Dragon's Tear Ballroom

[Ziare]

She chuckled with him and looked up into his perfect green eyes. She couldn't help but feel lucky being here. At the school. Learning magic and meeting the love of her life. On that first day they had decided to date and since then they had rarely been seperated. They were very close.

"I promise to take lots of pictures and tell you all about it when I come back. It's going to be fun I think. Seems so anyway. I've always wanted to and so I'm very excited." she chuckled. "But I'll take precautions like blankets and so forth to stay warm."

[Corsair]

"Well I feel the same way. I'm amazed you would even have wanted to try a relationship with me." He said and returned the kiss wuth a hugh degree of passion while pulling Midori to him gently but pressing her against him. Closer even than when they were at the clearing in the woods.

He kept her locked in the kiss for the rest of the song which had a good two mintes left. He was striking her wing and ear gentl the entire time. When he broke the kiss he looked into Midori's eye.
"So are you still wanting to dance. Or do you have anything else in mind? Because I would personally like to split off from the group for now at the least." He said.

[Midori]

The kiss was amazing. His hands stroking her senstive ears and her wings. She kissed him back of course. She couldn't even feel if they were still dancing or not or if they were just standing there kissing. But she didn't care. She was lost in Cor and that was the only place that really mattered at the moment.

When the kiss broke and she looked up into his beautiful blue eyes she smiled. Asking her his questions she nodded.

"I agree, I'll follow you. Lead the way, Cor." she said softly as she took his hand ready for him to decide where they would go.

[Corsair]

"I was thinking a private spot on the deck or somewhere else we could be alone." He said as he moved to her side having her arm through one of his and they headed to the door.
"I guess the question is this. Are you wanting to dance again Later tonight. Or just have the rest of the night to ourselves." he said leading her out of the ballroom.

[Midori]

Corsair took her arm and began leading her out of the ballroom while they thought about where they wanted to go. She looked up at him as he asked her about dancing again.

"I am game for either. Truthfully if we were to be alone it didn't mean we couldn't dance again, it would just be privately. I think that which ever you chose is fine. But I would not be upset if we did not come back to this room. So long as I am with you." she said softly.

[Ethan Yukimaru]

"But is it not passion to which defines whether or not we are alive?" Ethan said to the man next to him 'To feel, to know to touch... All of them define our lives. But for people like you and me, we are more existing then actually living. However, tonight is not exactly a night to be going off a Philosophical rant, hopefully you understand good gentleman"

Just as Ethan was about to ask him for his name, he suddenly found his date arriving, the Lovely Miss Isis. He didn't know why he went with her, but he was interested in her rather, passionate life style. As compared to himself which was cold and unfeeling, she lived on a path of Ecstasy and life, feeling and knowing everything. Regardless, he stared at her as he nodded his head politely to the woman. She then wrapped her arms around Ethan while he looked calmly into her eyes.

"Good to see you have came" The man said quickly, his tone brief yet still polite. "And indeed, let us dance"

With that, Ethan turned to the companion next to himself and nodded politely to him as he looked back forward.

He then slowly took Isis's hand and slowly began to get himself ready to dance. Suddenly, as though on cue, the music went to slow dancing. Quickly Ethan placed his hands around Isis' stomach as he slowly began to move with the music, staring into her eyes. However, his own were cold and indifferent, as though he was dead.

"You look lovely tonight Isis" The man said politely, yet his cold tone and indifference seemingly took out all the warmth of the compliment....

[Corsair]

Corsair looked down at Midori as they walked and smiled. She looked so wonderfully breathtaking tonight. And the fact she had similar feelings for him if not the same feelings made things seem even better.
"Well i was thinking that if we wanted to com back here we could go out to the deck again. But if we wouldn't go back we could find one of the rooms and spend the rest of the night there. Because after all you are right that we don't need to be in te dance hall to dance with each other." he said

[Midori]

Midori looked up at her date and now boyfriend. She smiled at him and blushed slightly. He was rather good looking. Even without the suit she felt lucky to have him. He was sweet and very kind to her. He seemed to have eyes only for this green haired faerie and that was something that meant a lot to her as she was a trifle self conscious.

"Lets' retire then." she said softly as she leaned into him gently. She was rather tired in any rate and she would rather be alone with him than at a dance. She let her wings disappear into her back while they walked. "Lets' go find a room."

[jyo]

"Well then at least your little trip away from the Academy will be alot more fun than mine.I hope you have a great time." he said as they moved along the dance floor. He didn't like comeing back only to have Zaire leave almostright away. But then again he had virtually done the same thing. It was one of those things that happend. But at least she toldhim where she would be. he didn't even do that until he got back.

[Ziare]

"It is only for a weekend and you were gone when i made the plans. I had no idea when or if you were coming back." she said softly as she let him lead her across the dance floor. She smiled up at him. She wasn't mad she was just stating the point really as she danced.

'But right now it is our prom and I want to enjoy it with the man that stole my heart." she said as she lay her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes letting them sway to the song running through the room.

[jyo]

Jyo decided to drop the subject and fully agreed that as it was their prom night they shouldn't be keeping the subject open for discussion at the moment. Jyo lead Zaire around the dance floor in a beautiful ach of complex steps. He missed dancing with her. They would do so often even if it was just in a private spot. He loved dancing with her and he had a little over three months to catch up on.

[Ziare]

Ziare let Jyo lead her around the ballroom but soon the song ended and she smiled as they stopped. It had been a very long time since they had really danced. Sure they had once when he had woken from his coma but now it was back to the Jyo that she had loved before hand.

"It feels nice to dance with you once again?" she smiled at her fiance' and stepped away.

"So another dance? Or shall we retire to another area?" she asked him looking up into his green eyes.

[Alastin]

The dance finally ended and Thalomin gave a smile as he pushed off the wall and slowly made his way across the floor. He glided through the crowd and almost made a smile at Ziare's response as he slowly made his way through the crowd and reached where her and her fiance' were standing. Thalomin placed his hand over one of hers and gave a smile as he nodded at Jyo for a moment and then turned his attention to Ziare. A ghost of a smile still lingered on his lips as his hair seemed to shimmer in the artificial light this evening.

"Ah but, I'm afraid he must wait for his next dance because you promised me the next one," Thalomin said with a smile as he didn't even bother studying Jyo. The man was obviously close to her as he gathered and he was going to have to play his cards discretely when he did his stuff. It was the only way one could do things when twitchy annoyances were around.

Something I will merely have to deal with as it comes up.

He turned to Jyo.

"Good eve sir, I'm afraid I must whisk her away for a dance, worry not though she will be treated with upmost care," Thalomin said calmly and with a certain smoothness almost.

[Shea]

It had been a magical evening already and when the song ended Shea could only smile at the man in front of her. They were to be married soon and she couldn't wait. She knew both being royal they would have to wait and go through the proper parties and so forth.

"I would like to go to the restaurant and get something to eat." she said softly as they parted from their dance.

She really wanted to be with Darian but she was ready to stop dancing for the moment and go sit down for a few. She smiled and cupped his cheek lightly before placing a soft kiss on his lips.

"Shall we then?"

[Angra Mainyu.]

Angra felt her body move up close to his and her arms going around his neck, as they should dance. Angra understood what he had to do next, since he had been informed of the prom, and then he had been wondering how they were supposed to dance. He knew some things, and his quick mind should pick up on the rest in little time as he watched the others. Or else he would just have to improvise some chicken dance. His hands moved down to her hip and one on her wing area. The one on her hip stayed on the side of her body, the other one was on her back and it slowly moved down to be on the other hip. His face tilted down some as he looked into the eyes of the girl that he called his girlfriend. Listening to the tunes of the song while keeping his naughty hands away from her butt.

"I like your new hair. Looks good on you... I just fear at least all the male students at this dance have said this to their dates already. That still doesn’t change the fact that you look magnificent though..." He smiled and kept looking at her as he moved his feet around and body slowly to the rhythm of the song.
