. Darian wouldn't need it though.
"I have no manners for those who fight dishonorably," Darian said softly as he clicked the gun and tapped his fingers against the barrel of his Raven and gave a small smile as he felt the gun for a moment. His eyes narrowed as he watched the two and shook his head.
Orchid.
On it.
They two had a mental link that had grown over the years to where it was unbreakable at this point. With a blur Orchid was gone using the Pussyfoot Manuever. Orchid came out of the manuever but, was using the momentum in a pouncing attack on Vinent. Where did he appear? Right behind Vincent. Claws flashed with flames thanks to the Elemental Strike as Orchid also focused a powerful Chi Strike. There was no way Vincent could dodge with Orchid moving at this speed. More importantly Orchid's power in this strike would overwhelm Vincent's weak endurance. Preparing for a dodge was pointless since not even Darian could track Orchid when a Pussyfoot Manuever was used. Orchid would slam into Vincent's back his full weight in the attack and taking him out in a single strike.
Darian turned around he had already sensed Christian through Hunter's Mark. Even as Raiden dissapeared Darian locked on with Homing Shot and send a shot straight at Christian. It was one of Darian's Freeze Shot Shells. Aided with Homing Shot it was going straight for Christian even compensating for dodging. Nevermind the fact that Darian's accuracy was extremely high. A second shot fired this one without Homing Shot's influence (Standard AP Shell). A Firestar Shot following that influenced by Homing Shot as well going for Christian as Darian charged towards him drawing his own rapier. The blade hummed with residual energy and it twitching to give a kill. Darian's rapier was a powerful weapon as he swung it hard. His strength and speed were obvious as he swung it straight into Christian's side in a quick slash and the blade seemed to dance as it swung suddenly and was near the throat of Christian.
"Don't move." Darian said softly.

Tristan saw the plume of smoke and shot his body to the side, his blade to was at Christian's throat, only lower to still be able to block with it. The hunter was a little surprised to see the gunmages speed but didn't show it. "Let's kick this up a bit." Tristan said, digging deep for his elements. He didn't give a shit about any one on one crap when it was down to this sort of situation, his magic triggered and the earth around him began to move, rise, and take form.
Behind him, two humaniod forms appeared, first brown, then as they took shape began to pigmentate. Excact clones of Tristan were more or less back to back with the crusnik. They each had their own versions of the Shireiutz in their hands, both standing in the basic sword stance for Tristan's style of sword fighting. They were no, strike-and-go-poof clones, they were solid, real clones, only consisted of earth instead of flesh. The bit of fire and chakra that Tristan poured into them even gave them a heat signature so it was near immposible to tell what was real and what was clone.
Whether the bird had done its job or not, the clones were there to destroy the one who had killed a man on the training ground.
Of course on a side note, the two the gunmage had pointed at jumped at his command then scurried in to grab the body and bolted out of the area.

((Lame post I know))
‘One down two to go…’
Was the only thing that crossed Christians mind. He did see that he was being attacked but he did not worry about that anyway. They were more irritating then dangerous to his opinion. A man with the blade was closer yet he was slightly slower so using that Christian jump back giving himself a little more time at the same point seeing the man with the guns coming forward. He was also aware that there were bullets flying towards him so with such move he not only evade those that were not homing ones but he also would place Tristan in their way presuming he will move forward in order to slit his throat or at least pretend he wants to do that. At that particular moment somewhere Christian would let go of his blade and of its holster and would for some reason extend the hand towards the incoming gun mage.
The reason would be clear after a second as the old fashioned gun would pop out of his sleeve already loaded and aimed at the incoming gun mage. Since he was moving forward as same as the bullet Christian would waist little time on aiming. He would simply press the trigger and knowing that even if the bullet was aimed for him it would not get passed the wall of bullets that he just shot. Also Christian presumed that since gun mage was going forward he will have quite a bit of entertainment dodging more or less one thousand bullets flying in 120 degree angle into his direction.
With the following moves Christian hoped to buy himself some time and not use his Flash step since he suspected he will need it for later. He knew that his brother could fend for himself if the need arises so he did not pay attention to what was happening to him at the moment.

‘Says the guy who wields guns against people using blades… Talk about being a hypocrite. Oh, and [X] Confusion.[X].’
Vincent observed the demise of Raiden, through Christian’s eyes. The disappearance of the clone came as a small shock, he was sure he had sensed a sentient being in there, but nothing had been there at all. He reached in for his gun located just below his left armpit. At the same time he snapped his fingers and released a spell he had been waiting for some time to use. His mind getting out of Christians completely when he sensed something else. He couldn’t break through the mind, only track it as it moved. Something moving extremely fast. He didn’t know what the body was, but he could only sense a brainwave pattern move at a speed unparalleled by anything he knew of, even his brother. Vincent’s mind quickly sought a way to end this threat before it came too close to him. Vincent wasn’t fast enough to get away the speed was too overwhelming. He pulled the trigger on the gun underneath his left armpit, while taking back his arm to allow the gun to leave the holster while firing the gun. The slide moved back and emptied the cartridge up into his jacket where it would fall to the ground harmlessly. As soon as the animal, or primal human, had appeared behind Vincent, the bullet would have struck it. Right when the animal would appear, the bullets would leave their It didn’t take a rocket scientist, even though he could be one, to figure out where it would appear, or had just appeared. Not one bullet was fired, the entire clip would be emptied unless he could feel the brain wave patterns behind him fade away and die. After all. A speeding bullet and a speeding animal going straight for each other and inside the room of 4 feet. A simple mathematical equation could solve how much time the animal had to react in, but logic would say you only had enough time to die.
At the same time near the mage that had arrived second. Darian. He would feel something warm at his feet. Or rather. Something warm holding onto his right leg. How come the recently deceased mage was moving again? Well, the observant person would have noticed the small snap Vincent had made before firing his gun. It had made the recently dead mage come back to life and Darian had foolishly decided to stay near the corpse. That, despite Darian’s orders, never had been removed from the battlefield. In matter of moments Darian’s leg would be on fire and the flames would eat his flesh slowly, but surely. Too bad that this person was wearing clothing, because right now that clothing would soon turn into a flaming inferno as the undead being at his feet kept putting more and more energy into the flames.
Vincent had fired his [X] Confusion.[X] spell at the two idiots who had been foolish enough to try and get the corpse, they would stop dead in their tracks, finally attuned with when the first shot had been fired. They stood and looked around like idiots. And if the plans he saw being formed in his brothers head were correct, then he would have more bodies to rise from the dead soon. Just that he had already used a massive amount of mana on the different tasks on the battlefield. Though, his mind-based spells weren’t that requiring, they had all been unprepared for the assaults and he had easily broken through their defences and forced their will onto their non existent knees. This was an easy battle to participate in.

Tristan not only wasn't in the way of the gun mages bullets as he'd been far enough to the side of him to not be hit even after the movement. But even if the bullet were to collide with the hunter, it would divert itsself from the obstacle, Tristan, and pursue the twin the the sword. ((that bit of knowledge was taken right from Darien unless i miss interpreted what he'd said.)) The hunter's clones shot forward to the one who had made the kill at a minute command from one of their controllers.
They made simultaneous horizontal slashes at the boy. Clone one, on the left, made the slash at the upper body, about the chest level. Clone two, on the right, made a slash at the lower body, about the hip. Each slash came from an opposing side, left clone swung left to right, right clone swung right to left (from their perspective). They were both fast enough and strong enough to ensure a hit with their earthen Shireiutz', which were as sharp as the real blade, but not nearly as hard as there weren't the materials to make titanium or diamond in the soil of the training grounds.
The real Tristan stayed where he was, preferring to let the gun mage handle more of the action, while Tristan worried about his clones. One thing he did notice was a flame near his feet. The gun mage had been under assault by the dead mage. [Didn't those two...Goddamnit] He thought to himself, glancing around to see the two commissioned to get the dead mage to the medical ward stiff as boards. "Please forgive me." Tristan said, whirling his blade around to hold it blade down in his hands.
The blade shot down and severed the flaming arm of the undead mage with an easy stroke. Tristan then pulled his blade from the ground and whipped it up into the zombies face, sending his near mindless existence flying a few feet back with a split skull. Tristan would then turn to see the, if any, damage inflicted on the gun mage and return his attentions to the twin the with sword.

Raiden watched from the distance as his so called demise, started the chain of events. Pretty much for right now it seemed like a even side match. Pretty impressive seening several different people duke it out over the person who killed someone in the training grounds. Raiden frankly didn't care, as long as that guy got what was coming to him.
Raiden cracked his knuckles and moved his feet back and forth on the ground making deep marks from the spikes on his shoes. 'Here I go...' he said silently aas he dashed of into the fray. Raiden for one thing would be known as the old fashion fighter, everyone today seems to be using these weapons called guns. Frankly he wasn't going to result in to things like that, shurikens and kunai are just fine.
Raiden's eyes narrowed as his attention turned to Vincent. It seemed that Vincent was the brains, and Christian was the muscle. Right then and their Raiden got a good idea. "Take out the brains, and the muscles will be useless," he said as he threw five shiruken towards Christian to distract while Raiden goes for Vincent. Then Raiden kept on a straight path towards Vincent. Vincent would probably see this coming, but would n't know about the clone airborne behind him coming down at him with a katana poised for striking Vincent across the back. Even though the clone might be sacrficed, Raiden saw Orchid coming up from behind. Just like Raiden Orchid had incredible speed for being at a lower level. This would play out well, even if Raiden were to get hit, Vincent wouldn't have anytime to react to Orchid taking Vincent out from behind, and if Vincent caught Orchid first, he wouldn't have time to reply to Raiden coming in from the front.
