Yes, what a wonderful night to be over at the beach, where it was colder than usual. Minji still being somewhat nocturnal thought it would be nice to head over to the beach for relaxing, but that proved to be slightly impossible with Alex having the inability to shut up... Though, the cool breeze was nice, as Minji was wearing nothing but a short sleeved shirt with a hood, along with dark blue jeans that were folded up a little under her knee. Her feet were wet and covered in sand, as she was walking through the water earlier before, her shoes somewhere in the dark.

"Ahhh...beautiful night..."

And it was. The moon was radiating off the water, the diamonds in the sky dazzling and showing off it's glow.

You know, it's usually very quiet around here.

Roy floated about four inches off the ground, his crystal ball floating in front of him. He spoke using his mind, rather than his words.

I'm sorry I failed you the last time we met. It seems my body was displaced, and I couldn't maintain the connectin. anyway, it seems you can handle her. I was forced to brave hell itself to come back here.

He glowed white faintly. He had come here to scry, as it was quiet, but his scrying made him vulnerable to hearing any and every thought that was near him. He landed, the glow fading.

His baggy clothing flapped slightly in the winds, the sleeveless black shirt and baggy cloth black pants. His brown leather boots were nearly free of sand. Hie brown leather belt hanging on his waist, seemingly too big for the young seer.

She kept her eyes directed at the sky as a voice entered her mind; it was quite odd, but as she spoke to a lizard before...eh, well, not so bad. That, and she felt another presence in the area; there were many shadows out at night, and slipping into one in case of danger would be no problem for her.

A rather dry smile was masked on her face as she leaned back on her hands, brushing her long, violet hair off to the side.

..seems like she's not very fond of you. And, yeah, I've changed, but I believe I'm not the only one who has.

Heh. Nobody's fond of me, Kid. I'm used to it, and I've changed a bit. opened my eyes, so to speak.

He let out a sigh. He had changed. He just wasn't his old, good natured self anymore. He was just a grochy seer, now.

In fact, anyone who knows me would just say I'm a grumy seer, now. I don't think I've genuinely smiled in weeks. This world's gone to shit, and it's all I can do to make an honest dollar. but I ramble. what's going on with you, Minji?

He smikred a bit, but did not smile. Not since the incident with his uncle, in Dementia's dorm had he smiled. Unbeknownst to him, his uncle watched from nearby, poised to strike, but not just yet......

Kid...? If I'm not mistaken, I think I'm at least a year or so older than you.

And she laughed out loud. Actually...more of a quiet chuckle.

Him? A grummy seer? Well, he most certainly changed during the time she was gone, but last time she saw him - the first time she saw him - he was a stuttering, shy-ish kind of guy, if memory served her right! She shook her head slightly before speaking. Er...thinking...

...right..

She let her thoughts slide off idly.

"Fine, I'll speak out loud. Pretty irritable spirit, iddn't she?"

He laughed inwardly. Minji WAS older than him, by about eight months. He could tell, now that he focused. He had been a bit too relaxed around her, for some reason.

Not that he trusted her at all. Minji was fine, but the damn spirit wasn't. The spirit wanted him dead, and he wasn't sure she could control that.

"Yeah.....I can't belive I was ever that stuttering moron. Heh. Tristan bugged the shit out of me until I poked around in your mind like that. I should have at least waited until I could have found out id you wanted the help or not. I'm sorry for invading your mind like that."

He had been wanting to apologize for that for a while, now. His grumpyness had deepened, in the passing weeks, and he had a smirk on his face now. He was angry as hell, lately, unless he was around Dementia.
