Jyo sat down and she smiled over at him as she opened the lid on her soup. Inside was thick shredded chicken and potato soup that was more like a stew. She probably wouldn't be able to eat it all but she at least was actually hungry for once and with Jyo back she knew that he would indeed be watching to make sure that she took care of herself.
"It really has." she said softly as she looked down at her soup for a moment.
She picked up her spoon and dug into the soup gently before taking a bite. It was definatly good she was unused to eating really but she was picking up her appetite. Jyo was back and really that was all that mattered.
"Now, that you are back. What would you like to do after lunch?" she asked looking up into Jyo's eyes.

Jyo started eating his meal rather calmly for a guy who haden't had a solid meal for such a long time. But hishunger still showed as he only paused to answer Zaire's question. "To be honest I'd rather just spend the rest of the day with you." he said and then took a few more bites. "For one thing I don't think my body can handle much more than that right now. I'm still recovering after all. And another thing is that three months is too long apart fom each otther." he added.

Ziare looked up at him when he said that. She knew she had missed him but it seemed that he too had missed her. She fought back the tears of happiness. She was not usually the girl likely to cry but when Jyo had been out of her life on the edge of life and death she had become more so. But now she would turn back into the old and strong hearted Ziare.
"I would love for nothing more than to spend time with you today Jyo." she said softly.
Realizing now that she had been staring she quickly dropped her gaze and went back to eating. She was already filling up rather quickly but she was going to eat until she was full. Because she needed to gain her weight back. She knew she didn't look completely healthy but then again who would?

Jyo decided for now silence was probably best. e waited until they had finished their meals then got up walking over to Zaire and offered her a hand to get up. Showing the courtly manner he normally did around her.
After she got up he led her to the middle of the room. "It would have to be a slower one. But how about a dance?" he asked putting a hand on her waist and grabbed her hand in his other hand.

When his hand came out it was like the Jyo of old. The first day they had met he had kissed her hand and sent her heart fluttering and now though he hadn't kissed her hand she still fluttered because he was back. She took his hand gently and stood.
But when he asked for a dance she couldn't hold back the two tears that fell one from each eye. She smiled up at him and wiped them away as she took her stance in his arms.
"I would love to dance with you, my love." she said softly.
She leaned in real quick before they even started and lay a very gentle and soft kiss on his lips. Letting them touch for a few moments before pulling back.
"Lead the way, Jyo."

Jyo smiled and then led them useing his left foot. change of pace as he normally strated on his right. The dance was just the basic for step. But it was stilll a bit more graceful than normal even if a bit slower. But the point was that he and Zaie could do this again.

The dance began and Ziare lost herself in the beautiful emerald depths of Jyo. She let him lead and she followed it was as if he had never left at all. The way that they melded together seemlessly into this slow and sweet dance. She remembered vividly when he had taught her to dance. When they had blown the people at home away with how good they were together.
"It's like a dream." she whispered up to him with a smile. "To be back with you."

"Same to you. I kow it didn't seem as long to me as I was aslep. But the knowladge of how long I was gone hit pretty hard." He said. giveing her a bit of a twirl just to get things slightly more interesting. "A pity so many people I know are gone by now. But from what you said there are plenty new people to meet."

As Jyo led her through the dance she stared up into his eyes. She listened to his words and smiled. It had been very hard for her. Harder than he would ever know yet there was never a way she could tell him and she wouldn't have wanted to anyway. He didn't deserve that. It wasn't his fault.
"There are a ton of new students. It's wonderful. Arcane is really coming into its own now. Even though there are only a few left that there were so long ago it has really filled out. Since we started, this school has taken off. The magic, oh Jyo I never dreamed of some of the talents these new students have. You should see them. Music, guns, dark, light, there was a girl with wings of an angel I heard rumored." she said with her eyes sparkling.

"Definalty interesting. I will be interested in seeing all that. After all my only experiance is with elemental magic. Well also creation and destruction. Seeing the other branches should prove interesting.

She smiled up at him.
"You're right it is very interesting. Just the other day I met a man that has strings. He uses them for weapons but can play the most beautiful classical music on them. He kept me company one afternoon after the nurses threw me out and Armenius.. he burned my book. Right down to ash." she chuckled.
"He said I wasn't taking care of myself and needed to do better. That you weren't going any where but.. well I admit I was singleminded in that effect but you can't really blame me." she said with a chuckle.

"Well I could blame you. But it wouldn't be fair now would it?" He said as he led her about some more simply glad to be mobile and with Zaire again. Just the fact he could do anything had put Jyo in a very good mood.

Ziare chuckled as she let Jyo lead her around the room. Dancing in his arms once more felt like heaven. She smiled up at him and she let the hand that had lay on his shoulder run through his now red hair gently.
"You're right, it wouldn't be fair. Because, it wouldn't have changed. I care too much for you. I feel bad enough that you woke and I wasn't there. I mean, I was there nearly all day and all night. I think I left for maybe two hours a day. And of all the times you had to wake up you had to pick the time I just happened to be gone." she said softly. "I feel bad I wasn't there. You don't remember all the times I was, I had hoped that when you woke I would be there and you would know."
She moved forward breaking the dance and placing both arms around his neck as she hugged him tightly. Her head on his shoulder she just stood there once more in his arms.

Jyo leaned over and kissed Zaire briefly and smiled. "So tell me. What did I do to deserve such a wonderful girlfriend?" He said smiling as he stood there with his arms around Zaire.

Ziare kissed him back gently and smiled as it broke her heart beating fast in her chest once more. She heard his words and her smile grew.
"You know what? I'm not sure." she laughed. "Maybe it's because I have such a wonderful boyfriend."
"So Jyo, after three months, what is the one thing you want to do most?" she asked looking up into his eyes with a smile wondering what it was he would say.
