Thanksgiving?! (closed/possibly Mature)

[Phae]

Phae smiled softly as he told her not to force herself. She hated wasting food and hated even more wasting Junpei's money but she had not known that pizza in America was so.. well big. She took another bite before Junpei stole one and she smiled. It was then she put her one quarter eaten pizza slice down. She was done sad to say but she just didn't eat a lot and even that had been forcing it a bit.

He told her that she had been doing good today and lately and she blushed a little. She was unsure what that meant but if it meant presents she wasn't going to complain. She sat back and tentatively took a sip of her lemonade but didn't drink anymore of that either. It was just gross. She leaned back in her seat and while Junpei ate, and she was in no hurry, she let her eyes dance around the mall. Looking at all the different shops and things that were around.

"Well, I think the jewelry store would be fun then, if that is where you want to go next." she told him returning her attention to him.

She smiled softly and reached over across the table and linked their fingers. Their hands stayed palms flat on the table only their fingers linked slightly in between each others finger. She watched him. He was so sweet. One of the greatest men she had ever met. She looked off as music began to play and a carosel of horses and other mythical beasts began to turn in a nook of the food court. Young children riding up and down on the little horses and she smiled laying her head on her hand.

She could imagine thier own children riding one of those. She couldn't wait to be a mom. She was already getting tired again. Was this what it was like. She was though.. feeding more mana than probably was needed to her child but she wanted it protected and protected well. She watched almost mesmerized as the large carosel moved around and around the music playing and the children laughing, some crying, and others calling out to their parents to 'watch this'. She chuckled softly. So cute. All of them.

[Junpei]

Junpei smiled softly as their fingers linked, she was so sweet right now, so openly affectionate, it was something he loved about her, among other things. He felt her mana being pulled threw their connection, he always could, they were so in tune and open with each other it was impossible not to feel it. Of course Junpei's entire body could be used as a channeling devise. He could use magic form the tip of his toes to the top of his head. Phaedra was basically limited to her hands and arms in some cases, it was limited, but powerful when it came out. However right now she was being drained 24/7.

Through their connection soft flow of mana left Junpei to travel to Phaedra, it wasn't powerful and wouldn't give her what she really needed, but it would allow her to stay up and awake at least another hour or so, and she could sleep on her way back to the house.

"OK I think I'm done."

He said as he downed his lemonade, squinted his eyes as the sugar hit his system, and took one last bite of Philly chesses teak sandwich. He got the tray, not breaking their bond he got up, taking her with him, and threw away the trash. Taking Phaedra round the waist his mana began to flow into her from his hand and arm to her hips. He smiled as he knew it would travel up her spine to feed into her system, she would get the pick em up she needed, and he could keep this up for a good half hour before he started to tire.

[Phae]

The spell of the carosel was broken when Junpei spoke. She turned back to him and smiled as she watched him drink the last of his lemonade and eat the last of his sandwhich. She felt bad that he had bought her this huge pizza they could have shared most likely and she barely ate anything. She stood up and together they walked to the trash cans.

When his arm wrapped around her waist she smiled as she felt the mana helping her stay awake a bit longer. She wondered why this pregnancy was so draining. True she was adding her mana to the barrier already there but not that much. The child was drawing on her mana too but then if it was only one then it shouldn't be that much. Oh dear lord. She didn't want to think about it right now. It was most likely just the one but it scared her at the same time. With her and Phoebe being twins she definatly had it in her history and it was a posibility.

He led her off in the direction of what she supposed was the jewelry store and she kissed his cheek gently nuzzling into it. Man she was definatly going to be napping on the way home from the mall. She was getting too tired. Damn, she hated feeling weak it made her feel vulnerable. But maybe it was her own doing. Supplimenting what her body was already giving might be well draining her fast but it was worth it. It definatly was.

"So, where is this jewelry store and what are we looking for?" she asked softly.

[Junpei]

"Well, it's right near our exit, it's got some of the best gold, platinum, and silver around, and the happen to have something I've been meaning to get for you, something to finalize everything, to bring it full circle."

Junpei smiled and nuzzled back into her as they moved back down the mall. It was noticeably less crowded now, people leaving to go home to get dinner started or to spend time with their families on Thanksgiving week. Junpei himself was glad that he would get a whole week to spend with Phaedra and Negi, in total relaxation, for the most part.

Coming up on the South Entrance they found wha they were looking for, a nice Jewelry Store by the name of Hines Jewelry. Junpei led Phaedra in and there it was, well there all of it was. Sparkling gold and silvers, diamonds and pearls, it was definitely one of the nicer Jewelry stores in this mall, there were five total.

Junpei smiled, he had set this up a week ago over the phone, picked the size, shape, everything. Leading Phaedra threw the store, a few people turning to watch the couple make their way to the back Junpei almost beamed with pride as a few whispered how cute they looked. Taking her all the way back he found what he was looking for. It wasn't expensive as hell, it wasn't anything to fancy, it was two heart shaped diamonds set together with a gold band.

"Like it?"

He said as he pointed out the ring. This was going to be her official wedding ring. Not his mother's, it was nice but he wanted Phaedra to have her own. Not the black one that lit with Nether Fire whenever she wore it, that was a ring that was to always remind her of him. No this ring, this absolutely precious ring was hers, her wedding ring.

[Phae]

Junpei led Phae towards the jewelry store. She wondered what exactly he could have in store for her. She smiled softly as she felt his arms around her waist. The mall was getting less crowded. It must be either getting close to closing time or just a lull between afternoon and evening crowds. She smiled as they saw the jewelry store in the distance and figured it was the one they were heading too.

They entered the store and she blushed but beemed as the women in the store said things to each other about how cute she and Jun were. She smiled softly because she really thought that they were something special that so many didn't find. To the back of the store they went and Phae was near to bouncing in anticipation. They stopped infront of a glass case and he pointed to a ring that made her gasp.

A beautiful double diamonded ring. Two diamonds cut into the shape of hearts that nearly met if not for the tongs that held them in place. The band was made of white gold and twisted beautifully to look beautiful. She held her hand over her heart as she looked at it through the glass. The top quality diamonds glimmering in the light of the store. She looked up at Junpei .. back to the diamond... Junpei.. diamond.. Junpei.. diamond.. Junpei.....

"Oh Jun, it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life. It's perfect. Even more so that you picked it out for me. Oh honey.. I love you so much." she said as she hugged him tightly right there in the middle of the store and nuzzled into his neck trying to hold back her tears but they slipped down his neck anyway.

The women sighed softly at the couple. They were so cute. The way that her accent.. oh that accent only made them cuter. Young love was indeed something rare to see these days but it seemed these two had found it. And all the women in the store that were single.. suddenly yearned to find it too.

[Junpei]

He smiled as she looked between him and the diamonds. Just as he had hoped. She was wrapped around him a moment later and he smiled as she buried into his neck an let tears of joy run down her cheek. He closed his eye sand hugged her back, lifting her off the ground a bit. A few of the women turned away,a few let out a soft 'Awww.' and yet more simply smiled as if it were an everyday occurrence to see this sort of thing. Junpei could only smiled into his love's neck an let her go softly a few seconds later. he slipped his arm back around her waist and nodded dot an attendant. The girl quickly came over and grabbed the ring out of the case. The stones were set, beautifully so, Junei ws glad he came here.

"I'll be slipping that on your finger in three weeks love."

He whispered as he took the ring, with a small box, and set t on the counter. He pulled it out with his free hand and showed her the inside of the band, just inside the hearts there was an inscription.

Always and Forever, Love Junpei.

he smiled as he read it in his mind and let her read it. he was so happy, this day was going by perfectly and he was sure tonight would be even better, when he told Negi that he was going to be in a wedding.

[Phae]

Phaedra smiled as he hugged her even lifting her off the ground. He nuzzled into her neck back and she smiled when he sat her down. she looked up staring right into his eyes like the first day that they had met. Not being able to take their eyes off of one another had been magical and it was how they had gotten their first kiss just falling into each other softly. It had been amazing.

The attendant placed the ring in a small velvet covered black box and then on the counter. She watched as Junpei took it and opened it showing her that he had engraved something on the inside for her. She gently took it from his fingers and read the inscriptions. She nearly dropped it as her tears fell even faster. He told her three weeks. In three weeks he promised he would place that ring on her finger. Making them official. She would become his wife.

She placed the ring gently back into the white velvet of the inner box and she closed the box softly. She looked up at Junpei her tears were only of love and happiness as she smiled softly. She put his arm around his waist so that it encircled her body enough to lay on her stomach and carress their child too. She smiled softly as she looked up at him.

"Always and forever, my dearest love. I'll be by your side forever. I love you." she said softly as she leaned against him and closed her eyes wiping her tears off her cheeks gently. She didn't like to cry really but it happened from time to time and at least right now they were happy tears.

[Junpei]

Junpei smiled as she let more tears go. He was used to them now, used to the tears of joy she always seemed to have at just the right moment. Secretly he wondered if she really was a human, or if she was some ream eh was having, some glorious dream that he hoped to never wake up from. No, no it couldn't be that. If this was a dream then it wasn't his, he was living someone else's because this woman was far to real, touch, smell, everything was real about her. He leaned down softly and kissed her as she let him encircle her and then moved his hand from her. He nodded to the attendant again and she wrapped it in a small silver and gold bag. Junpei thanked her and then turned, taking Phaedra with him. As they walked out Junpei smiled more, it was finally happening, all of it was coming together.

As they made their way back out into the mall Junpei let his arm stay at her waist, no way that was moving. They walked, arm in arm, the small bag with Phaedra, no doubt being clung tightly to her body, and soon they were back outside. The cool air hit Junpei and it was rather refreshing, even in a city like this where the air was stuffy than they were used to. At a few thousand feet over the sea could you blame them though? They basically lived on top of a mountain, so they constantly got fresh, clean, untainted air at a much higher elevation than anyone else.

The Limo pulled around for them and Junpei got the door for Phaedra. Soon they were both in and the bags were in the trunk already. A couple sat here in the back with them as a lack of room was apparent. Junpei turned to Phaedra as the limo pulled off and kissed her, deeply and sweetly. It had been to long and to much emotion had happened for both of them for this not to come, one of these dear, sweet, endearing kisses that conveyed more emotion than words could ever say. Some people said that physical displays of love were unnecessary, Junpei knew otherwise, he knew that in order to convey your full feelings, sometimes it took a magical kiss.

[Phae]

Phaedra felt the soft kiss that he gave to her in the store and surrendered herself into it. She felt the kiss break and she stayed close for a moment her eyes closed and her body tingling softly from that kiss for some reason. Her blue eyes opened and she leaned against the man she loved while she watched the attendant wrap the ring into a bag. Oh that was sooo going in a scrapbook the bag.. yeah it was a keeper.

Jun took the bag and she smiled as he put his arm around her waist. It had already been a truly wonderful day. Not only had Junpei accepted her pregnancy but he had been even more careful with her than before. Aside from that they had gone shopping and been able to get a whole new wardrobe for the redheaded girl as they began to head to the limo he handed her the bag. She smiled brightly and indeed as Junpei figured it was held to her chest by the one free hand that wasn't holding her Victoria Secret bag and her bag from the book store.

They stepped out into the fresh air and she took in a deep breath. She smiled softly. That was something the academy never had too little of fresh air. They lived so high up in the sky that fresh air was all you got and so there was a distinct lack of illnesses and things like that. Not so much for bacteria and disease to build upon. Not to mention that even on the hottest and stickiest days down below it was cool and breezy above.

The limo pulled up and she got in after Junpei opened the door for her. Two of her rather large shopping bags were in the back probably not fitting in the front and she added the three new ones to the batch and sat back on the seat. It was then that Junpei closed the door and then pulled her into a kiss they hadn't shared in a very long time. Her lips met his and it was as if fireworks had taken off from their hearts to light up the sky. She raised her hand to cup his cheek very lightly and and kissed him back conveying all her feelings for him in this one kiss. Her heart was already pounding and her body a tingling mess. This was something she couldn't remember sharing with him since right after they met.

The kiss broke softly and she trembled a little in his arms. Her breathing increased just slightly as she locked her eyes with his. She smiled softly at him and blushed a little. She didn't blush because of Junpei often but she was right now. That kiss had totally rocked her world.

"I love you." she said softly. Deciding she was tired and wanted a nap on the way home she moved. Laying down on the seat curled up she placed her head in Junpei's lap and nuzzled in slightly.

"Junpei? When you first saw me.. that day so long ago.. what .. what did you think of me?" she asked softly.

[Junpei]

He smiled as she returned the kiss, she always did, always would, and he knew it. She was always there when he needed her, always helping others. She was probably the most popular girl in school, with teachers and students. She was smart, funny, sexy, and very much the helpful girl. Junpei however was probably one of the most hated around school. Mostly for what he'd done to Phaedra, but also for what he'd done on missions and in the past. He was a bit to proud of himself, but eh always was.

"Mmm you're to wonderful."

He whispered as they broke apart. Soon she was laying her head inn his lap and he was going to have none of that. He moved and soon they were laying down together, so Junpei could keep her close to him and she could sleep.

"Love you."

He whispered out as she began to drift off. He would most likely sleep to, but not yet... maybe in a little bit.. then again. His eyes were already getting heavy, Phaedra's nice warm body against his. He was hard pressed to stay awake, he was, yawning, so very tired. Why was he suddenly so tired... oh yeah he was still giving her manna to keep her feeling well.. probably should stop that.. yup there it went, zonk, he was out.

[Phae]

Phaedra lay on the bench seat now with Junpei holding her and she sleeping peacefully. She was unaware that he was asleep it mattered little so long as he wasnt' making out with some other girl she couldn't care less. She slept peacefully her baby was settling down a bit from the excitement of the day. She swore that it moved even though medically it wasn't supposed to do anything yet but float. She swore there was.. a connection there but she couldn't explain it. She felt linked but again.. no explaination as to why.

*** Phaedra's Dream ***

Everything was pefect right now. There were no clouds in the sky and the garden looked beautiful. The ribbons of pale purple and pink were hanging down from the trees and blowing in the gentle breeze. Small bells tied on the ends of the ribbons made a soft melody. At the front stood one Madelyn Winters her flute at the ready a request of the bride. Pastel yello silk was laid over the grass and beautiful red rose petals had been dropped by her maid of Honor Phoebe.

Her sister stood at the front looking like she would never forget this day. The day her sister married HIM. That traitorous bastard had done too much damage to her twin. Her mother and father could not be here for this day but sent their regards from their vacation spot in Hawaii. A soft snow began to fall down upon the crowd and Madelyn lifted her flute as the groom took his place. Phoebe grinned evily however this was all planned.. oh yes a mastermind plan. Xeryth.. .. everyone.. everyone but the couple were in on it.

The music began and Phaedra in the most beautiful wedding gown of golden silk stepped up to the yellow walkway. Clashing horridly the bells annoyingly chiming as the wind played Madelyn began her song. A beauty among all the things in this day as one Phaedra Weiss stepped forward to be wedded. Upon gaining her way to the front of the walkway she sat her flowers down and turned to look at Jun when..

"STOP! I WILL NOT LET YOU TAKE THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!" screamed a voice over the crowd.

Phaedra turned to see none other than her favorite Professor, One Professor Winklewood. He stormed to the front grabbing Phae and kissing her deeply as he groped her right there for all to see. Claiming her for his own. Phoebe took her chane right now, the shinny metal of the Beretta 9mm 'someone' had stolen from one Darian Dumonte now glimmered in the sunlight as..

*bam bam*

Two shots leveled Junpei as Xeryth caught him in his arms carting him away. Winklewood winked at Phae and stood up as Blacky entered the seen.

"You get you're hands the fuck off my woman!" he screamed at Winklewood and sliced right through the professor and took Phae into HIS arms. "Hey Lucky you didn't think I wasn't gonna make my last stand did you?" he asked as he ran his fingers through her hair.

"But.. Jun.. No!" she screamed as she tried to fight Blacky. He pulled her close and pressed a soft passionate kiss on her lips and she began to weaken her knees failing as she fell to the ground.

"GET OFF MY MAN!!" screamed some faceless girl that ran forward and impaled Phae in the back with a dagger. Her eyes opened and she began to fall to the floor her blood coloring her ugly gown as she fell on top of Junpei. She reached up for his face as she bled..

"JUN!" she screamed.

***Back in the Limo***

In her sleep she stirred and fought against her invisible enemies. "Jun!" she cried out her hand reaching and clasping the real Junpei's arm as she continued her nightmare. Her body trying to fight but becoming limper.

[Junpei]

Junpei meanwhile didn't have that bad of a dream, as a matter of fact it was downright great.

Junpei sat quietly in the new study he had prepared. Above him his latest and greatest invention shown brightly, the new ceiling had come together nicely. He smiled as he worked on his book, he couldn't actually see what he was writing but in his mind he knew it was great, a real best seller title if one could say so.

A voice from the hall distracted him and he looked up from the page he was working on, in came a bouncing child, looked to be about 3. Junpei smiled and set down his quill. He picked up the child and set her on his knee. She was a beautiful girl. Flowing dark hair, bright green eyes, an and ever sharp wit for her age. She giggled as her daddy bounced her on his knee and then brought her up into a bear hug. She hugged him as best her arms could around the neck an kissed his cheek.

Junpei laughed a bit and set the girl in his lap as he went back to work. His daughter watched as her Father wrote out page after page, somehow she found this amusing, Junpei didn't know how but she did. This went on for close to a half hour before she looked up and nudged her daddy in the ribs. Junpei grunted playfully and looked down, his daughter could only smile.

"Shall we go find mommy then?"

Junpei said softly. The little girl nodded vigorously and Junpei set her on the floor. Off she went to find her mother.

"Phaedra!"

Junpei called form the desk.

"Yes?"

He heard from down the hall.

"Incoming!"

Soon enough he heard two girls giggling. One his very beautiful wife and one his very darling daughter.

Junpei awoke with a start as his arm was grabbed. He shook Phaedra slightly trying to wake her from her apparent nightmare.

"Love.. wake up Hun, we're almost there."

[Phae]

Phaedra woke with a jolt at Junpei's voice. She sighed softly as her eyes opened and she looked up into the eyes of the man that she loved. She sat up a bit shaken from her dream. Did it really have to be her wedding day that her dreams had fun with tonight? Couldn't they have picked.. I don't know something like a normal day with nothing special going on. She rubbed her eyes and then carressed her stomach softly with both of her hands rubbing it gently.

The stirring of mana was strong but it was soothing at the same time. She closed her eyes and leaned back into the seat as she sighed softly. That dream.. had sucked to be honest and then she looked over at her husband to be. She smiled softly and let her hands still on her stomach just setting there.

"The baby.. it's strong." she whispered softly as she took his hand and placed it under her shirt and on her stomach. She wasn't sure if he could feel the pull of mana. It wasn't the barrier, the barrier was already set but it was the child itself that was calling mana from the world around Phae through Phae and to it.

"Oh Junpei.. I wish.. I wish I didn't have to wait nine months to meet our baby." she said softly as she entwined their fingers leaving their hands on her stomach.

[Junpei]

"Mmm you won't love, you won't. I'm sure waiting the next few months we will know our child very well. I'm they'll talk to us in one way or another, you just watch."

He smiled and and kissed her softly, his fingers dancing over her stomach. He wandered if she would always be like this, this loving, this caring, this amazingly beautiful. She was gorgeous, always would be in his eyes that's for sure.She was, without a doubt, the most magical thing in his life. Forget magic in it's raw form, forget spells, forget it all, she was the best form of magic he had. Always able to make him smile, to laugh, to cry, to do anything. She was what he lived for, what he desired more than anything.

"Ya know... if that baby would et mt threw that barrier.. I might be able to help a bit more. Sadly, I think it's a mom thing and I'll be left out for nice."

He smiled and moved his hand up a bit, running from just below her breast all the way tot he bottom of her abs. He kissed her softly as he did, tracing small lines over her stomach he let mana write into her body. A series of arcane glyphs that he was intent on putting there. Protection wards, things he had thought up long ago and did almost once a week now.

"Love you."

He whispered out as he finished and let his hands come out from under her shirt. he wrapped it around her waist. He couldn't remember his own dream, just that it was very good, and very warming.

[Phae]

Phaedra smiled softly softly as he ran his hand over her stomach gently. She sighed softly and closed her eyes letting his hand soothe her and the baby inside. She sighed softly as she felt the magic touching her body and she smiled. She knew what he was doing. Not totally but she could assume it was some sort of protection spell.

He kissed her gently and she kissed him back. He was protective and she loved it. She couldn't beleive that they had met and were getting married so young but she wouldn't have it any other way. He broke the kiss and she smiled touchiing his cheek gently and running her nose against his.

"I love you too." she said softly looking into those beautiful eyes.


She leaned against him softly and nuzzled into his neck gently. She smiled. They really were starting their family. The gold and silver bag across the car made her smile as she looked at it. She took Junpei's hand and entwined their fingers gently.

"Hey Junpei? When we get into our house I want to decorate the babies room right away. I was thinking of stars. You could do the ceiling like the one in our room. We could paint the walls a deep blue and we could have the whole room just like it was made for looking up at the stars. Pale yellow cushions and blankets. Deep purples and blues. I think it would be beautiful. And out son or daughter could look at the stars just like we did when we fell in love." she said softly as she ran her hand over the back of his.
