As you all know Tet is the Vietnamese New Year. The Asian new years start at the lunar cycle. We go by lunar years. However, the lunar cycles differentiate between Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, Vietnamese, Laotians, Thais, etc. Only Asian country I know so far that doesn't have an Asian New Year is the Phillipines.
