Well, I was thinking of something along the lines of a Convictor (At least in power) from Star Ocean 3. They're powerful enough to take down 90% of the staff with JUST THREE of them, at least in what little story I've written so far.
Those will be the connon fodder. The weakest enemy in the game killed the staff of the academy.
Try taking 200 of them out on your own, Tristan. Or Cephros. XD
Like I said, desperate attempt for survival. Battle objectives will almost NEVER be "Kill all enemies."
Mostly, they will be "Get to the end of the hallway", or "survive for this amount of time."
I'm pulling out ALL the stops, to make this difficult.

Tristan could get Convictor blood, granted they have it, and Cheph would just steal their power with his demonic heritage or his tail. Either way, they both would likely get strong enough to kill them, only after fighting one, maybe two.

I know. I've worked things out.
That CAN'T happen, anyways. I'm revising the story right now, and not much takes place on earth. Who knows what Alien technology is capable of, eh?
Plus, convicters were just an example. Those are from another game.
