"Quick little basterd." He said to himself, watching the movements. He put his rifle away as planned, waiting for an attack. Incoming. Raiden dive bombed, Stupid move right? Sort of. Normally it would be, but this sneaky bitch had his substitutions. Tristan, all the same, shot his fist out to meet with Raiden's face. And boom, Success.
Wait, no...Another damned log. The illusion dissipated and revealed the log, smashed in twaid. [That sneaky little...!] Tristan staggered forward. There was a pain in his back, and a boost to his energy. "Heheheh. You stupid little man." He joked, grinning and turning around.
The mana he'd used to block that first lightning blast had been restored, and the transformation continued. Between all the ambient mana from the substitutions, the surroundings, then finally that last blast of lightning, had all been absorbed into Tristans energy reserves.
The hunter finished growing, his complection grew even paler, the salt and pepper hair bloomed into an eerie bone white. The eyes glowed a solid blood red, and the aura dicipated. Good thing to, it would have ended soon. Finally, that left wing unfurled with an exhausted slowness. "Now, we end this." He said in his fully Crusnik voice which maintained such a small degree of his original voice it would be terrifying to some.
Both of his wings beat, the dust kicks up, and the Crusnik is off. He's now moving faster than Raiden's usual speed, though his boosted speed is still greater, even if not by much. Zooming at well over fifty miles an hour, Tristan is looking right at his opponent, activating his mana on two fronts. Fire blowing and Dragon fire armor are the spells used now. The fire armor surrounding Tristan in a thick layer of flame, the fire blowing sending a large stream of blue, yellow, and orange flame at Demon boy.
If that missed, it would blast into the tree where he'd just been hiding, scorching it rather badly, and possibly toppling it in time.

Raiden watched as his lightning bolt proved to be ineffective now. With him in that transfromed state...lightning might be useless now...Damn... Raiden bit his nails as he watched the guy fully transform and unfurl his wings.
Raiden unsure of what to do now went into the next attack on impulse without thinking. In order to keep this guy off his tail Raiden was going to have to make his own moves faster and erratic. Keep on moving and stay within a good strike and retreat distance.
As soon as the giant flame came in Raiden ran straight ahead through it. Hopefully an unpredictable move. Raiden had his resistance to heat so it would be alright. As soon as he enters the flaming inferno, he'll unleash a strong power whip at Tristian. Maybe a few sucessive lashes across the body and the last one aimed at lobbing off one of his wings hopefully. If by chance Tristian gets binded by the lightning whip, Raiden would then fling him into a tree on his right.

Tristan could see his flame parting too soon to be hitting the tree. True, it wasn't the most expected move, but Raiden had charged through Igneus' flames in that first encounter. Fortunately for Tristan, the two were way to close to eachother for Raiden's plan to work. Instead, Tristan veered to the left, ever so slightly. By simple logistics, Raiden was dead center of the flame. Could be wrong...Shit happens, wipe and flush.
The Crusniks right shoulder would ram into the demons gut, slamming him through the air. The hunter would then reach his right arm around Raiden's torso, and squeeze. He would squeeze and squeeze, increasing pressure every second until it was at bone crunching proportions, the man would then angle his flight pattern down and smash into the ground at high speeds, grinding the Demons back into the dirt, not to mention through the hole through his gut that was most likely still there.
Tristan would, once they stopped, blast his wings toward the ground, launching himself up and away, a coat sleeve scored fairly badly by the impact, and what felt like a bleeding scrape ontop of his head was what Tristan would walk away with, nothing more. Their proximity had been too close when the two charged for Raiden to do any thing with that whip of his.
The hunter would hover, several meters off the ground and an even greater distance away from the impact point, waiting to see how Raiden would react.

Raiden watched as another attack of his proved to be off. DAMMIT!! Raiden didn't think ahead about the gap between them being closed so soon. With that misjudgement, Raiden was now in the vice grip arms of Tristian's. Raiden could feel the life being pressed out of him. If I don't do something, I'll pop! Raiden had a strong body, but Tristian's strength was stronger.
That's when Tristian started to dive bomb with Raiden... things seemed hopeless now. Raiden had equal strength matching Tristian's but it was too late by now. That's went a sudden idea hit him. Raiden wasn't going to call this a good idea, but not a bad one either. Raiden with the energy still remaining would pull off a substitution. In this substitution he wouldn't be running away, but switching postitions with Tristian. In the sudden unchangeable dive bomb when it reaches only inches off the ground would he switch places. In doing that the momentum Tristian racked up would be used against him.
Raiden would end up having his right unprotected arm scraped as well as his fore-head. Not to mention unlike Tristian, Raiden can't suddenly pull away, but instead will probably be thrown off in a tree trunk.

Goddamned substitutions!! Tristan found himself flipped around in mid-air, his momentum reversed. Then, boom. Impact. Not full force however. Why? Tristan's wings still flapped after the Substitution, slowing them down significantly. There was still a deep gouge in the earth, but not the multi-yard, plane impact looking one that would have insued if the force of those arc angel wings had still been blowing in one direction.
Tristan caught his breath, stunned partially from the impact. Instict took over, however. Back to Ninjutsu...Even in Crusnik form. Tristan's right arm swung down and in, wrapping itsself around Raiden's throat in what is known in wrestling as the Guillotine hold. The Crusniks legs then shot up and wrapped tight around Raiden's waist, locking at the ankles, and putting a massive ammount of pressure on the lower ribs. (the ones on the small of your back, not the lowest ones by the chest)
Tristan's left hand then zoomed under Raiden's right shoulder, with some force, and grabbed onto the right fist of the Vampire of Vampires. The man would then pull and tighten his grip around Raiden's throat, at the same time, shoving the demons torso and lower body away from his head and neck. This move, once locked, was almost entirely in-escapable unless you had tremendous strength and or could inflict massive ammounts of damage on the person holding you, in order to make them release.
Raiden likely had neither at this point in the match, while Tristan, having absorbed a good chunk of Raiden's energy, had power to spare. Tristan's Crusnik wings lay splayed out on the dirt, the Dragons fire armor still active. It had flickered when the man hit the ground, sheer impact faltering the mana flow for a moment, but now it was back, and even Raiden wouldn't be able to take the heat for too long. The boy would have to surrender sooner or later.
Lets just hope he did so before his head popped off.

Raiden found the reverse sucessful by substained damage to his right arm. It was a blunt fall though so nothing was broken really. It was good that he found a way out of that situation, but now he's got to find a way out of this one as well...and by God...it was a tough one...
What ever freaking hold Tristian put Raiden in...was working. Ways of escaping was slipping away. Raiden could pull off another substitution, but he doesn't know how to do this hold correctly so it wouldn't work. Damn... The next best and probably effective thing he can do to counter at least the Dragon's fire armor. So Raiden did a Body Spark raidiating the lightning inside him across his whole body. Tristian was only receiving imminent shocks before when Raiden shoots bolts at him, but this attack in completely different especially in close contact.
With Boby Spark on Raiden's own tempurature in raise ten fold reaching the deadly heat of the sun's surface. Raiden's whole aura was just purely lightning. Not to mention deadly lightning bolts are constantly being jolted into Tristian directly this time. No doubt Tristian would feel this power directly. He would have to be in case in a rubber box with a metallic outer coating to stand up to this. With all that raw electiricty rushing in muscle spasms would occur, not to mention maybe even cardiac arrest may happen. Burns internal and external would occur.
Raiden was done yet, he wanted all the pain to stack up in different ways. Raiden's arms were apparently still free so he should use them. Raiden pulled out the katana that was strapped to his back with his left arm. Raiden then would turned the sword in his hand downward like a butcher knife. Raiden with no hestitation what so ever jabbed the sword most likely into Tristian's exposed area which in the neck area, but the lower part of the neck near the shoulder.
With that snazzy hold Tristian's got not to mention his back is to the ground movement would be tough. Rolling may be cancelled as well thanks to the wings spread out on the ground. Raiden wanted to cause pain in so many ways...and this was one of them.

Raiden's thought had been right. Well, partially. Tristan was, in Crusnik form, immune to lighting...well...just about as immune as Raiden was to fire. The opposing mana of the fire armor also blocked the lightning slightly. It wasn't that significant, but every bit helped as it would add time before Tristan's pain threshold was met. The body spark burned, and he felt it in every fiber of his being. His muscles tightened, as usually happened with electrocution, but that aspect would act harshly against Raiden.
The position of the Guillotine put the one locked in an extremely odd position as well. He'd had to force his shoulder back, almost to the point of dislocating in order to lift his blade that high up. Not to mention his head was burried half an inch into the ground so he wouldn't be able to see where he wanted to strike. Consequently, the blade missed him by a hair...literally. Tristan then forced his muscles further, tightening the hold to the point where it would rip a normal human's head off.
His jaw clenched with the lightning coursing through his body, he wouldn't last much longer and this fight might have to be called to a draw with Tristan releasing Raiden, and the demon not being able to fight due to the injuries on his neck, but that would be seen...Most likely, extremely soon.

Raiden was a bit distraught to feel that he had missed. The pain was slowly growing larger and he couldn't deal with this much longer...but he wasn't going down without taking this guy with him. Raiden finally put some of his own pushing force into resisting the hold. It was maybe a little to late, but it was a lot better than laying there and taking the pain.
The next thing was that Raiden needed to get this guy to finally let go. He would defy the odds to get what he wants. Raiden took the katana place it on his shoulder. The started to slowly the flat side of it continously on his shoulder. At first a spark started up...and the it started to grow like before into a ball. It grew larger and larger into its largest form as a Raigou. Now...the only thing that was keeping this from exploding...was the friction Raiden was keeping up. As soon as he stopped...boom...
Raiden knew what he was doing. He was going for a double knock out maybe. The suddenly shock wave would most likely distrupt Tristian's hold. At best other elements can contribute, like the huge compacted jolts of lightning...the heat...and even the sudden blinding burst of light it causes. Not to mention the large explosion as well. With no further delay, Raiden stopped the friction, and the large ball would drop on them both.

Tristan saw what Raiden was doing, but couldn't do any thing about it. He was being electrocuted, which is still hurting like all hell. When the lightning ball rose to be deployed, Tristan did the only thing he could. He opened his fanged mouth, the lightning sparking in between his teeth. Boom, Pure white flame flowed like a sprinkler of milk or some other white liquid and blasted, full force into lightning ball.
As it would have done with Igneus, this attack would severely weaken and the effect lessen, but Tristan would be heavily drained from that one blast alone. The grip was still tight across Raiden's throat, crushing it significantly, and surely the demon would run out of air soon as the impact would have most likely caused him to exhale. The hold itsself would cause massive damage on the boy's ribs and neck, though Tristan too would need several day's recovery, els a few gallons of vampire blood.
This was the first fight that injured the Crusnik this much, surely this boy was an incredible mage...demon or not.

Raiden saw as another one of his own efforts to down this guy ended in failure. Tristian was good...to good...he's definitely a whole lot stronger that the last time Raiden observed him fighting Seeker. This fight was a no win...there's nothing much Raiden can do now, but say he quits. Raiden last breath of air left him...and now his need to breathe increased drastically. Raiden needed to say something now or its over....
"I gi~"
Raiden stopped mid sentence as one more trick popped up. Raiden started to hold what ever life he's got in him as he thought. The katana still hanging on his shoulder limped a little. That was it...Raiden would use his katana...but the last effort to do so failed horribly... Raiden needed to at least figure out were the guy's neck rests. That's were improvision came into play. Raiden with his left arm free brought it near to the underside of Tristian's chin. Only the point of the index finger was barely touching.
The katana in his other hand just barely lifted up onto his shoulder again. This seemed familiar, but then again maybe not. Raiden took the katana and slowly moved it down just knicking his own neck. The blade then rested on the under side of his left arm. Raiden from there slid the blade down the underside of his arm toward Tristian's neck with everything he's got.
Raiden hoped this forced Tristian to release him or something, because if this didn't work...Raiden is out for good this time.

The lightning ball had been stopped, and so had the most powerful blast of fire you'd probably ever see, let alone of what Tristan could throw. His mouth clamped shut again, The lightning beginning to die down (you used up all your energy right?), though it still coursed through the Crusnik. He looked down, trying not to overload his tendons and musculature in his neck. [What the fuck!?] He thought, seeing Raiden twisting his arms around and grabbing his sword again.
His head snapped back, as did his huge wings. the blade just missed his jaw. It was to the point where if he was in human form...he would have just gotten a trim to his beard. Tristan's wings flung them both up with quickly draining stamina. They both flew up, the hunters legs releasing Raiden's likely crushed ribs. The head lock to was released and Tristan's right leg kicked up, throwing the demon over his head.
Tristan flipped through the air and landed on his hands and knees, panting. His body was steaming, and small jolts of electricity still crackled between the feather like protrusions of his wings. He slowly stood, stumbling, and turned to face his opponent, eyes glowing. The will was a powerful thing, and it would allow Tristan to continue, even if his body wouldn't.

Raiden felt himself fly through the air before anything else happened. Raiden knew the out come would be like this. He just had a gut feeling. Raiden wanted Tristian to release him and he had done so...but that spent all the energy he had left within him.
So with that Raiden flew through the air and landed a couple feet away from Tristian. He hit the ground and rolled a little until he came to a stop. "*koff* *koff* *koff*" he coughed. Sweet....sweet oxygen filled his lungs. Raiden was finally receiving air agian. Raiden was laying on his side for a bit, but finally gained composure and sat up.
"Huff~Huff~Huff~"
Raiden looked across the way towards his opponent. The guy was standing...it was obvious he had some wind still in him. Raiden wasn't going to be up staged like this...his mind wouldn't let him. Raiden got to his knees and slowly stood up. He wobbled a little...but still stood his ground.
The katana was still in his right hand. He looked at it for a bit...and smiled slightly... Without warning the blade fell from his hand, and Raiden fell face-down on the ground. "I'm out..." he said in one simple phrase.

Tristan, still panting, saw Raiden stand. More or less futaly, Tristan tried raising his wings and began the now arduous process of taking a step forward. Then:
"I'm out." And poof. Raiden was laid out.
Flat on the ground, probably barely conscious. A small laugh of a tiny Irony escaped Tristan's fanged mouth as he began to stumble forward to drag one of the toughest basterds Tristan knew to the recovery wing, where he himself would be passed out for the next month. Slight sarcasm there, but they'd both be out of it for a couple of days at least.
A couple of minutes later, Tristan got to the demon, and began pulling him up by his left arm. He grunted with the pain and pulled, heaving the boy over his shoulder as best he could. Using his wings, Tristan marched himself along the seemingly endless trudge to the medical mages.
