OOC: This is continued from the fight with Eyvindr. Feel free t join if you have a reason but let him post first.
Jason led Eyvindr to the med wing hovering slowly through the halls of the Academy. The two of them drew a few stares as they passed. They arrived in the Recovery wing and the orderlies shook their heads. "Looks like it was a true workout for you two. Well come along and we'll fix you up." They said and led them both to a room and had them lay down. Jason's wounds were tended to and within a few seconds after the healing he was sitting up smiling while stretching. He was still tie from the battle but the pain and injuries were gone. he looked over at Eyvindr. Heh. that was pretty fun. I won't go as easy on you next time though. He said with a chuckle. He meant it. Eyvindr was good. But Jason had decided not to go full out. Not until he had better control over his powers.
On the way to the medical wing. Somewhere Eyvindr and Jason very much needed to go. Eyvindr had a pair of third-degree burns on his palms, his stomach had a long gash across it, which though it was fairly minor, still bled and hurt. His right arm also had a minor burn, and the bone he previously had thought to be intact was in much pain and beginning to swell. It had taken him so long to notice because he never actually used his arms.
They finally arrived, and Jason was fixed up. A medic came over to Eyvindr and fixed his stomach and the burn on his arm up, and eased the pain of the fracture and burns on his palms. Momentarily, a splint was placed on his arm to hold it in place while it was mended. The burns on Eyvindr's palms took a little more time, but were healed within a few minutes.
While all this was happening, Eyvindr was conversing with Jason.
"Yes, it was fairly fun. And you were going easy? I guess I could say the same, but going less easy on my part would involve launching potentially lethal attacks. I need more practice."
Jason chuckled a bit. "Well I didn't want to roast you after all. My moves could easily kill someone if I put the right amount of force behind them. Those needles hurt but in terms of energy I was roughly at about a little over half my reserves. Not to undermine you. In terms of actual skill it was nice to have an even fight." He said with a smile and decided to lay back on his bed for a while and just rest for a bit right now. he didn't have any classes today and no missions had been assigned to him. For that he was glad. After his encounter with the Dragoon gang he was grateful for a rest.
"Yes, when they hit non-vital areas, they merely hurt. If one of those hit a major blood vessel or a vital organ, it wouldn't just hurt. If that was unclear, that is what I meant. In terms of energy, I have about half left, too... Telekinesis is hard, but needles aren't very heavy."
The burns were healed, and the fracture was well on it's way. It no longer hurt, and the swelling was subsiding. He didn't try to move anything while he was being healed, but he was sure he could do it.
"But if we continued, I'm sure you would have managed to take me down far before I got you. You see, I have no real defenses against magical attacks. But I'm sure I'll learn something in time. What's an academy for, after all?"
Jason gave a nod. "Yeah not being trained for magical defense can be a problem. Thats why one of the first spells I worked on was my shield spell. In a life hreatening situation I could keep it going for a while. But in a battle like ours.... Wll I like giving people a chance to get through to me. I guess it could be called stupid but I;m for a fair fight when training. He said.
Jason busied himself with creating orbs out of his energy and juggleing them a bit. He had been getting better at focusing his powers. This wasn't an attack. Just a concentration exercise he could do while talking.
