Psychism:
Mind blast: A strong wave of psychic energy that reverberates in the opponents head, giving them a massive headache and possibly do brain damage depending on the targets intelligence. Can be used six times per thread.
Mind control: If a life form is three quarters or less intelligent than Mantis, he can control their body. The more intelligent they are, the harder it is and the more limited the time.
Bug manipulation:
Basic control: Mantis can control swarms of insects to do his bidding, whether attacking, defending, simple distraction or other wise. Requires little mana.
Summon the swarm: Mantis can call up bugs by the hundreds to attack with basic control. They generally act as one connected entity, as though they were merely an extension of Mantis' limbs.
Fire beetle summon: Mantis can summon up a small squadron of fireproof insects. They're similar to hercules and Kabuto beetles only bigger and stronger. See summons for details. Can summon up to five at this point and can has to summon them two at a time. Their power can be increased with blood.
Grand bug summon: Mantis can call forth a massive bug of his choosing. Bee, Spider, Beetle, Gnat, Mosquito, Millipede, any thing. Can only summon one per thread and they currently aren't that big compared to what they could be. Due to Blood summoning 101, Mantis can increase the power of his grand bug summon or even summon a demonic bug.
Insect informant: Mantis can literally have a fly on the wall any where by making a psychic connection with an insect and spy on just about any one. The connection is nearly undectable for much any one less than a mage class psychic to find.
Wind Element:
Flight: Just that, Mantis can use the air around him to take flight. Lasts seven posts and can be used twice per thread, a six post wait between them.
Wind blade: Mantis can make blades of extremely dense air that hack through the opponent. Can make two blades at a time and use it about six times per thread.
Bladed storm: An upgraded version of wind blade. Makes a huge gust of air fly straight at the opponent and has dozens of 'wind blades' within it. Can only be used once.
Water Element:
Water bullet: Compresses water in a fashion similar to wind blade, and fires it like a bullet at the opponent. Generally hits with the force of a 9mm. Can make twenty seven 'bullets' per thread.
Water walking: By controlling the density of water beneath his feet, Mantis can make tiny platforms of water to stand on. Lasts up to eighteen posts total. (meaning he can be on the water for four posts, get off, and go back on later for the remaining eight.)

Companion:
Name: Julie Age: 8 Height: 4' Weight: 78 lbs. Hair color: Dirty Blonde. Eye color: Deep blue green. Nationality: Thought to be Australian. Heritage: Unknown.
Appearance: Physical appearance: Typical little girl. Small, delicate features. Thin.
Clothing: Much the same as in the picture, stockings, blue denim overall like dress with a pink shirt underneath. Pink dress shoes. Yellow sweater.
Personality: Typical little girl. Loving, sweet, innocent, curious. She knows the difference between right and wrong and knows how dangerous somethings can be, despite her curiosity.
History: She lived with her parents, only child, until she was four years old. Once day, while she was playing, she activated a dormant ability, teleportation, and ended up teleporting her self into a forest where she ran into Mantis. From then on she's been with Mantis almost non-stop.
Strengths: She's very fast and pretty smart...thats about it.
Weaknesses: Damn near every thing. She's weak, mostly unable to fight though Mantis is teaching her self defense. She scares easily, though not by bugs. There could be a black widow, twice her size, and she probably wouldn't be scared of it.
Abilities: Teleportation: Julie has gotten hang of her teleportation since she's been with Mantis and Mark, and can use it to take her, and one or two people any where on the planet. She can only use it twice before she gets tired and lays down to take a nap.
Weak wind element: Very weak wind magic, can't do much more than push someone over or speed herself up with her elementalism. She is trying to learn to fly. Usually uses it to play with the bugs that her 'brother' summons.
Stats: Str: 7 Dex: 25 End: 13 Wis: 12 Int:13 Eng:15
_____________________________________________________________________
Summons:
Name: Fire beetles. Age: N/A Coloration: A shiny blood red. Size: Hercules type: Roughly six inches, end to end. Upper horn extends roughly three inches past the nose for a total of nine inches (lower horn an inch and a half). About three inches tall at the top of the shell (upper horn ends up another half inch higher). Kabuto type: Roughly six inches, end to end. Horn ends up a half inch higher and is the same length as the upper horn of the hercules types.
Strength: The hercules type are very strong. The Kabuto types are strong and very fast. Both types are completally and totally immune to fire elemental attacks. Both types can fly (the kabuto at higher speeds).
Weakness: Water, neither can swim and either can only hold its breath for a few minutes (where as most bugs can go days under water [ants for 2 weeks if im not mistaken]) The hercules type is slow, evening off its strength.
Appearance: They're esentially giant hercules and kabuto beetles.
Stats: Hercules type: Str: 26 Dex: 12 End: 19 Wis: 10 Int: 6 Eng: 13
Kabuto type: Str: 15 Dex: 26 End: 16 Wis: 11 Int: 6 Eng: 12
Spells/Abilities: (being 'fire beetles' they have low-mid level fire element abilities)
Hercules type:
Rocket propulsion: The beetle uses its flame element to produce a flaming 'rocket engine' at its rear end, sending it soaring, horn long into the target. Can be used twice per beetle per thread.
Flame touch: The beetles entire body becomes engulfed in flame. Can be used twice.
Kabuto type:
Rocket propulsion: The beetle uses its flame element to produce a flaming 'rocket engine' at its rear end, sending it soaring, horn long into the target. Can be used twice per beetle per thread.
Flame horn: The pitchfork like end of the Kabuto's horn ignites in a large flame to increase ramming damage. Can be used three times. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE FOLLOWING ARE VARIOUS GRAND BUG SUMMONS
Name: Wolf Spider Age: N/A Coloration: Usually Gray. Can be black and partially red. Size: Each leg is about ten feet long. Its torso, head to end is around twelve feet long, and its head is about four feet thick, from stomach to back.
Strength: Fast and strong, the wolf spiders can throw you for a loop with a kick. They also have very powerful pincer like jaws that can make a clicking sound that can iritate or strike fear into the opponent.
Weakness: Fire. End of story. They get lit up, they're officially fucked. Water, the wolf spider can't swim or glide along the surface, so if submerged its pretty screwed. Low intelligence makes it fairly controllable by all, though Mantis' resistance to psychism attacks is transfered to the bugs. Should Mantis break connection, it can be taken over no problem.
Stats: Str: 19 Dex: 21 End: 17 Wis: 10 Int: 8 Eng: 11
Spells/Abilities:
Corrosive Webbing: Just like the name says, the spider shoots a webbing that is coated with a corrosive acid that is slightly stronger than pure stomach acid. Meaning it can eat through most un-enchanted armors. Can be used three times and each use has just about enough webbing to encase the spider itself completally.
Death Strike: The spider rears up and mana is pushed into its fangs. This gives it a poisonous mana strike that can peirce most armor. Can be used three times. The fangs extend about two feet.
Feeding: Like the name says, The spider can bite down on a victim, and draw out its blood, acompanied by its mana. Part of the mana is used to heal any damage the spider has sustained, part of it is stored in the abdomen and can be used to recover an allies mana storages. Can be used rather indefinitally, but has a harsh drawback if the spider sucks out too much mana: The mana pouch in the abdomen will explode and release a blast of pure mana. That will most likely kill the summon.
Mach Strike: A rather simple spell that increases the spiders speed for a limited time. +5 dex. Lasts five posts and can be used twice.
