Raiden watched as his lightning collided with the bullet and then flew off in another direction. Raiden picked up more shots being fired and immediately he was off in a sudden dash only leaving behind a shadow. Raiden made a u-turn around a tree and the bounded up it the branches of another. Raiden spotted Tristan and a branch not to far off. Immediately Raide nwould rush upon Tristan while his back in turned and grab hold of him by his shoulders. Raiden would cast Zap again. but this time he would shoot through his mouth which is an un expected thing to do. Zap in this for would be released in wide range just like Raiden would shoot with an opened palmed Zap.

Tristan saw the shadowesque form of his opponent fade away, and his senses perked up. His inhuman hearing locked in on the relatively faint, but definite sound of feet hitting wood as Raiden shot his way up toward the hunter.
Now relying on his Chakra, his speed doubled with his Double Time spell, and the hunter whirled around. His mana shot through his arms as fast as possible. The energy found its way into the barrel of the .30-06 and lodged itsself into the bullet as light elemental mana. It was going to be the most intense shot Tristan could manage in such a short time, and it would hit, pointblank.
The muzzle of the rifle planted itsself in Raiden's gut, aiming to blast through his intestine. Being that the demon had latched himself onto Tristan's shoulders, and the proximity and speed with which this attack was delivered, it would be nigh impossible to avoid, clones, teleportation, or otherwise.
As the lightning attack built within Raidens mouth, which wasn't exactly long, the trigger was pulled, and a beam of light errupted from the hole, along with the silver bullet. Being that Tristan was already using his double time spell, and the time he'd had to prepare, the shot only had about sixty percent of its maximum power. The beam of light would, if not blow through the demon, send him flying back a few hundred yards. The beam itsself would end up with a three inch diameter, and if this particular demon wasn't weak against silver, he was almost certain to be weak against a light element assault.

Raiden with his arms clasped on tight to Tristan's shoulders felt the electricity inside him building up. In no time Raiden's mouth could no longer contain its compacity forcing his mouth the slowly open as a bright like from within glowed brightly. Let this work...
Just as he was about to release though Raiden felt something pierce his lower torso. First off...the pain from the bullet alone was great. Raiden had never in his whole life ever been shot by such a contraption called a gun. Second off...something accompanied with the shot made the blood fresh blood around the would boil. It was something holy alright and it was burning the flesh at that very spot.
Raiden was just about ready to cough up a heap of blood. That would be favorable in anyone else's favor, but not today. Unfourtunately the lightning bolt ready to be shot off in Raiden mouth was on the verge of release directly on Tristan, the cough would only help. So with that Raiden releases the bolt from his mouth guessing it would make contact with Tristan. With Raiden currently gripping his shoulders with a strong grip, Raiden prayed there was no escape.

A double knockout? Looked like it.
Tristan flew back from the force of the lightning blast, his right (correct me if im wrong.) shoulder ending up slashed because of Raidens claw. When he hit the ground, the hunter was a Crusnik...but not in his usual glory. The left wing was missing, the blood used to form it was sacrificed in protecting its owner. His face was scorched, as was the upper part of his coat.
He slowly made his way to his feet, his hair salt and pepper instead of their usual bone white, crusnik, appearance. A trickle of blood leaked from Tristan's mouth. He could land on his feet from hundreds of feet up, but if he landed on his back, it hurt like hell, even from the only thirty or so fall from the tree. He picked up his rifle, now fully relying on it to do some more damage, and hopefully pick up the win.
There was little doubt that the demon would have been sent to the ground as well, but Tristan looked around.
Having spot his opponent with his half transformed red eyes, the pupil still apparent, and black, Tristan aimed, and charged his mana again.
This time it was mostly fire element, but being that he'd only half transformed, it maintained about a quarter of light/holy energy. The barrel began to glow as the power built. In his weakened state, even charging the attack made it only as powerful as the last, perhaps less so.
The Crusnik now waited to see what Raiden would do, before attempting to blast him.

OOC: No problem
Success...
The hit was successful...the lightning dispersal connected with its target and did what Raiden desired it to do. Raiden was kind of happy no doubt....but the pain from Tristain earlier shot is still give Raiden a lot of trouble. First off....Raiden's never been shot before...in 400 years....so that was a first. Second off...the shot had a strongly holy tint to it. That's what has gotten Raiden pegged. Obviously this guy was a smart hunter and prepared things like this for Raiden.
Damn...
Raiden touched the small little hole that entered through his abdomen. It burns...it really does burn... Raiden coughed up some of the blood that was clogging up his throat. He wiped it away as he looked around to see where that hunter got off too. Raiden through all the smoke saw the hunter in his transform state. His eyes was more focused on the gun though. Raiden was going to have to get past that. Raiden got off his knees and stood up straight. This time he pulled out his katana holding in one hand while his gauntlet was in the other. Okay...stop playing around Raiden...

Tristan saw that his opponent wasn't too worse for wear. The timing hadn't been on the Crusnik's side so the blast wasn't large, but it had done its part. A bit more charging and the next element bullet was ready.
A second later a blast that was three parts fire, and one part holy took off toward the demon. With his fire resistance, this would do just about the same ammount of damage as the last, unless luck was with Tristan and the holy aspect peirced the demon first, then the fire scorched his insides where he may or may not have been vaulnerable.
The partially transformed man then focused his energy to regain his second wing, as flying with one wing was iritating. And he had done it before. It would take time however, and he wasn't sure how much mana he'd have left when he was done...or how much strength.

Raiden darted off in the direction of the hunter just as the fireball was shot towards Raiden. Raiden maybe would've normally charged through the flames escaping the heat quickly, but something made the hairs on the back of his neck stand up. At the last minute Raiden dodged the flames completely which contained that tint of holiness to it. He didn't dwell on it though and instead kept moving towards his currently crippled friend. It seemed the guy was a little slow in the skies with a wing missing. That meant that most likely the hunter's agility in the sky may be hindered greatly at the moment. Raiden would take advantage of that.
Raiden used a Lvl 2 Hype-speed to jump onto a tree branch and then further propelle himself towards the hunter. His clawed-gauntlet diagonal in front of him with his katana arm hanging to the side, Raiden was hoping to strike the hunter several times or at least 4 times with his blade and gauntlet in combination.

The demon had dodged. Not too surprising considering he'd sped himself up. Tristan to was faster, his chakra still holding on since he'd only partially transformed, though it would probably cut out soon. The Crusnik followed his opponent with his eyes and readied himself as the boy dove in.
Tristan's rifle shot up (the gun its self, not a bullet), and met the Katana, sliding it to the side with little effort, and creating an opening in Raiden's defense. Tristan's right hand shot up, and gripped his opponents left, interlocking the fingers, and wrenching the hand aside (to tristan's right, your left).
That would effectively leave Raiden completally defensless. Only problem was, he was moving a little too fast, what with the dive, to get in a counter attack. Tristan braced himself against the ground with his single wing as Raiden's body would crash into his, then the hunter would kick up and back, throwing the demon up and over.
Tristan would then let go of the boy's hand, letting him go flying far back. He would then straighten up, and turn to face his opponent.

Raiden wasn't to surprise the hunter caught his attack head. The guy was skilled even when injured, so it was completely understandable. That's what made this fight tough, because the hunter was quick with his actions and decisions. Even so maybe even better than Raiden when it came to thinking fast. Well, Raiden's going to have to try a little harder then.
As soon as the shotgun clashed with Raiden's katana he immediately let it go. It flew into the trunk of a tree planting itself in it half way. Damn... Raiden plumetted down to the ground along with the hunter. As soon as that happened he felt the hunter try and kick Raiden back as soon as he release his hand.
It all would've went smoothly for the guy...except Raiden didn't let go of the hunter. Raiden's left held on to Tristian's right while Raiden's own right hand would grab the wrist of the other hand. Raiden suddenly came up with the idea of another close quarter light show. Raiden dug up the lightning inside himself and decided to electricute the hunter while he's trapped. Raiden put all the strenght he hand in crushing the hunter's wrist and hand as well. Since they were both still on the ground this time it might be a little harder to escape. At least Raiden hoped so...

Well, Raiden's idea was shot full of holes. The whole idea of electrocuting Tristan...that would work. But crushing Tristan's hand/wrist, and about Tristan being trapped. Thats where the demon was dead wrong.
Tristan's gauntlet was much too tough to crush, even with the strength of most of the mages in the school. Though it did conduct electricity.
Since Raiden had gone to the ground instead of going flying, like Tristan planned, he just put himself in a compromising position. Tristan, having planned to flip himself over with his wing and making a half assed back handspring, was in the air, balanced on his hand that was in his opponents grip. He flipped down, as if he were to land, only he crashed both of his boots deep into Raiden's gut.
The pain would be added to the hole that was already through the demon from the holy shot from before. Tristan would then aim his rifle, which was still in his left hand, right into the right shoulder of his opponent. A nice point blank shot would screw the boy's arm all up, and limit the amount of electrical mana that he could disperse through that arm.

Raiden writhed in pain as Tristian’s boots pressed into the wound he sustained earlier. Its seemed Tristian switched positions with Raiden. Raiden as well felt the luke warm barrel of the shotgun press into his right shoulder. Not again…I’m not taking another one of those! Raiden with apparently a free hand decided to use it. With his own left hand reached across slipping his hand in under the front hole in the barrel. Raiden then grabbed Tristian’s other free hand not holding anything. If not mistaken enchanted items like Raiden’s gauntlet could fend off bullets for defense, so it would be no different in this situation.
If Tristian fired his rifle he would only end up hurting himself this time from the recoil. Of course either way Raiden’s former plan off attack was still in order. Not only did Raiden send electricity pulsing up Tristian’s right arm, but through the barrel of his gun as well hoping the electricity and the sudden rise in heat would make him drop it. Tristian was wearing gauntlets…and that would end in his hands getting ruined if he doesn’t take them off.

Tristan didn't fire. Raiden had squeezed his hand under the barrel so it was up against his shoulder (as the barrel was pressed into your shoulder). If Tristan fired, it wouldn't do much of shit, so decreed by the fact that Raiden had blocked a triple shot with that gauntlet and it didn't damage the metal.
The electrical energy then began to corse through Tristan's body, and quite frankly, it hurt like hell. The space between the feathers of Tristan's single wing shot small arcs of lightning between the black, damn near indestructable protrusions. The good thing about this situation, was that Tristan was partly transformed.
In his Crusnik form, Tristan could use the blood lust lightning attack. As such he was partially immune to electrical energy flowing through him while in this form. The effect, of course, was lessened by the fact he was only partially transformed, but that was just fine as the hunter had something up his sleeve...so to speak.
"Seoligna." Tristan said, activating his mana once again. A dark red, darker than usual, aura began to form around Tristan's body, creating a thick flame. The pain began to dull as the demon's mana was absorbed. Tristan's soul fire spell wouldn't last as long, but it was just as effective as it usually was.
The physical contact between the two would quickly begin to drain Raiden's energy, restoring Tristan's. Before the spell expended, Tristan would have enough energy to finish his transformation, and regain his second wing.

Raiden was relieved to find that Tristian hadn't fired his gun. In fact he was all the much more happy to find Tristian getting a little taste of foreign lightning coarsing through his veins than his own. Raiden knew all along the guy uses lightning even when not transformed. Lightning users had this strange dry air about them along with a static kind of feeling. At least that's what Raiden felt.
There was more to worry about at the moment. In no time something began to happen. All of the sudden...Raiden felt energy from within flow out in a slow pace. Raiden could already asume it was Tristian's doing... Well, at best its time to back away again. Substitution... Raiden this time switched himself out with another piece of wood. Normally he would try an attack from behind to catch the guy off guard, but that wasn't the case right now.
Instead Raiden was behind a tree trunk away from Tristian. Even though Raiden wasn't running...he felt he was kind of out of breath... Tristian did something to steal some energy...and Raiden wasn't liking it... Just a few more seconds...

Tristan's aura got a sudden flux of mana. The substitution, while it required a low ammount of mana on Raiden's part, did have a bit of mana behind it and it was released all at once. "Damn...sneaky little shit." He extended the aura slightly, about a foot. It absorbed less quickly, but it aborbed more energy from a wider range of life forms. It wasn't that it took the life force from different organisms...just took it from more at a time.
The grass wilted, one of the nearby trees started to loose its life-luster. "Just because I don't get it from you, doesn't mean I wont get my energy back there boy." He said grinning. It was an evil sort of grin...but a grin. He shot toward the trees, feeling for the general direction of Raiden...which was hard, but a general direction was possible to detect with that aura.
Tristan's single wing flapped as it supported him. The leaves in the nearest trees began to decay, giving Tristan back his energy. He stopped near the tree where he could now clearly feel Raiden's energy signature as the small ammount of ambient mana that all beings exuded at all times was pulled into Tristans reserves. Tristan pointed his rifle around the tree and fired a single shot. It was a warning blast, but it would probably hit Raiden in the shoulder or something if he stood there. If it didn't hit, Tristan would put his rifle away, and get ready for hand to hand combat.
His aura would have enough time to restore his energy, especially if he could get a hold of Raiden for a few more seconds.

Raiden listened carefully for Tristians foot steps as he neared the tree he was behind. As a safety measure Raiden used Second Sight to predict what Tristian would do next. Without losing any time Raiden had already darted out from behind the tree just as Tristian had reached around with for a shot.
Raiden strafed backwards away from Tristian to a considerable distance. Then with another burst of speed into the trees again. From tree branch to tree branch, Raiden kept on moving making each move erratic to keep his opponent guessing on where he was going to land next. Then, without warning Raiden would dive bomb out of one of the trees towards Tristian and just as he closes in on Tristian, he would substitute behind him (10ft away)and shoot off an open palmed lightning blast which is an equivalent of a shotgun.
