Title: The Eye of Heru
Goals: Primarily, The Eye of Heru is attempting to find the soul of Horemheb who was the last close link to Horus's eye. The secondary purpose is to provide for the Academy protection of souls. Even souls can be protected from being stolen. Though it is a minor problem, or hardly even a problem at all, some believe that protection from some of the most devastating actions should be prevented to resume normal life as if it were never even thought of as a problem, still.
Allignment: Not necesasrily good nor evil. Their leader, Tenshu, is quite cruel, but not evil. Their intentions for finding the Udjat Eye are for power only over a small area called the Shadowlands.

Background:
The Eye of Heru (Heru or Horus. Pronounced different, but the same god) is Egyptian based. Tenshu is a soul mage, so I chose a past time based soley on souls. The Udjat Eye was the Eye of Horus. It was ripped out of his body by Seth (as seen in the the sig picture above). Horemheb the restorer was said to be an Egyptian mage that prayed to Horus. The eye became object form, and was burried with him after Horemheb's death as Pharoah. During his reign as Pharoah, Horus was killed by Seth. Seth has practically given him the eye, so Horemheb had prayed to Seth then on. Seth was the god of war and all things evil, which caused Horemheb's death. The Eye was said to have granted life-giving powers, which is what fought Seth off from Horemheb so long before he finally reached in and slowly tore each bit of flesh from his body like scissors on stretchy... well, skin. Horemheb's soul was said to have been put into a jar, since his body was not in tact.
Current Location:
A section in the Academy, given to the team on terms of exchange for religious relics and artifacts found during the team's journeys for the Udjat Eye. Hopefully the Shadowlands, later.
Acceptance:
Souls mages and Earth mages are shoe-ins. Ability requirements must be able to excavate, dig, etc, and/or identify souls from bodies. Other kinds of mages requesting to join must take this up personally with the Masters and Keepers. Legal work, members must fill out papers that sign you over to this group. Any threats made to group members is punishable only by exemption. From a cruel leader like Tenshu, even trust must still exist in members joining.
Signatures: Any that you can make. If you cannot, a member will glady make one for you.
PM me on here or Tenshu (Fukushuu) to join. This should unfold to be an interesting storyline.
