Species Description: Water Elementals are from the Elemental Plane of Water often being powerful manipulators of that element. They can freely assume a solid form or a liquid form as if it were nothing. Water Elementals come in a variety of forms but, are often associated as either a liquid mass or some form of giant serpent. They can easily pass through physical attacks like it was nothing and are the bane of anything that comes near water masses. Water is often associated with life and healing and they can manipulate healing magics in some cases. Water Elementals are often seen with pure spellcasters as powerful gaurdians. Because they are purely of an element they have elemental weaknesses and strengths.
Appearance: Saeri is a Water Serpentine Dragon being of the Water Element but, at the same time is also a dragon. She can freely change her body shape to either full size at a whopping one story with a long body length or small to where she can fit in a vial of water if she chose to. Saeri has a mental link with Rui and when she speaks her tone is like the sounds of water. Crashing waves when angered, soothing tides when calm, or even crashing rain when saddened. When in a solid form her body has smooth aqua scales that are stream-lined and able to freely swim in water. Her teal eyes miss nothing and her primary speech is that of water. She can freely speak to anyone via psychism and has built a mental link between Rui and herself.
Personality: Saeri has a calm personality often providing a voice of wisdom when her summoner needs it the most. Extremely protective since she is well-aware of Rui's physical weakneeses she ensures that nobody get's close in a fight unless Rui has asked her not to intervene. She states her opinions bluntly and on the spot rather then let the subtle human inflections make her wait patiently. Her emotions are easy to read and easy to sense by the tone of her voice. Because Saeri is that of the water element she believes in caring for those who are in need of the life-giving powers of water. Saeri will not let Rui do anything unnecessary unless she to can see the logic behind his reasoning.

[/li][li]Breath Weapon - Saeri's breath weapon is associated with water period breathing powerful streams of water. She could make it bitter cold or scalding hot at her own choosing and can manipulate her breath weapon to any particular shape. Since she is a water elemental she can freely use these abilities without any cost to her energy.
[/li][li]Healing Waters - When someone is covered in water or immersed in it Saeri can heal them of all physical injuries in mere seconds. The water is used up at a rate of how much healing has been done meaning the less water available the less healing Saeri can do. Any water that is turned into healing water can be bottled and used as a potion (recover one point of endurance per vial) the magic lasting for up to a week. Again this uses little energy on Saeri's part since she is using the energy associated with water. In addition poisons and common diseases are cured.
[/li][li]Water Manipulation - Again this is another natural ability on Saeri's part she being able to freely manipulate water and attack or defend with it as long as she has water to work with. Seari often breaths a large stream of water with her breath weapon and manipulates that water with her will. This uses absolutely no energy since Saeri is fully bonded with that element.
[/li][li]Fast Healing - Saeri can recover energy and endurance by breaking the molecular bonds in a water-based solevant and using the released energy on herself. For every two liters of water dispersed in this fashion Saeri gains one point of energy and one point of endurance. Keep in mind that it takes some time to work this effect so it's only used for minor healings and recoveries in combat.
[/li][li]Call Water - Offering up some of her energy Saeri can summon water and bring it forth the water pooling togeather providing herself or Rui water to work with for their abilities. Saeri summons a large amount of water and the more energy she burns the mroe water she calls forth. This is done by opening a temporary gate to the elemental plane of water.
