Exploration and finding the scrap-yard

[Jason]

Whoa could be easy to get lost down here. glad I decided to bring stuff to mark my path with. Jason thought as he marked the wall with a neon marker to keep track of where he was going. the place was full of halls and rooms and with no real reference as to where things were Jason was being careful to not get lost down here.

He had no real reason to be down here except for the fact he as highly curious about it. And for all he knew he might pick up a trinket or two while down here. And at the very least he'd get to see what the place was like.

He had thrown on a white shirt and grey jeans with boots and a long coat to keep warm as it seemed pretty cold down here for him.
Makes me wish I took time to build a bit more muscle. Being thin doesn't help in cool weather. He thought as he moved along. He eventually came to a scrap-yard.
Awesome! He thought and ran over to it seeing a variety of different discarded items. Many that could be used if one had the mechanical knowledge to do so. Jason started looking through seeing if anything struck his eye. He wasn't really technically inclined but he did like to tinker here and there so if he found something interesting he'd defiantly grab it.

[Nikias]

"What are you doing?"
Nikias said when he saw Jason.
"What in earths name make you come down here anyway?"
he continued.

Doesn't he know he will get lost down here? or in fact that some of this things hes looking at can be dangerous?

Nikias walked forward towards Jason and tried not to make him feel threatened. But Nikias is very bad at that even when he haven't transformed.

Hmm... this guys must be freezing to an iceberg in here if he stays any longer. I wonder whats his next move is but he will surely look at me for a while and say hi before he continuous to exam the thing he has there. Hmm wonder what it is?

Then Nikias just walk towards him and stops at a 4 feet range and says:

"If you are going to ask me what I'm doing here... Then you are in big trouble... Mister?

Nikias was trying to smile Innocent but thats hard for a guy like him.

[Jason]

Jason looked over at the new arrival and shrugged a bit.
"Looking for a few odds and ends. I like to tinker a bit. I'm not a genius but it's still fun to see what I can make. ANd some of this stuff is just too interesting not to grab." He said putting a few compoents into his bag.

He noticed the guy come a bit closer. Not that it really bothered him.
"Names Jason. Now I may be wrong but that sounded similar to a threat. And considering I told you what I was up to then I figure it would be fair trade if I knew why you were here. The thing is I'm not too concerned with why you are here." He said not even showing the slightest bit of concern. Not much phased Jason unless he was able to learn something.

[Nikias]

"I am Nikias. Just try to find back out again, if you can when oyu can."

It cant be hard to find something of worth down here so he must think that he can use something of these things. Never mind the company though maybe I can show him my new master swordsmanship... Nah I still need to work on it.

Nikias looked over all the things that was leing there.

"If you can find my panther that have been playing hide and seek with me today, ill show you one of my sword dances ok?"

Nikias smiled and took up that seemed to be somekind of whistle. Nikias then started to look around when sudently a barrel with scrap come up just before his face. Nikias then took a fast step back. When it fell to the ground and broke with a big smashing sound, Nikias had allready moved far enough away from the barrel.

"Damn... someday that is going to kill me!"

then he started look for his panther again.

[Jason]

"Panthers and sword dances eh? My time here at the academy just gets more and more interesting with each day." he said still rummaging through the pile.

"Yeah this pile can be a bit threacherous. Kinda why I watch where I step. I'll go ahead and let you know if I see you panther friend. By the wayif ou have a problem finding your way around here I marked a path leading to the way out." he said.

[Nikias]

"No need to mark it for me. I know the way." Nikias said and continued to look for Aeron.

Aeron was hiding in a pile nearby and was waiting to scare the hell out of the person that come near.

I wonder where he is but he will soon be found i know it, he cant help to enjoy himself with this.

As soon as he looked in a pile he heard a great "ROAR!" behind him there he saw Jason walked.

Aeron Jumped up from the pile and throwed himself into Jasen and pushed him back-words so would fall. Then he run away again so fast that no one saw him even come.

"There he is. He is still playing but he have changed the rules i see."

Nikias walked and helped Jason up on his legs again and apologized to him.

[Jason]

OOC: Jason wasn't walking


Jason heard a roar.
What the? Whoa He thought blasting off with his rocket spell safely out of range and used one more burst to make a soft landing.

He saw Nikias had tried to tackel him to saftey.
"Hey thanks for the attempt to keep me from harm. I;'ve kinda developed ways to keep me from being hurt though. It's kinda become instinct." he said

[Nikias]

"Well as long as you don't hurt anyone else with that spell you used. That was Aeron, he like to playing pranks on people."

Nikias sights and called for Aeron. "Be good now and come here and apologies to him. you could have hurt him."

Next thing you know a big panther comes out from its hiding place and sit in the front of Jason and nodded at him. before he took off again from the direction Jason come from.

Nikias sights again. "Isn't it great to have an animal as a friend?"

I must stop him before he hurt someone. And why am i holding this sword?

"Is this your sword?" Nikias ask, and it was Jason's sword.

"Its kind of strange how i get things i don't want in my hand. Its some kind of spell that i don't know how to control"

[Jason]

OOC: Jason' actually only carries a metal cylinder. Not a sword.

Jason chuckled at the panther. Not in a degrading way. Just and amused one.
"Don't worry about it Animals are just like people. Sometimes they just get in a mood. And yes that is an interesting pet to say the least." he said then looked over seeing the guy holding a sword.
"Nope not mine. My weapon is a bit more interesting that that.' he said grabbing the cylinder at his waist then hoplding out out to his side makeing sure Nikias and the panther really had no chance of being hit.

He focused his energies through the cylinder and a rilliant gren energy blade appeared. It was roughly like an inverted triangle with two ends going past the cylinder used as a handle and it narrowed to a point giving it a length of roughly three feet.
"Nothing too flashy but highl effective." he said then let the blade vanish and returned the cylinder to his belt.

"Interesting spell though. Makeing you able to sumon objects into your hand. I guess thats why you are here then. To learn how to control the ability." he said.

[Nikias]

(OOC: sorry read wrong there.^^)

Nikias saw Jason pull out a cylinder that he channeled a green energy blade through.

"yes an interesting weapon indeed. and its effective you said? Can it just cut through a normal sword? Like a knife through butter? Or can your opponent block it as it was just an ordinary sword?."

That weapon is created from his own energy but in a long sword battle his energy will be drained empty. But if he could store energy in a device or generator, that he could keep inside that cylinder he would have a better weapon that just needs charging sometimes. Well I don't want make myself sounding offensive on that point so i let it be. And where does this sword come from? Maybe I can sell it to some other student here in the academy.

Nikias was now walking out from the room and was sniffing in the air for traces of his panther.

"Well maybe ill see you later then?" Nikias said and waved at Jason.

"Come here Aeron! I don't want to play anymore!"

Then he walked away into the marked way Jason come from.

[Jason]

"Nah it can;'t cut though weapons yet. At least not the ones the students tend to carry as they are enchanted. But against a normal blade I am willing to bet it would go through it. Doesn't drain my energy much to do it either." he said with a shrug.

"Well It was nice meeting you. I'll see you around most likely." he said then returned to the pile to rummage around a bit more. He'd leave in about an hour reguardless of what he found. next time he'd bring a coat.
