Er.. you know, I've been curious about that too. Since we seem to be positioned above Hawaii, I'd figure Dollars..

Why not Rupees!? Everyone loves to carry around a sack of shiny gems to pay for stuff. Also, if you need more, just chop up some plants and voila! Rupees!
Nah, stick with the dollar. The good ol' greenback. w00t for Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson, Jackson, Grant, and Franklin!

From the Euro to the Pound to the Dollar, all main Currency Figures may be used. If a currency is used that has not been documented, People can easily Access the...er... Bybalosian Currency Conversion Chart which is being updated magically every second! Every item up for sale also have included at least several prices based on different Currency.. But in all, the Official Currency the Academy uses when doing Dealings is Dollars. |

I say we recognize leaves as valid currency! That way, everyone could have oodles of money.
Wait wait, inflation. Then, we'd have to burn all the forests down to control inflation, and then the leaves we have stored up would crumple and die and crumble into little bits, and then there would be no money anymore. Bad idea, sorry!
