Once you've hit Arch Mage Rank, You may participate in the "Teacher Exams"
You and fellow Arch-Maged Rank Students may apply to be a teacher, but only become one if they pass said Teacher Exams. They will be held every now and then once a good number of Arch-Mages apply to participate in the event....
If you've passed the Teacher Exams, then you may post in the Classroom section and hold classes, give out EXP (Although not too much and I will be checking) as well as hold the esteemed rank of Teacher.
