Ja, you got it right, mon. Just be sure to put how much your spells tax yourself as a person, expand on your biography, etc., to keep your character in check.

Tolls as in, how powerful a spell is/what it does = how much energy you will RP your character is expending on it. What your character is strong in, such as, how he handles things, a good element he kicks ass in, or things along those lines.
Weaknesses, such as, your character's fallability's, what they are weak against, mentally, personality wise, elementally wise (if that applies), and anything you can think of. A personal belief of mine that the more weaknesses you are, the closer your character is to truly being human.
Yet and yes.
BF2 is Battlefield 2.
