(One brave enough to rp with a psychopath.)
"Subject 333 is in this cell here, he uses some sort of spoken rune to cast his magical spells. Though because of his nature, we must keep him contained."
"What do you mean, his nature?"
"Well, he's not very compliant. And he's actually attacked a few people and possessed them from within the cell. So I suggest that you don't get too close."
Two scientists were discussing the nature of subject 333, in cell 333. Relo'Quath, he had identified himself. That was all before the demon had started speaking cryptically to them and begun attacking without ceasing. For a time, they had observed him from outside the cell. But today, they were going to brave it. The demon lay on the floor, toying with a skull that he had managed to rip from someone's body after they had entered the cell.
"Remember Doctor, when sacrificing; virgin blood is best. Goat blood must be no more than three days old, entrails must be removed and arranged no more than thirty minutes before or after the ceremony, and the short candles are to be inward, and tall candles outward, not the otherway around."
The being in the cell said. Toying with the skull, as if answering a question that he was sure to come up later. He was a short figure, with long silver hair, a pair of horns protruding from his skull. A pair of horns protruding from his shoulders, along with claws crawling down from the same shoulders, met by black leather made out of human flesh. He was wearing pants of the same nature, but nothing on his feet, or stomach, which was a direct digestion mouth. He shoved the skull in. Large teeth shattered the skull, and swallowed it's chunks.
"I'm glad to see that you're awake Relo'Quath, are you going to cooperate today?"
The monster smiled.
"Redgomor, Antorbok, Neth'Norath."
It appeared as if nothing happened. But, the doctor that had spoken, turned to choke his comrade, crushing his windpipe after several seconds. Then both doctors collapsed, dead. Relo'Quath remained lying on the ground of the cell, picking at the floor like he was mad.

Shaking her head, raven hair flaring around her, she stepped over the bodies and smiled faintly. Her voice as warm as soot, as smooth as silk, yet aggressively passive. " Resurrection," she smiled, still the blood red sash over her once green eyes seeming to grow suddenly dark then bright again as the two men return to normal and back to life. She snapped her fingers and they disappeared to safer grounds.
Talbot pulled a stool over and sat across from the cell, no weapon in hand, blind eyes facing the youth in the cell. She didn't say a word to him just yet, but rather chose to match his breathing and enjoy his company. She gave no sign of hostility, no sign of want to talk, no sign of even truly being interested in him. Only sat there on the little stool all of content to spend the rest of her time there.
It seemed as if her next words were simply a passing thought, " Such detail in such violent work. A masterpiece if any, brilliant from someone so young."

He sniffed the air, and rolled onto his back, crushing the wings floating off his back under his weight. The jaws situated on his stomach remained in a state of lockjaw, closed, and sealed. Digesting the bone that he had just ingested. It appeared as though she was thinking about alchemy, and how good he was at this and that. How enjoyable for him.
He might decide to like her.
"I gather that you are more than likely younger than me... mortal. But to keep things in BLOODY PERSPECTIVE OF THE DAMNED MASTERS, yes. I'm rather young."
She's appears blind, I do not feel that, as she can see me. Those unattuned to magic or the spiritual would not be able to see me like she does, what's this about candies that boost one's attributes? Ducks to geese? These are all confusing thoughts.
Wait.. perhaps she's read my file and is more prepared for this than the scientists, she doesn't feel like she has any barriers around her mind. She's using her surface thoughts to cloud my judgment. Smart.
"What is it you want with me? Candy Maker."
He remained on the floor, it was comfortable to him, kinda. He enjoyed a little bit of discomfort, it reminded him of his position. Prisoner. But as of now, he was planning an escape from this wretched facility. Either by portal, or by foot. He was going to leave one way or another.
(Surface thoughts read.)

Blind eyes continued to look out, a small tug at her lips gave him knowledge of only a few things. Talbot wasn't ignorant, she had been at this school for many years- was the daughter of purity of both extremes. Raven hair shimmered, softly as he poked about the surface of her mind, she waited until he seemed satisfied and he asked of what she wanted.
She spoke softly, simply, warmly, "I am here to see greatness as it truly is. It is amazing what you see when you're blind."
Her intentions would show no conflict in her words.

"Blind? You're a great deal more sightful than your fellow mortal."
He stood up, and dusted himself off. The leather clothing made of human skin held little dust anyway, and was of nice color to boot. Too bad she couldn't 'see it'. As with the blind, you figure she must be sensitive to the other senses.
"What you want a demonstration? I'll paint all the walls red with the blood of little children, and then add a secondary coat out of virgin blood. That magnificent enough for you?"
He's crazy. Completely. There is no cure for him! Call the nice men in white coats to take him to the loony bin. Wait, he was in a sort of loony bin wasn't he? And then he killed the men in white coats. What to do now, escape?
"Bankorok, Redgomor, Vattur'Gha."
The demon said quickly, forming a triangle around her in his mind's eye. Which formed a damage field around her, physical alignment. It will remain up until he brings it down, until it fades in time, or unless she breaks through it, which wasn't likely.
"There's your demonstration. I've been possessed to leave right about now. As... you're the only person in my way of that door, which I just blocked off with that, and that door leads to my freedom. Eventually."

Talbot rested her chin against her palm, giggled, sniffed the air, " Mm well done. Commendable in every way, I could use a genius like you in my shop. As I am hunting for an assistant with enough guts and sheer talents, not to mention a desire to learn and conquer. Yes- I think I would want you living with me and my magicks. Free of this place, with a nice bed and all the choice bones, deceased, undead you could dream of- even the occasional fresh being. But It seems, you would prefer to get out on your own. Commendable, though I'd prefer you unharmed. A prodigy such as yourself should be hard pressed to find a better teacher than I."
As she spoke, she made no movement or gesture to threaten, only smiled and seemed near dreamy.

"Venitak, Narokath, Vattur'Gha."
He dove to read her intention centers. Nothing.. nothing out of what she just said was different than what was in there. What a waste of mana. It sounded like a good idea, but what would it cost him? His time? Not money, he had no money, he had no use for money. And he had all the time in eternity, until apocalypse come. There was an opportunity for him though he could learn some things from her. And once he learned all there was to learn, he'd move on. Cut his losses before something happened to him.
I'll gain power for a while, then I'll break free.
"You mean to tell me that you, a total stranger, will allow me, a complete PSYCHOPATH, as I'm told, to live with you, and learn with you? You're nuts, I like. I'll have at it."
"Nethlek, Redgomor, Vattur'Gha."
That dispelled his damage field, and allowed her out of the area she was confined to. It's funny how easily one can erect and shut down a shield, or in this case a cage.

She stood, raised a hand, a shimmer of light surrounded her and the cage he was in popped open. Yep. She thought he would be fun to spend time with. It was apart of the many changes she had gone through.
Running a hand through raven hair, her smile continued to keep, "The two terms you must keep," she smiled, "the first is that I will know where you are at all times, I honestly don't care what you do- maim kill destroy. However, you must always come back to the shop at night, for at least two hours sleep and to help open shop in the morning. I am giving you a job in my Candy Shoppe. Within that comes the opportunity to test what we produce. Do you find these term acceptable? Or shall I lock you in with a better spell?"
She was sweet about this. Her mind open, she honestly didn't want to lock him away, she found him charming and even cute in his nature. Goodness was she odd.

"Acceptable, yes. Should we sign a contract or just go by word?"
Either way, I get something good out of it. I get to test these little candies that enhance oneself. This will be fun, though I doubt she could trap me in a cage I can't break.
"WHAT IS WITH THESE FLOORS?!"
He said all of a sudden, scratching at them with his talons on his right foot. He looked rather silly doing that, but it was just a bit of acting, and a bit of psychosis that drove him to do it. Keeping an image that made him look a little dumber than he was. It made him all the more dangerous, being able to hide himself so very easily. His psychopathic nature, his dominating will, his power. It was such madness as that, that kept him from being suspected.
"I can't wait to get my feet back on some warm sand."
It was.. the cold of the floor?

Talbot smiled, she wasn't fooled by loud words- after all, being blind you cannot see the acts of someone who's a wonderful performer. She looked this way and that, opened the door, "We will discuss that over dinner and wine."
She hummed softly, stretched, and went first, she was his way out. Though she was sure he could leave on his own, it was far more peaceful this. She'd take him home, get him to clean himself up a bit while she made dinner, oh and prepared the last bit of the zombie cakes she had made for him. She hoped he'd like them.

"Sounds good to me..Zombie cakes..."
Oh, he let himself slip there. It had to be deliberate. He wasn't even using magic and he picked up on her surface thoughts. They must be time consuming or tedious, as it was on her mind, along with sunshine and happiness. Which did not make a logical mental image. Sunshine, happiness, zombie cakes. No go. Big red X over that image.
"Don't they heat this fucking building?! It's colder than a witch's tit in here!"
He commented about the hallway, there was no way he was going to live in a cold home with her. He was going to crank the heat up, to maybe, eighty, or more. He was used to higher temperatures, this was like bordering some very serious cold temperatures to him, not close enough to give him frostbite, but it was cold. In freezing agony, he followed her.

She smiled, "Worry not, my home is a stifling ninety on average. It's all the cooking to be done, and in the process. There's a cooling charm on my bedroom a nice forty degrees. I prefer the warm, but cannot get comfortable without the cold. Odd? Maybe, oop this way, Cutie. We're going home first then after a meal, you can wander until you get tired."
A passing thought of an embarrassing situation. She laughed, and continued walking, taking up her scythe as they exited the building, each tap of it sending out a echo to tell her where they were.

"So, is it that you can see me. Or is it that you can feel me? Or is it that you can hear my vibrations?"
Yes, he was vibrating, like all that use magic, with a specific frequency. Though because he was a demon, he had a highly unique vibration, which was not entirely magical, but partially unholy. It was a very effective means of detection if you could feel or hear the vibrations themselves.
She's an odd one, cutie? Can't get comfortable without the cold? It's because you're in the hot kitchen all day. It'll be dinner, then a bit of wandering then, eh? I guess I'll just see how far my skills can go on this floating hunk of junk.
"So it's a candy shoppe is it? Those little candies you were thinking about with the enchantments?"

She nodded yes to answer his question, "I can feel you, smell you, and your vibration is unique to what I've been around."
She laughed, shifted slightly, turned her head this way and that then continued walking, " They aren't enchanted they are pure alchemical properties. Every piece of them is natural, no drugs, no weird spells and a bonus of tasting good."

"Oh, well that's nice. Sugarcoating au naturale enhancements. Are they permanent, or what?"
Of course, he could dive in, and extract the information he wanted. But that would be painful and could take some time. There was no need to do that though, he was confident that she would tell him what he wanted to know. But not what he wanted know, wanted to know. There'd be no way she could know exactly what he wanted to know. She wasn't in his head.
It was the other way around. He was in her head at times, only on the surface though, it was intrusive to do more than that outside a combat situation.
