She swayed slightly, having seperated form her power sources so long- having drained all she could from herself, simply to be taken over again. She wanted to sleep so badly, but found she could not. Standing in the rain, arms outstretched and eyes shut as tears of long anguish streaming down her face as she was being torn apart from the inside out. Blood stained the corners of her mouth- the abilities of the gene, the curse given to her by her father was too much for her to bear.
She had left him behind after their last conflict, her heart- her true heart ached with such hatred and sorrow she wanted to simply lay on the ground and cease to exsist. She missed the feelings of joy she shared with him- the tight hugs, kind words, gentle kisses. Her true heart slammed and shattered against her chest as blood stained cloth, once a deep green plastered against her flesh. The rain made tight golden curls knot and twist into matted muddy masses, her clothing gained new colors amongst the old and new blood the earth having found need to mix her rouge into the mix.
As the rain pounded down on her flesh and the cloth which covered it, a wordless cry which had swelled in the depths of her chest and echoed though her very being forced its way past her cut and chapped lips- a soft scream of heart anguishing agony echoed into the raining depths of the seemingly endless storm. It was here in this blood tainted mud pit where she knelt, her hands digging into the earth. She could slowly feel the stone falling from her eyes, the steel gray which held the only bit of her mother dripped down her face- a mark, a true sign of her true self slipping finally away.
