I really don't see why I tried to lead a team in the first place, but two things have smacked me in the face while I was gone.
The Team was pointless, and I suck as a leader.
So, anyone reading this, Followers of Dreams is disbanded.

You'll never be a leader if your first reaction to adversity is to give up. How can you expect to become better at something if you never put forth the effort? No endeavor, however small or mundane, is ever pointless. The word "Leader" isn't just a title, its the basis for an important philosophy as well. And that is philosophy is the philosophy of Victory. You must believe before you can achieve anything. If you continue to tell yourself that you suck at this, than the possibility of improvement will be well outside the scope of your abilities.
You have to set the example as a leader. You have to make the tough decisions. You must earn the trust of your men, and you must trust in your own abilities to be a leader. Why? Because no one else can.
As a true leader, the only reason for disbandment would be looking out for the welfare of your men. Not your own welfare. Every time I see someone just give up, it kills me inside. It's pathetic how anyone could just roll over and die after such a small setback. You haven't truly failed until you've given up.

We haddn't even done anything yet, so there was no real failure. I just diddn't want to lead a team, because it wasn't needed.

Yes, there was real failure. You had potential to make something great out of this, and because of indecision and a lack of motivation, pissed it away like it was nothing. You know, I figured that your organization would go on to become a powerful and respected faction here. But I guess I was just naive. After all, how could anyone follow a faux leader who can't even believe in himself, much less those that willingly went to his banner?
I weep for the loss of true faith in man.

dude...shut up...the team was seriously pointless, it wasnt even started and there was no point to it. i personally didnt care whether it was there or not i was just part of it to kick ass (hence why i was leader of the hunters) if you really want to get into things about this, the whole teams thing now seems pointless...granted it could evolve into something but it really isnt needed.

And this is what I was arguing from since the beginning of this whole thing. >_< well...you were right...its totally pointless, i mean its the same damn thing as a mission only on a continued basis and on a large scale member wise.

And this is what I was arguing from since the beginning of this whole thing. >_< No, you were arguing that it would blow up in my face, and it hasn't. It hasn't really lifted off the ground, either, but I suppose I am responsible for that yet. -=}N{=-
