Yes, before we go down and dirty into the Stats of each group, we should first provide a look at possibly the most powerful Alliance today: The Arcane Treaty Organization, Arcane Alliance or Arcane Treaty as it's also known.
Created after the First Secret World War, it was first the alliance between The Academy and The Monastery, which throughout history had always had good standings with each other.
Throughout the Magical World, this was nothing knew. The Academy and Monastery had always been allies, even during the Secret World War, so nothing new right?
That changed after the Blood Society had a falling out with Beast. After a brief, but bloody, civil war, the Society found itself with a offer for alliance to the Treaty Organization. Graciously taking the offer, the Society now stands equally along side with both the Academy and Monastery.
D-13, while known for working exclusively with the Academy, has yet entered the Alliance. While D-13 and the Academy, however, have a separate Treaty, D-13 does not consider itself part of the Arcane Treaty Organization. However, rumors abound about Lancaster joining in on the Treaty, which then resulted in Hard Liners lining up to dispute this. After all, D-13 is an United States Program, so it can't enter a foreign alliance without Congress' approval right? But due to their state of "Non-existence" and their current alliance with the Academy, what can the Government do if D-13 does join the alliance, since D-13 technically doesn't exist.
Eternity and the Rosicrucian Alliance are both far more isolationist then their size would suggest, but in the end their chances for joining the Treaty Organization is high. Eternity's relations with the Academy has soften up, meaning that it is possible for a alliance to occur. The Rosicrucian's, however, would prefer to stick to their native territories and not get involved.... Yet the Various cabals within the Alliance are pleading to join the ATO, resulting in a huge factional difference.
And The Order? Pfft, yea right.
In the end, while the Arcane Treaty Organization is only composed of Three Groups, their tug and pull is extremely powerful... As they could possibly entice the other three major world players to join in on them.
