Though Rakel did not dislike reading he wasn't often seen in the library of the academy. But he was interested in a spell that he knew could prove very handy for him in the future.
It was about opening portals from one area to another. Being concerned for his family and friends back home as two rupters that allowed the low level monsters in had occurred with no answers as to why. But he also couldn't afford the length of time it took to get back and forth. So therefore that was his reason for being here leaning against a pillar with his sword leaning against the same pillar next to him.
Well the actual concept seems simple enough. But I'm still not quite attuned with this branch of magic. This is going to take a little while. he thought as he quickly skimmed through the pages. one subject he excelled in was literature. He didn't do well in other subjects but when it came to reading and writing and understanding things when put in words he did very well.
