His devilgod form is a form in which his true vampire side is released. The energy that is absorbed supresses his human side and amplifies his vampric side. He grows a set of razor-sharp wings that are able to cut through granite. The energy serves to slightly highten his strength and speed; the main amp is in his spell power. He is able to fly indefinetly in that form as well as manipulate wind much better than before (nothing too powerful, it can't lift a boulder, but it would be able to score dragonscales with aeroblades). The drawbacks are that his power begins to diminish without feeding and the energy output will kill mathias within 15 posts if he doesnt expell the energy. He can retain the energy he had to begin the fight with (meaning he is refreshed) but he suffers penalties from battle wounds (like he can't block as effectively, he can't strike as effectively, and he flinches after casting a high level spell) for 5 posts until his vampiric abilities revitalizes himself physically.
This form cannot be triggered through emotion. Sadness, anger, love, none of these will bring out his form. The only way he can go into overdrive is if he absorbs power far too intense for his own body (he will enter this form if he feeds from the energy of 100 men, or if he takes the power from an extrememly large organism)
